My car died at the gas station next to the autozone off railroad canyon. David helped me jump start my car and test my battery. They he went above and beyond to change out my battery to the new one I purchased. What a life saver! As I was on my way to work this happened. The store manager wS also very kind a helpful. Thank you David at autozone!! 5 star experience!!

Edgar, the store manager, was helpful with an issue I had with an incorrect purchase. I attempted to return an item from Edgar’s store to a location closer to me and on three visits I was met with less than ideal customer service. I came back to Edgar and he was empathetic, kind, and showed a willingness to go the extra mile for his customer. He understands customer experience and runs a great store. Thank you again Edgar!

Had to buy a new battery for my vehicle. Normally at an auto parts store, someone like me walks in and gets duped into buying shit I don't need for my vehicle. Not here. Helpful employees and excellent customer service. Thanks AutoZone!

The Key to my car happened to die right in front of the AutoZone as I was getting Starbucks in Cannon Hills. I went into AutoZone and Edgar was able to walk me through how to change out my key battery and took care of me on the spot. Great customer service thank you Edgar!

Super great customer service at this store. The store Manager Edgar was great, he was helpful and explained everything to me perfectly. Joshua was also helpful. Everyone there had just a great overall attitude. I'm very happy to have this location in the community.

Was having unexpected car trouble, definitely was feeling overwhelmed and stressed with the issues that were going on. But I’m so thankful for Edgar and David, they were so kind and professional. Went to this location this morning to return parts that were not needed. Boxes were unopened and I had the receipt as well as order confirmation. I was expecting a quick return, but was met by a rude manager who was not helpful at all. He could not figure out how to return my items to my card, then stated he didn’t have enough cash, hard to believe as the total was not high. He was very rude and not helpful at all. Funny part is, I walked into another Autozone location, hand that manager my items and receipt and return was completed in minutes. Clearly the manager this morning just didn’t want to take the hit of a return. I do not recommend this location, and will be using other locations in the future. Terrible customer service.

David was sooo helpful today! I was able couple hrs from home and my engine light came on. Going to this Auto Zone was wonderful. David was so kind and helpful! I could go back safely w/ peace of mind. Auto Zones FREE DIAGNOSIS was perfect! It said I had a loose gas cover, it was right on the money - easy fix with David! Thank you for all your help!!! Fantastic Customer Service. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Went in to get wiper blades. Store Manager Edgar helped me pick them out and installed on my truck. Highly recommend this AutoZone for your automotive needs.

Seriously had the best service today! Makenzie helped me find the exact wiper blades that I needed for my car and installed them for me as well. They were completely broken and no wonder I couldn’t do it myself. She saved the day! Will definitely be coming here for all of my Car part needs.

Had the pleasure of running over some freeway debris today which caused my skid plate to snap in half but it was still connected on either side. I couldn’t for the life of me get it off myself so I came into the Canyon Hills Auto Zone where I ran into Krew. Dude was quick to help, and made sure to try different lines of attack to make sure we got rid of it. Krew was able to get everything taken care of in the time it took me to write this comment. Top tier customer service and super grateful. Think I just found my new auto zone ☺️

I recently purchased a few items from this store and had the opportunity to be helped by the assistant manager Kaytlyn. She was so awesome! She was very kind and helpful! Was able to get me each part I needed to service my car and even went above and beyond to make sure of it. I love to go places where you feel welcomed and assisted especially when you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for! I’ll definitely be back !!! ??

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and moral disappointment with the treatment I received at Autozone #5413 in Canyon Hills on 4/21/2025. The experience involved Assistant Manager Katelyn Olson and her manager, Eduardo Garcia, and it has left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and completely devalued as a long-time customer. I visited the store to process a warranty exchange for a thermostat and fan switch, both of which were purchased on the same date in 2019. While Ms. Olson accepted the fan switch for return, she inexplicably refused to honor the warranty on the thermostat—even though both items were purchased together and fell under the same warranty terms. She claimed that the thermostat I brought in was not the correct part and accused me of trying to return a different item. I explained that this was the exact part recently removed from my vehicle and noted that manufacturers often change part designs over time. Rather than listen, Ms. Olson told me I was “undermining her authority,” even though I remained respectful and simply tried to help her understand my situation. When I requested to speak with her manager, Eduardo Garcia, he refused to come out and speak to me directly. Instead, he told Ms. Olson not to process the warranty return and dismissed the issue entirely without hearing me out. This level of disregard from management is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I drove to another AutoZone location 10 minutes away on Mission Trail. There, the representative processed the thermostat return with no issue and even confirmed—ironically—that “manufacturers do sometimes change how parts are made,” exactly the point I had tried to explain earlier. This experience has made it clear that I am not welcome or valued at Autozone #5413. I now feel uncomfortable returning there, as I believe I will continue to be treated with the same hostility and dismissiveness. That an assistant manager would belittle a customer, and that her superior would actively avoid resolving the situation, is disappointing beyond words. I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed, and I would appreciate a response outlining the steps AutoZone will take to address this situation and ensure no other customer is treated in this manner again.

Car battery gave out 0.5 miles from the store and barely rolled into the parking lot. They replaced my battery for me and was on my way shortly. Excellent and professional service.

I had a radiator issue that would have cost me a lot of money if I went to A. Regular mechanic shop and Edgar. The store manager was able to help me get the part that I need and all items to do the job, right? His help and service was at most the best. This store is always clean and fresh and has great customer service. Thank you, I love autozone I will return again. Customer for life.

I had a delayed start on my vehicle. I came to AutoZone to get my battery tested. It was bad. Daniel and Marion helped me get the right battery, cleaned my battery terminals, and replaced it for me . ?? i also got glass wipes for buy one get one free !!!! Omg. Thank you !

Daniel was so helpful. I originally bought an engine filter instead of a cabin filter. He allowed me to exchange with no issues. He also helped me pick my windshield wipers and install them. Will definitely go back here for auto supplies in the future.

I went to this store for my Honda's front brakes on Railroad Canyon in good faith thinking of it as a neighborhood store that deserved business of residents around it. I came out with a bitter taste in my mouth realizing that the staff is dishonest and tries to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. He added a pouch of silicone greese to my order without my permission and as I started to leave he handed me the pouch and said to take it with me in case I might need it. I thought since he handed me the pouch so late may be he was throwing it as a bonus, when I looked at my receipt he had charged me $1.99 without me asking for it. I went back and asked the gentleman to return that pouch of silicone greese since I didn't and ask for it and didn't need it. To my surprise he said he wouldn't return it. He got into a heated argument with me at that time another cashier jumped in and returned that item to my credit card. Bottom line. This store is a perfect epitome of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never ever set foot in this store again.

This store is amazing! The gentleman working here are so nice and helpful! Jason was amazing and helped me with a charge issue and Raymond worked his tushie off changing my battery! Would highly recommend this newer AutoZone!! On top of all the wonderful people working here, the batteries are better price here and they install for FREE! Can’t beat that!! I am a forever customer now!

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so impressed and thankful for the excellent customer service that Jared and Raymond gave us this evening. Our truck was suddenly over heating as we started our hour drive home We accidentally pulled into the Autozone parking lot as we were trying to get to the Chevron gas station. At AutoZone my husband explained what our car was doing and a quick diagnostic test was performed It was suggested that we add coolant to the truck. Once my husband began to add the coolant we quickly realized we had a problem as it all leaked out the bottom. Raymond noticed where it was leaking and Jared came out and found the torn hose. They immediately brought out a part to fix and clamp the hose. They filled the car with coolant and made sure it was working properly before we headed out. They were very knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. We were very thankful for their help this evening as we were able to make it home safely.
