I had requested a service call from AAA. At 5am. Arrival would be 6:18 np. At 6:20 I get a call from a lady at this office. And I answered Good morning. She said good morning. Then began shouting "hello" I said yes ma'am I said good morning. She went on to explain her office just opened and it would be another hour. I tried explaining it to her. But she refused to listen. Kept speaking over each other. I contacted AAA and they sent me another company. That would get to me in 35 minutes. I try to think how I would respond to someone in need. I just don't understand the unkind and lack of compassion or understanding by this company. Good luck with these guys
If I could give zero stars, I would. Steve’s Towing turned what should’ve been a straightforward AAA tow into a slow-motion circus of delays, unsafe practices, and shifting “policies” that only seem to apply when it benefits them.
They showed up almost an hour later than promised. When the driver finally arrived, she had me assist in driving the car up the ramp, steering, and then climbing down a steep metal incline with no safety equipment. My ankle is still sore from the landing. For a company allegedly built on “professional service,” they had no problem asking a customer to do tasks that should only be handled by trained staff.
It didn’t stop there. They arrived to the destination way later than they said they would, only to announce they “couldn’t” drop the keys in the lockbox because of “liability” and “policy.” Their solution? Either tow it to their yard—where I’d be charged overnight fees—or burn more of my AAA mileage by dragging it back to my house.
When the driver eventually returned to my place, she once again tried to get me to climb the ramp and put the car in neutral myself. After the first incident, absolutely not.
This company hides behind policy when it’s convenient but has zero issue putting customers in unsafe situations on both ends of the tow. The hypocrisy is unbelievable. Avoid Steve’s Towing if you expect professionalism, safety, or even basic honesty.

I guess Gabriel is the go-to guy based on these reviews since Alberto was not very courteous or friendly. Called AAA for fuel delivery and this company calls back saying "You call AAA?" without even mentioning their name or company. He could barely even bother to extend his arm for a proper handshake upon greeting. If you want better customer service I guess ask for Gabriel or go elsewhere.
Gabriel was so friendly, efficient, respectful, as well and precautious and careful when it came to my vehicle. He even contacted me to let me know that my car was delivered to the destination. Thank you Gabriel for your outstanding customer service, I was truly impressed, and would request and hope to get you anytime i need a tow!!

My vehicles got stuck in park while dropping my kids off at school. I called for a tow at Steve’s towing and within 20 minutes Gabriel arrived and took care of me the utmost efficiency and we were on our way. Once home dropped my vehicle off at the very spot where I wanted it.

Gabriel was truly awesome! He was really quick to arrive, very professional yet friendly. He got my car hooked up fast and careful. Towing home he took extra precautions since my car sits low. I appreciate that he wasn’t reckless or careless. I would highly recommend Steve’s towing again and if possible I’d request Gabriel!
