They told me I couldn’t return an item here because I bought it at the Menifee location something to do with tax codes which was pure bullshit. I went back to the Menifee store and it was confirmed that I could’ve returned the unused new item back to any autozone store.

purchased a remanufactured starter for my jeep it was defective upon initial installation, removed it immediately went to return it they denied refund because it had been installed only would warranty it? So they sell me a bad unit and its un-returnable wow great business model

On Saturday April 12th, I was leaving Lake Elsinore to head home to Riverside when the tire pressure light came on in my car. I didn't know if I should risk driving a half hour before having the tire looked at. I had just turned onto Central from the 15 freeway when I saw the Auto Zone sign. I went in to see if I could get help with checking the pressure in my tires. The manager said he could help. They had the tool to check the pressure, but not the device to put air in my tire. He also noiced that the tire that was low had a nail in it. The manager had his own personal device to put air in a tire in his car. He pumped up the tire so that I could safely get back to Riverside, and I was able to get to a local tire repair shop before they closed. Without his help I might not have been able to get the tire fixed on Sunday, and would possibly have a flat tire leaving for work on Monday. I truly appreciate his help. It saved me a major headache!

Very busy store the staff is very polite and helpful as a customer we must be patient the associates will give you the best service possible.

Raymond went above and beyond. He provided invaluable insights and helped get my car back on the road. He’s very knowledgeable and I will be coming back specifically because of Raymond.

I went to get windshield wipers at 7pm because mines did not work and it was currently raining. The man working said he will not put them on for me and I have to come back in the morning. I had to drive back home in the rain with no windshields wipers. Definitely would not recommend! Next time I will be going to O'Reilly auto parts. Autozone usually put them on for me but the man working told me no. I definitely will not be going back and I will be speaking to the manger, this is unacceptable.

I had an excellent experience because of Raymond Cordova. My car died in the parking lot and he helped me get the battery changed and the car running within 5 minutes. He went above and beyond to help me and saved me a trip to the dealership. His team was friendly and helpful from the moment I went into the store. This should be the AutoZone you go to for any future needs.

I came into the store for a new battery for my jeep. The manager Raymond was very helpful, not only did he answer all my questions and installed my battery fast he also checked that my alternator wasn’t the problem.

Raymond was overly help. He even took time out to help walk me through inserting the part I needed. Not to mention he was called in on his off day lol . He was very nice

I love their program where every single time you spend at least $20 or more you earn a point (1 point). Once you accumulate 5 points you then earn a $20 credit to use on anything you need at the store. It is awesome! It has definitely helped me out on numerous occasions and I was able to purchase some very important things and move forward with my jobs and projects. I want to take the time to give a special thank you to Charlie and Kareem for giving outstanding customer service to me today since the central store was rude and incompetent manager Edgar over there should be fired.after coming to your store and having a pleasant situation CHARLIE and KAREEM made my day and I left the store with a smile thanks to there customer service. The assistant store manager changed my battery and wiper blades all in 10 minutes ?? He gave me great advice on keeping my battery healthy and tips on cleaning the connections would come back. Give him a raise (:

Relatively nice staff. Pretty fast on direction to what you need. Only draw back is they send email for discounts purchases of a certain dollar value, but when it comes time to get the discount there's a problem. They say it's showing zero on the computer. You end up paying full price. They do not honor coupons sent from the cooperate offices

So I'm not sure how to fix a review I've already done with this location was able to finally give me back my refund it did take a lot of calling I actually did need to ask assistance from my grandmother who is home since I'm working a lot and all the hours (including my lunch break) I would call AutoZone customer service was closed .But my grandma told me that they were very helpful with her and did their best to get the refund and everything sorted out. The problem was they at first said the item was already returned even though I was holding it in my hand with the receipt the day after I purchased but I'm really thankful to corporate managers for helping speed the process along :-)

The store is well stocked with automobile parts and other supplies needed to maintain your vehicle. The employees are friendly enough and helpful when asked questions. The check out counter is a different issue. The store is small with customers standing in aisles to wait for check out. While waiting in a line, other customers were able to cut the line without waiting. They really need to organize the check out process to keep it fair for all.

The staff here goes above and beyond with any and every customer, I thought i just got lucky with the employee that helped me, but I saw 2 other employees helping out other customers the same way! He taught me things about my car, helped me pick out products i ACTUALLY needed (he wasn't like a sleazy salesman trying to upsell me items; I asked about an item, and he let me know I didn't need to spend money on it!) I am SO grateful for the help he received because I'm not savvy with cars and probably would have installed my new air filter incorrectly. 11/10

Great staff at this spot, I didn't have to wander around the aisles to find anybody they found me. They were quick to help me diagnose my issues with my vehicle and had a fix for me that I would not have otherwise thought of. It's nice going into a location like this because sometimes all you really want is for people to be good at their job and know what they're talking about so it saves you time and money especially when you're working on the vehicle the last thing you need is getting told to do the wrong thing, that won't happen here there are good staff and if they don't know something they'll tell you and then I will look it up and find out
