The owner dad and son tried to jump me at the car wash in riverside ca because after I was done washing my car I parked in front of him to use the vacuum ? I have a video of them herrasing me they really try to fight for a vacuum that's not professional at all can we all just get along and be normal people

Came out first thing in the morning to one of my tires being completely flat didn’t think I had a hole or anything so I called Rivera to come put air in my tire. I called at 6:02 this morning. They were there by 6:18 and out of there by 6:30 driver was very professional And courteous. Thank you for your assistance!

These guys are kind of rude they take forever to get there and they're super expensive I don't recommend this towing company at all Quoted me $600 for 2 miles. The owner also tried to fight my buddy on the road because he looked at him funny I don't think this person should be a business owner but that's just my opinion

BEST SERVICE ANYWHERE. This place literally saved my son’s car from a disastrous accident in the canyon. Multiple places refused to try but these two angels from Rivera Towing did the unimaginable. Not only did they recover the vehicle 2.5 miles off road but they never left his side until he was on solid ground. NEVER CONSIDER ANYBODY ELSE. You will be surprised how professional they are. We owe you BIG TIME?

My truck was taking by Rivera on Saturday. . The guy in charge told me that my wehicule wasn't unattended that an officer was there until he picked up my truck . I called him as soonest I got home to asking him if by any change bags felt out the when loading it ..he said no. Although half of my laundry was missing...

I would say don’t use this company but the experience we had was with one person the driver tony the issue was already taken care of the same day so I will not get into what happened with my mom but if you do use this company avoid getting tony to help you a lot of the bad reviews seem to mention tony and the situation seemed very similar to what we experienced dealing with tony

Idk how y’all go to a low income apartment, tow someone’s car, then make them pay to drop the car. They said they would drop it for 130$. My friend was helping her boyfriend pay to drop the car, but they saw they had more money than just 130$ and charged them more. Keep in mind they drove past like 3 cars violating the complexes parking rules to tow my friends boyfriends. Btw, I would start drug testing your employees cuz those guys were BURNT and extremely disrespectful. I’ll be going to the BBB cuz that was wrong. Power hungry.

Will tow your car and call the cops if you refuse to get out because you ran out of gas they will call the cops so they can have them pull you out and not care if they make you homeless and refuse to allow you to get your belonging because you don't own it. Won't trust them to charge extreme rates for a simple tow by the cops.

Customer Service is spot on. I would highly recommend this business. My grandson’s car caught on fire while driving on his way to school. Thank God he was able to get out in time. His car was a total loss. Rivera Towing was called, arrived lickity-split. They took care of towing the car using great service and professionalism. Thank you Rivera Towing!

I just want to say a HUGE thank you! I got a flat tire on my way back home from TJ called AAA and was blessed enough to have Rivera towing out to the rescue! The customer service was amazing and it was the best towing experience I have had! Thank ya’ll so much!

My fuel pump went out and I needed a tow on short notice. They were very fast, very helpful. They communicated the entire process. Awesome price and awesome work. These guys are great! Thank you again guys!!!

Being someone who got towed they were very kind about it. Didn’t hurt my car and also junked my car when I asked if they could. They are awesome human beings to work with! They’ve towed people out of our parking spot. They’ve come quickly on busy days when people are stopped in the red.

WOW! This is the most dishonest company I've ever had to work with. They towed my vehicle (from a park and ride, which I've confirmed isn't legal). It's unfortunate because my truck was having transmission problems and is also labeled with contact info. Instead of contacting me to see if they could help, they towed and stored at their yard with no notification. This is when the fun started. Robert, one of the owners( he was VERY proud of that, so I wanted to make sure you all know, as he told me, that he is a very successful business owner and doing really well for himself) was extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. He didn't like that I told him that I would've been appreciative if they would've contacted me when they were came to pick up the vehicle and would've appreciated the customer service. He ignored my calls when I arrived on site. The worker, Heath, said that there's a 7% tax for CC payment (also illegal). He then lied about not being able to use my Credit card( another illegal offense as they are required to take credit cards), but my bank verified 3x's that nobody was attempting to execute a transaction. The worker on site verified my registration(which he said was all that he needed) and I went to get cash( while my AAA town driver was waiting). When I returned the owner then said I needed to show him my physical corporation paperwork to verify that I own the business. This was never part of the conversation and is an absurd request. After we got past that he started checking the AAA drivers certs. Basically each time we jumped through his hoop he would call the employee on site and tell him to find something else. His goal was obviously to keep my vehicle over the Thanksgiving holiday so he can pocket another $500. The AAA driver said he was sorry for my situation and that he's never seen anything like this. He said everything that was requested was abnormal and unnecessary. He also mentioned that NO company in his 20 yrs has asked to see his certifications. Robert is by far an egotistical money hungry person and his employee isn't any better. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY at all costs. They don't know what an honest days work looks like and will rake you across the rocks until you give up or they can get more money. So disappointing. I'm disgusted to live within 20 miles of these people and I honestly pity them. I couldn't sleep if I treated people this way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Use Steve's Towing!!!

