On 11/29/25 i took my car to Lexus of Temecula as the result of my check engine light being on. Prior to that Auto Zone diagnosis stated the problem was a stuck waste gate on my turbo. Lexus diagnosed it and informed me it would cost $5,800 to replace the turbo! On 12/3/25 I took my car to Advanced Auto and got a accurate diagnosis and had the turbo problem fixed for $751.00. They were very professional and kept me informed at all times! Thank you.

Taking my car to this shop turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. While the customer service was friendly, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. When I went to pick up my car, the mechanic forgot to put the cap back on the coolant reservoir, causing my car to overheat on the way home. They tried to blame it on the existing issue with the vehicle, but it was clear to me that their negligence had only exacerbated the said issue and their deflection of blame was a poor attempt to cover up their own carlessness. While putting us at this risk was bad enough, the fact that there was no attempt to take full responsibility or even acknowlwgment to excuse all the inconveniences that arose under their care, feels though they don't consider the attitude thats hoped for and expected when dealing with these kinds of interactions. Being just nice does not cut it! Taking ownership is a good place to satrt. Its ALL costumer service. Not only was my visit a terrible experience, but it also ended up costing me money with absolutely no benefit. I’ve never left a car shop feeling so taken advantage of and diseegarded. [ ]

Took my car to Steve and Ryan both gentlemen have amazing customer service! My car wouldn't turn on and key was stuck in the ignition . They quickly diagnosed the problem called to tell me every step it was the battery and I needed a new one and with installation and everything I got my car back the next day which was a lifesaver very honest very reasonable an affordable pricing . Definitely a 10 out of 10 recommend anybody to go to them for any mechanical issues with cars and or trucks!!

I took my 2006 Miata in for a brake job on August 28th Steven Ryan gave me an estimate in the morning and by the middle of that afternoon my brakes were done they replaced my brake parts with OEM parts the car stops better than ever the price was right the estimate of repairs was right on Plus I even got a shuttle ride home and they picked me up in the afternoon to bring me back to pick up my car the whole process ran really smoothly I will be coming back I've been there customer for almost 20 years now you won't go wrong with advanced car Care

Would highly recommend to stay away from this specific shop by all costs I had an interaction with one of the workers there named Ryan Basically, Ryane was dishonest the whole time interacting with him everything from getting a quote to even part management And then, at one point, he literally told me “this is a business. Why would we do anything to help the customer price wise If we can get that extra dollar out of them, we will” The integrity at the shop is not there, and when it comes down to something as intimate as your personal vehicle needing to be taken care of, this is not the place by any means

Came in to break loose my 02 sensor . Steve came in 2 minutes and took care of me . Definitely coming back for my next car needs ??

Advanced Auro Care is the best auto shop we have been to in years. Steve and Ryan are the nicest business men I have ever encountered. They are professional, genuine, and honest. This is my second time bringing a car to advanced auto. The first time I brought in a 2008 Cadillac that couldn't pass smog. I took it to multiple shops and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. I brought it to advanced auto and they diagnosed it right away and the cost was very minimal. I was very relieved and grateful. Since then, we have purchased a Cadillac ATS for our daughter. The car was in great condition, but it had a really bad chatter in the transmission/drivetrain. I was told from others that it could be the transmission, motor mounts, torque converter, etc. I called and talked to Steve on the phone and he made me an appointment to bring it in. They called me the next day and told me that the transmission fluid was extremely dirty and that they Suspected that was the main problem. So they did a transmission service with a new pan gasket, new filter and 7 quarts of transmission fluid and the car drives like a dream. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. These are the most professional people you will ever deal with. They treat you like a valued customer. They keep their word and call you when they say they will and have the car ready when they said it would be ready. They have state of the art equipment, which helps and diagnosed the problem correctly, the first time. This is definitely the place to go if you have any issues with your vehicle.

