Went to go check this car out and I was surprised how fast I feel in love with it, a couple hours later walked out with the car to my name! This place has the best business around and the best people to work with ten outta ten would recommend if you need something new!!!

I really like Lake Elsinore Honda. The customer service there is always great. Everyone is really kind and helpful. I purchased my car there last year after a not so good experience with the customer service at Temecula Honda. So glad I got my car from Lake Elsinore. It’s more of a drive but very worth it. My family are big Honda lovers I had got told to go to Moreno Valley however I came to this location for first time to check them out. Wife n I first time visit @ this dealership. Spoke with Franko to make our appointment. Came in for a drain n fill on our 2015 Accord. Tyler helped us. He was very pleasant. He even offered a free wash, which we gladly accepted. While we were waiting, Raul a Sales Associate stopped over to chat with us and was very pleasant as well. He gave us his business card and personal # to call him if we needed anything. Dealership is fairly new and very nice. We got our car back in less than an hour. Loved our experience here and will be back. :)

Review on 6-12-2025: Honda Ads about lease payment is a Lure. Taxes and unknown prices are to be included in the payment shown as it wasn’t explained to me. So fourth 2 out of 5. You dealers know your numbers well. 1) you didn’t give me my credit score copy. 2) you disclosed that you will give me a copy but asked me to take a picture. 3) you didn’t explain thoroughly on the price of the vehicle, which vehicle VIN you used to pull numbers, additional features on the vehicle and price for what items! 4) Appraisal of my trade in was low and you just gave me my known information on Kelly Blue Book price and my known CARFAX to me as you didn’t need a printed copy anyway. 5) you asked me to take picture of the credit report. 6) I explained my situation with insurance premium and wanted to lower my premium.(you asked me what am I trying to accomplish here? I know for sure you want to make money out of me anyways with trade in and the purchase) 7) you said you will give me a copy of the price value break up. You didn’t try to explain or give me the copy. I just had to resort to taking picture of it. How was this dealership better than anyone else around? Henceforth my explanation of Two stars out of Five stars. My suggestions to new buyers is that you don’t rush into agreeing with the financial conditions whether it’s lease or purchase unless you really need the Vehicle you like. Shop around and compare the numbers. Salesperson was good but you knew my situation. I’m not even gonna think of coming for Pilot. I’ll go to the dealership that I’ve dealt with before and know that they’ll take care of me, even if it’s little far. The rating stays. 8-20-2025: Tried in August for new civic sedan. I texted back its sedan and the guy says I didn’t give me details and said “I’M JUMPING AROUND”. Great skills. Great!!

Really nice experience. I felt like i got a great deal even though I didn't get the exact car I wanted due to the many packages they placed on it, which drove the car's price out of my budget. But for the most part, I left the dealership pleased. Daniel (the salesman) was very friendly and personable. He receives 5 stars, in my opinion. Really great guy! Lake Elsinore Honda receives 4 stars due to the care of their cars. I'm wondering if they even inspect new merchandise or just take what they get. After I left the lot, I noticed a floor mat missing from the front passenger's side of the car (I had to go back and get one), I noticed a big glue stain coming out of a vent under the back seat foot area, and the back, to the back seat, has a hump in it. When you lean back, you hear a thump like it's warped or something. But whatever, I'm rolling in new car smell. Lol Gotta love it!

Update: Initially I gave them a one star review after coming in and having a bad experience with one manager. Javier and Moe are great salesmen. Felipe is also a great manager. Andrew from the financing department was also great. The team that I dealt with on Saturday, 3/22, was a 10 out of 10. They actually went over the numbers and we came to an agreement on a brand new 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring, blue lagoon pearl exterior with an all black interior. Me and my wife love the car. We loved how everyone treated us. I’ll definitely be doing business with Lake Elsinore Honda again, especially if I get to work with the four gentlemen.

No gimmicks, just straight to the point. I was in and out quickly because Mario is fast, efficient, and genuinely willing to work with your budget. Just tell him your numbers, and he’ll make it happen. Andrew in the finance department was also great. Even though he’s young, he really knows his stuff and isn’t there to scam you—he’s direct and efficient. As for the manager, I didn’t interact much, but it felt like he was mainly there to push for more money, which is part of the game, so no hard feelings there. Overall, it was a great experience. Support your local businesses, and Lake Elsinore Honda will give you a good deal. Be sure to ask for Mario, and don’t forget to go through Costco or Sam’s Club for an even better price!
