I had a great experiance at Fix Auto Lake Elsinore! My truck was finished ahead of schedule and looked beautiful. And was cleaned inside and out when I picked her up. Customer service was spot on and very communicative.

Lawerence and the staff are so amazing. They were so well detailed with the process and even after. I really can’t thank them enough for repairing my vehicle.

My name is Danny and recently my car was in the shop for 2 months, it was a very frustrating process living without my car i recently bought especially with my insurance being very difficult all the time, as in never answering the phone, no answers, being on hold for hours, I was always able to contact fix auto whether it was Patty, or Raul they were excellent, I’m the type to never leave a review but these two amazing workers made me happy and relived at all times every time I called frustrated because of my insurance they answered every time and went above and beyond in customer service for me and my girlfriend and we truly do appreciate them. Raul and Patty if you are reading this it was a pleasure being in contact with you guys and we need more customer service in this world that you two bring thank you so much once again.

Great place. Lawrence looked my Lexus over & I asked for a couple touch up's, along with them fixing my front left side of my Lexus. When I came & picked it up, I was more excited about what Lawrence did regarding the touch up's to my Lexus, I was so happy with everything they did. Highly recommend. Super nice people.

My first conversation with Patti was on the phone, and she was wonderful. When we brought our truck in she was every bit as gracious in person! Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The treated our 22 year old truck as if it was a new vehicle! We were so devastated when both front windows were shattered and the door locks were destroyed, not to mention all the tools stolen. But I believe we got the truck back in better condition than before it was vandalized!! And it looked like it had been detailed!! I'm so glad my insurance company recommended them, and we'll be recommending to everyone from now on!! P S. The truck was done much sooner than anticipated!!!

They did a very good job on fixing my car. Looked brand new. They even detailed my car. That was the best. Whatever products they use on the plastic trim around the car made it look brand new. My trim is black so it was looking faded. But now it looks brand new. And they are soo friendly. They also got the job done way before the anticipated time. I highly recommend this auto place.

I just wanted to share my awesome experience getting my car fixed at Fix Auto in Lake Elsinore! I was honestly blown away – my car looks better than new! From start to finish, the whole team was fantastic. Patty at the front desk kept me in the loop every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Lawrence, my estimator, totally understood my budget and worked with me to stay within it. And Rodolfo, the shuttle driver, was such a friendly guy! The repairs themselves were perfect and right on schedule. They really took the stress out of the whole process, which was a huge relief. Seriously, I can't recommend Fix Auto in Lake Elsinore enough! If you need car repairs, these guys are the best. You won't be disappointed.

I had some damage to my Infiniti G37 that I wanted to have repaired. The care is a 2007 Hard top convertible with only 45,000 miles and in excellent condition. I took to Fix not know what to expect. The estimate was very reasonable. The repair was outstanding. I was especially impressed with the over all detailing of the care. It was clean inside and outside. It was in show room condition. The staff there was very professional (Patti and Lawrence). I especially appreciated the courtesy rides. This is the place to go for your auto body repairs and I highly recommended them for such services.

After finding someone had vandalized my truck, I was desperate to fix it without breaking the bank and this company was great. They removed all spray paint quickly alongside shining my tires, all for free which I deeply appreciated. The staff was professional, specifically Ken, who got the paint off of my truck in a couple of minutes and now the truck looks as good as new. I highly recommend them for their helpful and reliable 5 star service!

We had such a great experience with the staff here. We’d never been in a collision before so we didn’t know what the process was like to get our truck fixed and going through insurance - but here, everything was taken care of in less than 2 weeks! From coming in and making an appointment with Patty, having Lawrence work with us on the estimates, and how quick and perfect their work was, we definitely recommend this place!! We are so happy with our choice to come here. Lawrence was updating us constantly throughout the process and they’d give us reminders on when the truck would be ready. Very thorough in their work!

This is the only place that anybody should think of when repairing your car. From the beginning to the end, they take care of everything inform you during the process. There’s nothing that you need to think about. The quality of Work is the best. This is the second car I brought to them. I will never use anybody else. I highly recommend them. Patty at the front desk takes care of all the paperwork. Lawrence comes out, gives you the estimate and you get a text during the whole time.

Fix Auto was so professional I had a great experience with fix auto kept me updated on my vehicle it was ready before the original date that I was told so I loved that because I don’t like to be out of my vehicle to long but this was a finder binder and I was corrected by them in a timely fashion and everyone was so polite from the office workers and the guy that does the estimate. Thank you guys so much and I’m back in my car . Great Job

On August 3rd, my vehicle was rear ended and after battling with my insurance, due to the responsible party not being insured, my claim was approved and we begin the repair process. I tried a few times to get ahold of the shop that repaired my vehicle in the past, Inland Empire Autobody and Paint, but unfortunately the manager I knew wasn't in and ultimately I decided to find a shop that was local. State Farm told me of two options, and I chose Fix Auto. On August 8th, I dropped off the vehicle and expressed my concern with the damage and they gave me an estimated repair window of two to three weeks. On August 18th, I picked up the vehicle and was impressed with the color matching fairly decently. That satisfaction was short lived, as I soon came to realize the bumper was not an OEM part and was fairly cheap in quality. The bumper they used was far from OEM, and oddly enough, in hot weather both sides bulged out and created a gap. Of course when the temperature dropped, the passenger side seemed to fix itself. I expressed my concerns to the shop, and they explained my warranty and that they'd fix it. The excuse I was given, was possibly a defective bumper. I never heard from them, and finally filled out their online survey to which prompted a response from them and of course they said the hold up was due to their parts supplier. One month later I have not heard a single thing from this place and it upsets me. Issue is minimal, but it's my vehicle and I'm entitled to a "PROPER" repair. Not some quick lazy repair. I had to replace the trunk seal due to damage and red over spray, and Ford doesn't make a disconnect for the harness. So I had pull the harness and found two bolts to the chrome facade loose, and the bolt holding my backup camera in only threaded halfway. I shouldn't have to call constantly to have them fix the sloppy work I received. I've attached photos, the white vehicle is a junkyard car with an OEM Ford bumper and even that sits better and properly compared to my so called OEM bumper they used.