Hard to find good service in anything now a days. The service at this shop wasn’t good, it was exceptional and first class. From the minute I called Steve monday morning. He answered in one ring. I explained my situation and we set an appointment. I wasn’t able to make that appointment, I called to reschedule and Ryan picked up the phone knew exactly what was going on. Ryan and Steve were both very enthusiastic to help. I dropped off my truck it took 5 minutes and they had Rory give me a ride home. Rory was also very nice. They underpromised over delivered When they said, my truck would be ready by 12 and they had their other driver Darrion pick me up by 1030. Both Rory and Darrion drove safely and had a great conversation. My truck is running absolute spectacular. I couldn’t be happier. Go see these guys for your auto needs.

My parents have been coming here since 2009ish. They will forever be the family go-to auto shop. Steve and Ryan are awesome!!

This company has always been a reliable source to go to when I have work that needs to be done on my car. I can always trust the gentlemen at the front desk to be honest with me if something unexpected arises and needs to be replaced. The communication is excellent, timely, and transparent. If anything needs to be fixed that I don't understand, they are thorough in describing the problem so that I'm able to make fully informed decisions. It's clear that the team cares about the well-being of their customers. This company continues to be the only mechanic in town I recommend to friends and family.

"Auto electric is our expertise " he said when I called. Clearly they knew the problem was. The power window is getting stuck and makes a grinding noise. 23 yes. Experts and you need to do an estimate? Over $400 to fix I pd the estimate and took it to a glass shop down the street..and still saved.

I came across this shop by accident. I needed a smog and they had great reviews. While waiting for my smog I listened to them tell a lady that what another shop told her wasn't what was wrong and explain they don't see the need in her wasting money. So when my truck had issues I didn't hesitate to call them. They did an amazing job.

I had a great experience getting my smog check. The office was clean, the people were nice ( front desk guy) , my service was fast and they did more than expected. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. I will be back!

They were extremely busy but were still able to find the time to install a new battery into my car. Went above and beyond with their installation and were finished within the hour. Extremely friendly as well. Thanks again for the outstanding service.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting a nail in my tire, but thankfully I found Advanced Auto Care. Steve was so kind and helpful when I came in. I can’t express my gratitude more. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto work! I’ll definitely be going back when I need something done on my car :)

Be careful, I took my car in for a bad vibration in the front end. My check engine light was on and that’s all they focused on for quick money to replace a simple fuel sensor and charged $650. They didn’t even look for the vibration problem and sent me on my way. I took it elsewhere and they found broken motor mounts which was causing the bad vibration and fixed it.

We've been getting all our vehicles smog tested here for 10 years. Service and price is good. I've never been there longer than 30 minutes with an appointment. Kind staff

The first time I went to this auto repair shop, the price was moderate, I changed the oil, 4 brake pads, and the headlight system. It cost $696

I visited this authorized dealer repair shop because my AC was not blowing cool air, an oil change and tire rotation. They provided a shuttle to/from my destination so that I did not have to wait for the vehicle, because they were backlogged. The AC issue was operator error. They were very honest regarding this and could have easily charged me for servicing the AC and I would not have known any better. I appreciate their honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service. It has been a very long time since I have experienced really good customer service. Also, I prefer to support small businesses, when possible. I will definitely return to Advanced Auto Care for future servicing because it is much more convenient than going to the dealer and I appreciate today's experience. Thank you so very much for an awesome first-time experience. Please keep it up!

As a female I always worry that I may be taken advantaged of. Luckily from day one they have been very honest with me and my family. We have been returning for over 10 years for all our automotive repairs, oil changes, and smog tests. They even offer a ride back to your house and a pick up to get your vehicle. I love the friendly people here. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for automotive repairs.

I've had a number of repairs here and couldn't be happier with the service. They explain what the repair is in easy to understand language and my wife loves that. These guys have bent over backwards to get my truck fixed in a timely manner because they know I work nights. For me that's outstanding customer service.

My family has been coming here for years. They take care of my grandmother. Extremely will knowledgeable. Do excellent maintenance repair's and repairs. we've taken our cars to other mechanics who never did a good job specially having our alignment done nor found other problems associated with our car. Advanced Auto Care is the best! I have always found Steve (the owner) and Ryan (the office manager) to be professional and honest. Let's be real, having car troubles are never fun, but when something does go wrong it's nice to have a place that I trust to take my car. Their waiting room is one of the cleanest I've seen, and the service is fantastic! I'd recommend these guys to anyone!
