Looked up online to see if they had a part in stock, they did. When to go pick it up, could not find it. They called another store that claimed they had it in stock, same situation, could not find it.

Cashier Mr. JACKSON totally disrespectful I asked him for some assistance and was obviously irritated by me asking him for help. Obviously doesn't like his job. Beware of no service with a smile Mr.JACKSON at the Grape street location. Super Bad attitude.
The men who work there are extremely helpful very nice treat you like a human and go out of their way to do for you. What you want done this place is highly recommended by me. Yes, I go there first for anything.
Way overpriced. Rewards not tied to account. So if I forget my reward email coupons they expire and I don't use. That's crappy. Prices are inflated to a degree I now check dealer prices first. That's kinda crazy. Last few times I bought dealer brake pads and dealer oem parts and it saved me money. I get brick and mortar costs but have to have a middle ground.
The staff at Orileys were beyond exceptional. Both gentlemen not only offered their assistance with my problem but went above and beyond by personally fixing it since I couldn't manage it myself. Jose, in particular, stood out with his kindness and charisma, making the entire experience not just helpful, but genuinely enjoyable. The Manager at the shop named Mr. Guillermo was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect battery for my vehicle. The installation service they provided was fast and professional. My experience with O’Reilly Auto Parts was outstanding. I had to go multiple times (not their fault) for different parts. Each time I had a different worker (the previous employee was busy with other customers), all of them were so nice and helpful.
Sold me the wrong parts offcourse. And ruin my hole day. Can't believe a little light bulb couldn't even get it right
Never coming here again. It's avous reasons. I been reading ather reviews too and people having problems also they sell them the wrong light bulbs. You guys either playing around with the customer or you need to hire people willing to learn the differences between offering the right parts not just selling and returning wrong parts. It's oviua with the reviews that your workers descriminate against Latino clients. So go fix that.
I frequent this auto parts store because the staff here is consistently helpful. Whether it's a part, tool, or cleaning supply these folks are fast, courteous, and helpful.
Way more expensive than AutoZone but AutoZone Mission Trail was only excepting exact change or credit card for payment. SO i drove further and paid more. ??♂️
Always a great place to find the right parts. April went out of her way for a great customer experience. I definitely recommend this place for all your auto parts needs!! Plus, it's never too busy. I hate packed places.?
Takes a while to get a staff members full attention but once you do.. they are excellent. A staff member helped us pick out the part we needed and then went out in the pouring rain to make sure the parts fit and worked for our car. Sure you can save a buck or 2 by going to Walmart instead but this level of service is well worth going to O'Reilly.
Long wait time for service. One associate helping a customer and a line forming while the rest of the associates are nowhere to be seen. I buy a pair of what I thought were headlight bulbs for a Civic but they are not for a Civic. That's an honest mistake. Before the headlight bulbs I buy a pair of fog lights for a Grand Prix. I pay the price for a pair of same brand fog lights but when I go to pick them up they are two different brands. Make sure you keep your receipt with every purchase made at this store. Everybody has a different experience but mine has been terrible with this store. Customer service is horrible in my opinion.
My overall experience at Oreillys was very successful! George was the associate who helped me and I received awesome customer service. He was able to diagnose the problem on my car right away and helped me get the parts needed for my repair! He was very hands on with finding the issue and very friendly. I would definitely recommend him when going for any assistance
George is basically useless. He was much more interested in the raisins he was eating than finding me the correct parts. Most people at this store are very helpful and friendly. But George didnt listen and kept looking up the wrong part and just staring at me with dead eyes like some kind of wannabe gangster. Ive been a customer since it was HiLo and Oreilley's has gone way down hill. If you want a real parts store call Longtins or Autoaid
Since moving to the area from the vastly more populated San Diego I was definitely afraid I wouldn't be able to get the type of help I needed to work on the car being that I love to work on it myself. Not the case once I found this O'Reilly location. Staff is very knowledgeable and extensively helpful with any project you may have, and if they can't specifically help you themselves they have no problem pointing you in a promising direction. O'Reilly is now my go to spot for all car needs.
I personally cant stand the lake elisnore store in California. I applied to this store and kept getting told by the store manager he was gonna call me that dat are the next day.41 years in the automotive business including auto parts sales and management and couldn't even have the cortasy to call me back even to tell me he was not interested..They don't speak when you walk in the store.they act as if you were invisible.
One of the best Auto Parts stores in the area ,a lot better than the O'Reilly's in Menifee ,they take time to be able to help with the project you are having they also have Spanish speaking employee's
Searched everywhere today for a part for my K&N intake system and couldn't find it anywhere. I had been "unknowingly" driving around with no air intake since it fell off. I had called multiple places and went to a mechanic all whom told me the only option was to 100% replace the entire system costing me around 300-400+$. I was going to continue that avenue since there seemed to be no other options until employee "Terry Parkinsons" began to help me and went above and beyond the typical expected service from a retail store. He went outside store to see the part that was broken in my vehicle and figured out an alternative method of fixing it costing around 50$. He saved me over 300$, + hours of driving to purchase the whole new system since this location didn't have one in stock and also saved me the hassle of having to make an appointment at a mechanic and paying labor fee's to remove/install new system. TO BOOT! My significant other was still inside the store while he was outside helping me and she had told me she over-heard other employees GRIPING and COMPLAINING about the "time" he was spending the help me. I think it's absolutely pathetic that co-workers have a negative attitude for putting the customer first, and going above and beyond the call of duty at work. Regardless, I am beyond thankful, and very happy I choose this Oriley's Autoparts location all thanks to Terry!
Just wanted to thank the store manager working 6/15 @ 9:20pm . He went above and beyond trying to help me when I was in a desperate spot even though I was upset and didn't understand why there was not time for a resurfacing ... Ended up there wasent enough there to resurface anyways. Just want him to know I appreciate his patience and help.
