Took my 71 Ford Torino in for ONE issue…. Angel addressed a few others and got me hooked up and back on the road! Great people great service amazing prices and most of all QUALITY work without the BS… thanks guys !
Highly recommend this auto shop. I’ve had major work done on my car and many little things like an oil change. Very friendly staff and reasonable price.
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE TO FIX YOUR CAR! My daughter had her car towed here, she was called and told that they had to put purchase a new battery so that they could evaluate her car. She was verbally quoted $ 225.00 for the battery, she never was given a written estimate, nor was she told about additional costs. When my daughter called to pick up the car, she was told that the battery ended up costing over $300.00 and the total due was $640.00! The owners very rude wife hung up on my when I tried to intervene, and advise her about the "Write It Right" law in California. I also did some further investigation about this company, and they've had several complaints where the police had to get involved. My daughter's brother-in-law is an attorney and her other brother-in law is a police officer in San Bernadino, we're planning to go forward with legal action against this company.
Well they have work on four of my cars and they brake something else so the car got to come back,they don't communicate with the customer they make a appointment for the car but don't work on it for a week and don't say nothing to you they are full of I'm sorry but they don't back up there warranty work well I will never use them again he angel said he put good parts on it charge you and put cheap parts on it.he is asking for a lawsuit I don't think nobody is certified mechanic.
I brought my vehicle into Value Automotive to have the transmission serviced. The mechanic did not restore factory levels which caused my vehicle to jump and stop shifting. After getting towed back to the shop, the mechanic said it needed more transmission fluid. The transmission continued to have the same problem. After bringing it back again, the mechanic said that it was not the transmission and to just keep driving it. I then took my vehicle to another shop where they determined that the vehicle did not have enough transmission fluid. The mistake was not recognized by the mechanic and there was no apology. I do not recommend this shop.
My RV was in need of an oil change and Value Automotive came through. I had very little time and he opened early and got me in. Good price, good service and enjoyable to talk to. This type of atmosphere is hard to come by and I can not say how much I appreciated it. Thank you Value Automotive.
Excellent work, great customer service, we would recommend all your auto needs. Angel and his wife were very professional , they work together as a team organized and fixed our electric van door on our Toyota Sienna . We are very satisfied !
Just started using Value Automotive and Angel, Adrianna and Steve go to great lengths to make sure we are pleased with their service. Husbands vehicle is a handicap accessible vehicle and needs specific maintenance and repairs. Angel has done all work at very reasonable cost. Angel has worked on my 2005 Explorer and it is still going strong. I would recommend Value Automotive to anyone needing great service at a reasonable price.
I didn't see the negative review until after I'd taken my car to Value Automotive. The so-call owner Angel tried to take my car away to another place to repair the car. There was a vehicle in front of company entrance sitting there, on a flat, with no one attempting to repair it. Upon thinking further, why would a automotive mechanic need to take your car somewhere us to repair it. Hurrying out of the office, I quickly stopped Angel before he disappeared with me car. Alert thinking or just feeling uncomfortable with Angel driving away in my car. I stopped Angel an told him to get out an give me my car. I refuse to be a victim. Beware of Value Automotive. No professionalism. Be careful who you let under your hood!
Didn't disclose hourly rate of $115 until after he gave inflated quote. Tried to take car elsewhere and Angel, the owner would not release it until I paid him $115 that I never consented to for work he never did. Police came and made him give keys back. Very unprofessional. The old owners used to run this place fair and honest. Unfortunately, under the new owner, it doesn't seem to be the case. Make sure you ask up front if there is a fee if you bring your car In here for a quote with a known issue! Or just save your money and time and take your car elsewhere. I would not recommend this business to anyone!
New to the area. The previous reviews is why I tried them and they were very accurate. Russ gets it done! He is fair and honest to the profession. Let’s you know what it needs without trying to add on this and that. Highly recommended!!
Russ is by far the best mechanic around ,fair prices,as well as quality workmanship!! My whole family takes our vehicles to value automotive, a trustworthy mechanic is hard to find!!!!
Been going here about 9 years. All work has been completed timely and with fair straight forward accurate estimates. Even when I have asked him to look for other possible concerns he gives an honest review of my car.
