I walked in to buy lights for a car, I got approached by some worker telling me to get out as I’m looking for the light, accusing me of taking pictures of random girls witout asking or knowing anything, I asked if they could pull up the store footage to clear my part, they said no. That’s the stuff that can ruin people’s life. That’s how they treat customers.

1/28/26… Me and my cousin went in to grab a lightbulb for my tio/his fathers car, it was a sylvania light bulb 1157. When we went in, we were simply looking at the electronics area. As we are exploring the electronics isle, we are calling my tio to see which one it was exactly. Right as we found it an employee came up to us disrespectful in no profesional manner accusing us of such disgusting act, refusing service with no respect. He was simply taking matter into his own hands as if he was important or in any way shape or form in authority. With going beyond of a strangers word, my family has been continuous customers, i’ve even had an interview here. More than happy to say i was not selected, but rather surprised such scum, depressed worker gets hired there. We are contacting higher ups to get ahold of camera footage, The MANAGER!!! claimed to have “No protocol” extremely unprofessional for such demeaning accusations placed on us, We are 18 years old. Right after we went to target to buy a football and played at the Rosetta canyon community park football field.

The service is terrible. Yesterday, I was told that my part would be in at 7:30 am. I arrived at 9 am and was told it was not in, but they would call me. I called about about 5:30 pm. Lee told me that the part was in. I told him I would arrive in 10 minutes. When I arrived in 10 minutes, they could not find it. If Lee knew that I was coming in, he should have pulled the part. Then, when he was asked about the part, he said the computer shows that it is in, but he did not take responsibility and did not apologize. The store is more concerned with parts than people. I got my money back and will never return to the Autozone store off Central at the 15 frwy.

The manager accused us of stealing when we were shopping. When we said we were shopping he said " don't get smart with me ." Then the general manager got involved and said they get alot of shoplifting. We have been shopping at autozone for over 20 years. We were very offended.

Just had a battery replacement done by Bryan, extremely helpful and quick. Got me back on the road with nothing to worry about. His help was very much appreciative. He’s an up and coming mechanic, would definitely trust him with any issue with my car, want him to definitely get recognize for the work he does! Great helpful and friendly location!

Gabby/Gabriella was an immense help! She helped me with replacing my car battery after placing an online pick up. Cars aren’t my specialty at all and Gabby was quick and easy with it all, super grateful for the help and I had an awesome experience overall! She’s a pro at customer service, her job and you can tell she knows what’s up! Gabby also let me know about the battery deposit and warranty as well! I’ll be all set driving around now thanks to her, super great experience here at the Central Ave location! Thanks again Gabby!

I couldn't get the gentleman's name at the counter the morning of 2/7/25, but he was super helpful. Even though it was raining, he came out and installed my windshield wipers for me when I mentioned that I didn't have my glasses with me. I really appreciate this level of service and will definitely be spreading the word. Thank you!

I was their on 12/15/2024 8:40am I ask the person front for part i need gave him my registration for him to look up license plate He ignored me, he has his music really load that we couldn’t communicate, then he asked me year make and model gave him all the information then he couldn’t find the part need i ask if i can see the screen he flipped the screen very hard that looked like he was not have a good day. I said have a good day i rather go some were else. Having a commercial account for 10 plus years and get treated this way sucks.

Been faithful client to this store for two years always had great kind experience,except for tonight came to do a lifetime warranty swap. Their wer two guys in front, name tags(BENJAMIN) that helped me. and didn't get the second name but it happened at 8.45pm Nov 16 2024 Benjamin was with a smarty attitude seemed annoyed wasn't taking his job seriouse and on top of his annoyed attitude he was cursing outloud foul language and laughing outloud unprofessional. kids also go into the stores not good.Aswell with the 2nd guy on the phone watching videos and laughing & saying a mass of bad words&foul language like if it was their personal non working hours. I asked him a question about a warranty and gave me a annoyed face, attitude, tone. And responded very arrogantly. I kept being kind to this gentleman to see if he would pick up on my kindness even after him being rude aswell. I had called before driving over if the part was in stock and had the gentleman on the phone do a physical check for me a few hours before arriving and it was on the shelf in stock physically, when Benjamin assisted he then told me that he is going to send me to another store because he "Cant find it"..., when BENJAMIN was searching for it he said that it's not in the shelf's with a none caring attitude. I then asked Benjamin to please look closely again and i guess that bothered him..come to find out that the second search he did end up finding it hooray! no having to drive to another store far away. All other employees have been great till this day except with benjamin and the 2nd fellow.

