Couldn’t be more grateful about my experience at this location thanks to Minda. She went above and beyond with help and made my horrible night a little better knowing good people still exist. Meanwhile the competitor down the street refused to help me, much less stand up from their stool, because it was too late at night to change batteries AND their equipment wasn’t charged. Make it make sense. Thank you Minda!

Find my items pretty easy. The women who helped me at the cashier was very friendly & polite.

This is an O'Reilly's. There are many like it, but this is the one by me. Staff are wicked helpfull, and far more knowledgeable than the stereotypical teenager working a parts counter. always got what I need and are willing to talk parts and cars, and although I leave with a few less bills in my pocket I routinely leave with a grin on my face. Thanks dudes!

Bought their top battery that has 3 years full exchange. No prorate.

Today I went to O'Reilly for emergency windshield wipers. I didn't realize the ones I had were torn, and it was pouring rain. The saleswoman, Minda, was so helpful. She even installed the new windshield wipers on my Nissan for me IN THE RAIN because she knew I was in a hurry to work. Thank you for the amazing service! Thank you again Minda!

Was able to locate a difficult part to locate and at a great price. Clean store and has excellent customer service.

Went into the store and was immediately greeted with a handshake by Mr Guillermo! Truly makes the experience more enjoyable when you are genuinely acknowledged and cared for as a customer. Guillermo replaced my battery in record time and I was on my way! Guillermo is truly top tier.

When into O'Reilly's tonight to exchange an oil filter that was clearly the wrong filter. Was told by the clerk that the filter given to me was and upgraded filter. Yet when he did the exchange he overcharged me an extra $5.35 and now said that the filter that I was getting which clearly look almost identical poor service and a just lost a good customer . Can I give a 0 stars please. The manager Vivian is so horrible and the majority of the staff. Everytime me and my husband go in theirs only one person who helps us and he always seems to be up front when everyone else is who knows where ( im guessing the back from the talking we hear) I give 5 stars to the tall gentlemen with glasses and tattoos for always helping us, I went in today and he wasn't there so I'm not buying anything from anyone else because they all deserve 0 stars.

David Gipson. that is really the only name that you need to know when you visit or O'Reilly's Auto parts, that young man I'm not too sure how he's not the manager over there already, or running the place. You very well should have been by now or a long time ago for that matter. I've been going to O'Reilly's auto parts for a very long time specifically over AutoZone, I just always had a slight favor towards O'Reilly's over AutoZone you know they seem more American. When you go to O'Reilly's you can count on the fact that someone's going to be speaking English to you, when you go to AutoZone that is not always a guarantee. I have no slides against people that speak Spanish, no sir I even speak a little bit myself. But for the man that is an American and speaks English and cannot speak Spanish, you probably going to want to visit O'Reilly's over autozone. Anyway Mr David Gipson, he's the O'Reilly's sales specialist that you guys all should ask for when you're in there. That boy doesn't know when to quit he works dang leg off to get the customers the satisfaction that they need I know he has for me he has for my paw and he has for my kids. Man is a great young man, his soul duty is to make sure the customer leaves home Happy. Every time I visit that place I make it a point to make sure David's in before I even come down to the store. Over the years that I've been going to O'Reilly's I haven't always been guaranteed satisfaction, until I met david. Now I find that making a short phone call down to O'Reilly's and make sure David's there has a small price to pay, to leave in there satisfied with all my needs taken care of. He knows his craft, unlike most of the employees there. Anyways I'm going to give O'Reilly's a 5 out of 5 stars and this is mainly because of David, and that other tall white boy tall skinny fellow with some tattoos I don't know his name but he's a good one inosa's crapped as well you're going to have to ask for him when you go out and there yourself

There is alot to be said about behind the counter sales and product knowledge.From the manufacturers to the installation of those parts.you rarely find such knowledge in abundance .Not so in this case at this store! I was pleased that I was talking and someone was listening with some level of knowledge and understanding. No glazed blank stare today!!

This is how all auto parts stores should be! None of the employees gave that "ugh, is it 5 yet?" vibe. The shelves were organized and everything looked tidy. That's a never ending project, even the best of customers won't always put things back on the right shelf. Keep it up, customers do notice the effort.

Flagship retail outlet! This particular store, from my recent visits here, is a well stocked, well staffed store with a properly trained customer service staff run by a management whom understands, and then provides, the service that I expect. I had an issue that concerned logistics and went home empty handed after being told to comeback a few hours after my initial visit to purchase an item, found via the computer inventory, across town at another store. At first it was will called so I could drive to get it, moment's later I was told it could be delivered in a couple hours or less. After 20 min of waiting on hold, they did find it, on will call across town. Thankfully all my efforts were in vain since my mechanic called out sick and eventually dropped off the face of the planet. Like I said: flagship retail outlet! Can't beat this store. Thank you.

Assistant manager Michael was helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a battery and he installed it for me in a matter of minutes. Great customer service!

O'Reilly is the best. Local distribution center ensures parts aren't far away. Plenty of blinker fluid and wiper fluid in stock.

I came to this particular store to return a alternator that I purchased from them had started to make noise and I took it to my mechanic he showed me it was falling apart it was missing screws that hold it together. The alternator had lifetime warranty and they did not what to accept the alternator because they it did not have the right serial number and it looked to worn out to be there alternator. I spoke to the manager but she insisted that she could not do anything about it because the warranty did not cover it. So I had to go to Autozone up the street to buy another alternator. Autozone offer way better warranty than any other part store.

Only go here if you are desperately in need of something right away, otherwise avoid it. They work behind the counter in slow motion, prices are mediocre at best. You're way better off just ordering from Amazon. I don't see how these places stay in business nowadays, their technology is at the buggy whip level.

Staff was helpful, got me what I needed. In and out quickly. Stopped by at O Reilly parts store to pick up some car cleaning and wash items. Had waht I was looking for, staff and service prompt and friendly.

Employee told me he hopes my part breaks!!!Today 5/13/2020 Iwent to return a part that I purchased which was the wrong part they sold me. When they tried to exchange the part for the correct one I ty old them I had already purchased the CORRECT part from Longtins. At this point the O'Reilly employee told me he hoped the part broke once I put it in. The employee was a overweight white guy in his early 30s

I went in to see about a engine light that is coming on and off. Taylor was very helpful about talking to me about my Chevy HHR. Clean facility and nice guys working there. Thanks for the info.

I LOVE these guys. Been calling about parts for my BMWs for over a year, and they're always extremely helpful. More knowledgeable and professional than the AutoZone guys down the street, for sure.

Love this place and the staff ALWAYS helping me out if needed. Store is always clean and staff and management deserve a RAISE.

I like O'Reilly's particularly because it has less traffic. They ALWAYS have what I need and are very professional. Great customer service and clean shopping environment. Rarely, is anything out of place.

Came to this location by accident. The part i order was at another store. While one guy was calling to make sure my part was there. The other guy helped me out by putting my wiper blades on. The entire time they were polite and helpful. Even though I wasn't technically a customer. Thank you all for your help and patience

Needed a xmas gift, she the store clerk knew about product, and answered all questions. Other store didn't know or price was higher. Will go to OReilly first.
