I reviewed another auto shop, but I have to say this is better than that one that one was good too, and I’m not gonna mention his name, but this place is the best very professional men who know what you want and if they have it or not, they don’t mind you calling and asking either. I’ve always respected them because they treat you very well like you’re not an inconvenience like a lot of places And they know what you need so I give this place five stars easily actually 10
Excellent phone conversations.. sourcing an out of production ,necessary part for my car.. . In store customer service was just as Good.. prompt service, and a very clean organized Auto parts store !!pleasant knowledgeable attentive employees.. I will return for Ford parts !!.. Geo M

Best parts store in Elsinore as far as I'm concerned. Very good prices on good quality parts that last. The sales staff know what there doing and don't ask "what year and model" if you ask for 16lb closed system radiator cap, or whatever. I'd rather buy something from them with a year warranty that will last ten years then get something from those other places with a lifetime warranty that need replacing every year or two, for higher prices. I was a NASE general mechanic for almost 20 years, before I got my chemical engineering degree witch I've retired from as well now. Give them a try if you never have you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Absolutely love this place! Great staff they r very knowledgeable and friendly , great prices and always a quick and painless trip. I would suggest this place to anyone in need of auto parts, blows autozone and o'reileys out of the water hands down!
If you need Auto Parts and Lake Elsinore it's the place to go if you need something immediately it is but it is cheaper to go online one of the parts I will look for was three times the price of what it was online
They seem to have better quality parts and sometimes they have them available already in their store comparing to other auto parts stores and their prices are unbeatable great customer service too . Better than autozone and orreylis.
These guys always go out of their way to get you the parts you need. This place is almost 20 miles away from me and theres half a dozen OreilyAids in between, but I have never wasted my time here talking to some kid who doesn't know how to get me the parts I needed.
STAY AWAY from this place bunch of unintelligent people working there. sold me a 3 year old battery with a different part # on the receipt. battery broke in 5 months and wont honor the warranty. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
The best parts store in town! They have great staff and two guys are bilingual. Very knowledgeable and great parts at excellent prices. Highly recommend them to anyone!
Real "old school" auto parts store. Great selection and quality. If they don't have it they can get it and usually offer several options in price as well. VERY KNOWLEGABLE staff behind the counter.
Needed a part for my Lexus. Went through Auto Aid, as my mechanic found the part through them at a lower price than going through Lexus. Well you get what you pay for. The part wasn't in stock and had to wait 5 days for it to come in. When the part came in it was defective. Sent it back and had to wait another 5 days for it to come in. Again, defective. I asked for help from them to have Cardone Industries (the maker of the defective parts) to pay for a couple days of the rental car they cost me waiting for the garbage they were charging and sending me. All Auto Aid did was play games and waste more of my time. No accountability and they really don't give a damn about their customers needs. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the misery and go to Kragen or Auto Zone and get it right the first time.
Best Auto parts company in town by far, and across the street from Autozone on misson trail, all of the repair shops from Elsinore down to Temecula get their parts here and they are open to the public, they have better quality parts at lower cost than competitors. I always use Autoaid and recommend everyone does.
autoaid is our one stop shop for all of EZ Moving Services auto needs every one is very nice here and they keep way more parts in then auto zone and cheaper prices to boot. brandon and sara are the top people in there in my opinion. very ez to work with thanks guys