I was very happy with my visit Tony and another gentleman helped me find a light bulb for my 2022 ford Bronco.. My car is fairly new so it wasn't registered in the computer Tony went outside and helped me get the right light bulb I do really appreciate it they rock. Very nice and friendly. We'll definitely be going to this location. Not to the other location In Lake Elsinore they did not help me at all. I went there a few weeks back and they couldn't change my battery. Was very disappointed with that location.

I was in need of new head lights and Anthony (cashier #5 on Register 3) was very helpful and assisted me in finding the specific ones for my vehicle. He also assisted me in replacing them. His customer service was exceptional and you can tell he takes pride in his job and I would refer anyone that needs assistance finding a part for your vehicle to ask for him.

Amazing Amazing Amazing Service. Dan B is the goat of all autozone managers. The whole team really took care of me and made me feel like they actually cared. Dan used his entire lunch time helping me fix my car and I truly couldn’t thank him enough. If you need to go to auto zone for anything. Make sure you go to this one!!!

Dan store manager first he very polite with a greeting and seeing if any assistance was needed after grabbing coolant i proceeded to explain my vehicle issues of running hot / overheating. He was very knowledgeable with the make and model of my car and give me ideas that actually lead to fixing the problem. It’s really heartwarming being assisted with some who actually knows cars and not just behind the register collecting money. I was sure to call and thank him!

Super Clean Store, I purchased a gas cap. My husband lost the one I had while I was out of town. They looked up my year, make and model of my car and recommended the best cap. And I was on my way. No photos unfortunately but this Store Was Top Tier, Customer Service was Great!!!

Always a good experience at this location. Edgar the store manager runs a tight friendly ship! The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. All 3 employees checked in on me to help get what I need without being pushy. They really help get you in and out back on your project. Glad this place is just down the road from our business.

Dan is AMAZING!!! He helped my mom and I out with a new battery. He was so kind and understanding and even helped us install the new battery. Service like this is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED and yet so often not found. We will be customers for life!!! Give Dan a big raise!

So I had a headlight go out on the 8 th. I came in at 9pm the only customer in the building. They say we can sell it and not put it in. Company policy has to be more than 2 people in the building. I come back on the 9th same thing. Come back on the 10th at 8pm. He says we are getting screwed by management but we can't help you! I said well you have not helped me yet soooo. And he said company policy! I will never shop at this store again. The gas I wasted the time I wasted coming here. The one in Chicago on Toughy never closes and those are the best guys I ever seen. This place is joke .

The great auto parts store with group of nice staff! I came in this store because my car need new window wipers. A nice staff helped me to looked out the size and guide me there, and taught me how to replace them. We drove back but for some reasons we failed to removed the old one. So we need to drove back to store, and Kudos to Jose! He helped us to remove the old ones and put the new ones on! He was amazing, patient, and friendly to us. We felt so heart warmed. We hope him all the best.

Auto zone has the parts you need for almost any repair. Xavier and dan are very helpful and knowledgeable. The have everything we needed to to an oil change and the exact starter we needed. Auto zone is fast easy and friendly.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped. The workers were kind answered my questions and grabbed the items I needed off the shelves for me. I was checked out and I was off on my merry way. I then needed a tool to open my oil gasket as it was to hard for me to open and they handed me a tool to help me open it and I was able to complete my job. I went in I handed the tool back and they took care of my trash for me. I haven’t really been in an auto zone where they paid so much attention to a customer and they all seemed focus on the customers they were helping. It just always seems like all the other auto zones are just focused on getting people in and out without really paying attention to the customer but here in this auto zone I felt as they were there really invested in us and our needs so of course I needed to let them know that they were doing a great job and I felt cared for. I think now a days people have really forgot how to show great customer service and when you receive it it makes your soul feel at ease. Anyways it was a great experience and I will make this auto zone my main location to shop at for my auto needs even if it’s a little fur her away from my home. Thank you for such an excellent service today! Keep up the great work!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to after my visit the other day. The store itself was very clean and I was greeted with a smile, I got windshield wipers with little knowledge on how to install it myself. Thankfully, the very kind gentleman Adrian G. helped do it for me! It was pouring rain, but he reassured me he could get it done quickly.? I offered to tip him, but he wouldn't take it. This store has great customer service and I will definitely be coming back to this specific store!
