Nasir went above and beyond for me tonight. He and the assistant manager on duty provided excellent customer service. Nasir changed my wiper blades in the pouring rain. I’m so pleased with the service provided

Pearl went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed asap. The whole crew were super friendly and helpful. Thank you guys and gals 🙂

Yesterday, in the middle of a storm, employee Matthew Clark kindly replaced my broken windshield wiper without hesitation and refused to take no for an answer. As I pulled up, another employee, Shamar, stepped in to assist him. They were both absolutely incredible.

Had a very pleasant visit with Billy today , explained to him how I was frustrated about one of my headlights being out & how the last place kept selling me the wrong lights. He took care of me in a matter of minutes in and out. Great man & great experience. Thank you again

I went in yesterday for a battery and was helped by Sheila who installed it as well. I was in and out within a half hour-ish. I appreciate you Sheila! :)

Employee put wrong battery in my car, which caused many issues with car. Store wont refund or even partially refund for their negligence. Called corporate, and they were no help at all. I have been taking my cars there for years, and I used to recommend them. Never again. Word of mouth goes a long way in this little town, I’m shocked they didn’t want to fix the problem over a $250 battery. Train your employees better.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! And it's not just one employee thats great it's everyone I've ever worked with there. Literally each person I've worked with has been super helpful. They don't treat you like an idiot. They are very supportive if you come in knowing what you need, and know what you're doing, as well as if you have no idea what you need. I come from Springfield, because I like dealing with them over any other locations around me. 10 out of 10!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a car part store and had a bad experience, but this Advance Auto is the best. Outstanding support from Sierra, Billy, and Pearl. Wouldn’t have gotten the parts I needed and finished the repairs in 1 day without their advice. Great people.

I've been here a few times over the years for parts. Never had a bad experience. I recently came in for a car battery, and they tested the old one and got me a new one for a reasonable price. They offer plenty of warranties and other benefits if you want them. The staff have been nice and helpful and don't try to upsell me on anything. Good place for auto parts.

On 7/3/2021 I bought a Led light for $14.99 at advanced in Enfield Ct and I opened it for use and it didn't work so I put fresh batteries in it even though it came with batteries and it still didn't work, The very next day with the receipt I went in the store to return the light and buy parts and supplies, But I got really passed off because they wouldn't except my return of the light even with the receipt from the day before. I am a mechanic and I buy thousands of dollars in parts a year, But after this experience I won't be buying any anything from Advanced auto parts. I couldn't even reason with the clerk who claimed it wasn't resaleable because I opened it. It wasn't resaleable anyway because it didn't work. 3 years later and I still won't shop there and I buy a lot of parts and auto supplies! I have never had a problem with returning something with the receipt from the previous day at any other auto parts supplier until this incident at Advanced auto parts in Enfield ct .

Want to give a shout out to Advanced Auto Parts in Enfield, especially their employee named Anthony. I had stopped in to grab a part for my vehicle and upon arriving back at home, realized it was the wrong part that was given to me. After calling up, Anthony took it upon himself to drive the correct part over to where I was since my vehicle was already apart and could not drive myself. Additionally, the correct part happened to be a bit more in price, but Anthony and the management team offered to just give the new part without any additional charge. Anthony and team went above and beyond and really helped us out when we needed it. Thanks, Anthony!

Went in only looking for double sided tape. I asked the gentleman with long black hair and just as long of a beard for assistance. He handed me a really thick 3m double sided tape and assured me this is what they use for wind guards.. I had my guards in my car so I went to get them after he persisted i was wrong, because the tape on the weathertech brand of wind guards is as thin as scotch tape. I told him I'd be right back, went 10ft out the front door came back in. He saw me and continued to walk away into the back never to return to help me find the correct product. Was also going to buy a dash cam for $100. Auto zone was more then happy to give me amazing customer service. They found the correct tape I needed and even gave me a discount for the trouble advanced gave me! Just a half mile down the road next to costco, to deal with someone that doesn't hate their job.