I'm not one to leave reviews.. but this is a must.. i have used Rivera Towing for my job vehicles a few times, and tonight I called them for personal use of their services. Let me tell you this towing company is THE BEST! my husband's classic 63 caddy broke down, I called them and they had someone available right away, and assured me they had the right truck for our classic car. The driver was so helpful in making sure we got the caddy in the garage safely.. and their pricing is by far way better then anyone else's. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They're service is good and techs are friendly. However they are definitely not punctual nor do they return calls/respond to txt. My husband was told we'll be there within 30-45min, showed up 1hr 15 mins later. Today he was told 1 hr, it's already 1 hr 30 mind and nothing. No call that driver is running late or on their way.

Where to begin, horribly, horribly, horribly illegal towing company! California state law protects consumers against the worst of illegal towing. Under AB 2210, if you spot a tow truck driver taking your car, and the tow truck is still on private property, the driver must release your car to you unconditionally. However the tow truck driver Tony, demanded 250 for them to release my mother's car and would not unhitch until it was paid and even then only after he forced us to show him the registration and make my 66 year old mother who has an autoimmune disorder, come talk to them and Tony had no mask on. The car had not been moved out of the parking spot, in fact the doors were still open.  “Upon request, you are entitled to receive a copy of the Towing and Storage Fees, Access Notice and authorization form.” This has been requested no less than three times, once the night the car was almost towed, twice on Monday when they were open, mind you they are listed as open 24 hours a day but cannot seem to find the documents I've requested or the owner Hector. When my sister first asked for the documents that night, he said the security guard signed off and when I asked the security guard, who was right there he said it was the manager, who had been gone since 5pm, it was around 10pm. On Monday I went down to the tow yard, there was no one there, so I called the number listed on Google, no answer. A few minutes later I got a call back and I asked for the documents (for the second time), to which the response was "You want all that?!" I said yes and he replied "I'm in the truck right now but once I get back in the office I can email it to you. Text me your type of car and email address to this number and I'll do it as soon as I'm back, it won't take me long." I said alright and did as he asked. There is a screenshot of how that confusing interaction played out, in text is where I also ask for the documents a third time. This was an absolutely horrible experience, my nephew who is a frail, short man was told "Don't touch nothing it's mine now!" and he was literally just standing there. These men were hoodlums and who take advantage of poor areas and don't follow laws. They're using predatory towing and intimidation tactics on people who cannot afford high towing fees or lose their vehicle. Not to mention they're completely unprofessional and the owner is m.i.a literally every time I've asked to speak with him. I guess the business is handled by hoodlums he has driving his trucks.

Great service from Rivera towing. I was stranded on the side of the freeway and the insurance couldn't secure a tow truck so I called Rivera towing and they were there within 15 minutes in a clean truck for a very good price. The driver Mike was very helpful, after he showed up I was able to repair my truck on the spot and get going without needing the tow. What surprised me the most was his excellent customer service. That is the reason why I will be sure to used them every time going forward.

Want to Give Tony a big Thanks for the fast service of picking up my Chevy Suburban after the Starter went dead and left stranded. His Tow truck driver Mike did a great and careful job of loading my truck onto his flat bed and driving me home safe. I will definitely continue to use Rivera Towing should the need for towing comes again. Thanks Again Tony and Driver Mike...

My experience with this company was very good. The guy that help me out in the night was Mike and he help me get my car out of the way from the road. Ge didn't have to stop and helped but he did. Rivera Towing is the best towing service around!!! I needed my car towed and I called Rivera towing and Mike helped me out like no other. Every other company was trying to charge me over $200 to be towed 13 miles! Mike saved me for a lot lower and quickly. I just left my keys in my car and I didn’t worry. I called Rivera Towing.