I went there to get a replacement rear brake light. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the part and it came in quickly. These people that work there are awesome. Thank you guys again for your help

The staff here earns this location 5 stars. They are knowledgeable of the products, and they are always friendly and very helpful. The fact that they will install your wiper blades for you is a huge benefit. They'll also install your new battery if they can. Some batteries need to be installed by the dealership. When I have a need for "self-serve" auto parts, I come here first.

I love calling and getting placed on hold for over 10 minutes just to get hung up on. My favorite is when I walked in later that day and was just met with blank stares. I work in the auto aftermarket I understand busy buy to just be rude is unacceptable. I Won't do business here ever again.

Sierra was wonderful to me today. She helped me pick out 3 wiper blades for my grandsons car and even installed them for me. What great customer service.

Extremely helpful staff. I had a battery installed and the installer (don’t know his name) was extremely helpful and kind. It was great knowing I had someone to help me because I was clueless. Just wanted to update that I returned to your store today to purchase another battery, and was waited on by the same person that helped me yesterday. Matt was very pleasant to work with and beyond helpful.

Folks, this is the place to go!! Dead battery on July 4th. Not only were they open, but the nicest mechanic-smart young man (Alex) installed a new battery...no charge for installation. A great experience.

The workers were very friendly and offered great advice. We were all tired. Just came from the gym and felt like asking them to carry me to my truck and drive me home. They were so friendly that they might have done it! They asked for what I was looking and they went to the back and found it. Saved a lot of money using my Speed Perks!

I stopped there first thing Saturday morning because the headlight bulb blew out and I was on my way to take my daughter to her driving test. The 2 staff working there helped me change the bulb because it was stuck in really tightly. It was pouring rain. We made it to the DMV with 2 minutes to spare and my daughter got her license. I cannot thank them enough for making this very stressful situation less stressful. Thank you so much for helping us!!

Great visit.walked in and found what I needed immediately and the prices were reasonable. The crew on staff were very nice and helpful as well. Explained to me about their point system as well as chance for decent coupons they can send for next visit. Very easy to get too as well.

Went to Autozone before I came here to buy a fuel tank patch kit. When I opened the package, the "putty" as the best way to describe it, was already hard and unable to be mixed. I returned it for my money back no questions asked. I went to this Advance Auto Parts to see if they had a different kit or brand to use. They did not, they only had the same one, so I hoped that I actually had a defective product and this one would work. I went back home to use it (my truck's gas tank was already cleaned and prepped for proper adhesion, and the fuel level was BELOW the small crack that fuel was leaking from) and noted that it was very hard to mix, usually so for a putty product. After working the 2 part putty a while, it eventually started to mix and was soft enough to spread. I applied it on the tank, and left it set for about an hour. Took the truck to get gas, and shortly after it started leaking again. I went back to Advance for my money back, as I knew that it wasn't a fluke thing (I mean maybe I did get 2 bad ones in a row by chance) but unlikely. I asked for my money back and the guy said he can only exchange it. I was very irritated by this, but I wasn't going to argue with a guy over 8 bucks and I went to get another one. I noticed that the one he grabbed one end of the seal inside the package was broken (the product inside the package is tightly wrapped in plastic on the sides, and has small cardboard like tabs on the end to prevent it from hardening). He said that as long as the outside package was sealed, it would still be okay. Reluctantly, I took this one with me. 3rd time is the charm, right? Of course not. Even after syphoning the gas out of the tank to ensure it wouldn't interfere with the curing process, it still leaked after I filled it. Yes I'm aware that this product is a band aid fix for my problem, but I'm more upset about the lack of customer service I got from this location. At least I know where I'll be going to Autozone from now on when I need auto parts and supplies in the future.

Diane was extremely helpful in finding my hard to get exhaust parts for my 1990 Buick absolutely perfect fit car sounds like a million bucks and I am extremely pleased with the service I got from Diane and the rest of the staff as well.

Ed is the greatest. I am not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to auto or boat repair. Ed asks the right questions and gets you the parts that you need. He will take all the time you need to explain the install and if it is possible he will actually perform the install for you.
