This was my favorite antique store till the nice lady in the front left and now there’s a guy who is very rude and he always look like he’s mad and customers bothering him! I tried 3 different times with this guy in the front, but always the same rude attitude! I’m not going there no more!!!

Lots of book, dvd’s, records, and toys. A little junky and dusty, so it’s good for those that love a treasure hunt. The stuff I was looking for were overpriced. No public bathroom. Lots of parking.

Nice little shop. Clean store and polite staff. Store is real tight though, slender aisles and limited parking. A lot of the shops are very overpriced though. Typically 20% or more over Ebay pricing including shipping.

An absolute gem of an antique mall. Could spend hours here (and have). So many neat finds at reasonable prices.

Owners incredibly nice and fair, very cool antiques. Much more reasonable pricing than majority of antique shops around.

My husband and I were visiting nearby and decided to stop in and look for some items I was hoping to find. Well, I got about 10 feet inside the front door wearing my mask ( my husband is going through continuous cancer treatment and his immune system has been very low lately) The man at the front desk gave me the most intense glare of disgust and an eye roll that was on par with a teenage girl. Apparently he was triggered by seeing me and must have made up a story in his narrow, little mind. I imagine if you ever find yourself with a serious health issue or anyone in your family does, you’ll be willing to risk it all just because you’ve been brainwashed into a narrative that somehow makes your hard, triggered heart unable to cope with caring for others. Thankfully there are other stores in the area and the employees/ owners were kind, helpful and pleasant. These are the businesses I spent my money with!

Nice people. (Thanks, Lisa!) Very, very packed store. A little difficult to maneuver. LOTS to see. Very fun hour.

great place to wander through if you enjoy vintage shopping. The mall has lots of vendors, each with their own unique setup, so there’s a wide selection of items to check out—everything from furniture and collectibles to decor and odd little treasures. It’s one of those spots where you never really know what you’ll find, which makes it fun to explore. The space is clean and easy to walk around, and it’s a nice way to spend some time if you’re in the area. Definitely worth a visit for antique lovers and curious browsers alike!

Nice antique shop! Wish they had more furniture for sale, but still a nice place.

I was accused of stealing. I misplaced some merchandise I had picked up and when i decided I didn’t want the merchandise I did not put them back where I found them, which I understand now why it’s important to put things back where you found them after being educated on the matter. I was being lazy I’ll admit. But people mis place things all the time and I was called out in front of customers and it was embarrassing. I then moved the rings to the rightful place after my encounter with the man in the front, but knowing I was being watched like a hawk was unsettling. I get the importance of securing merchandise, but if you were watching that closely you would’ve known I didn’t take anything and you also would’ve known where I set them down. This made me feel stereotyped and degraded. I don’t think I’ll be back after this. I don’t mind being educated on the importance of putting things back because of the vendors but publicly embarrassing me like that was just unprofessional. He could have pulled me to the side to have the conversation but instead embarrassed me in front of other customers. Do better and let this be a lesson learned to have more respect for your customers.

Looks like a lot of great booths and treasures. The only problem was the staff. Hand in hand walked in with my 5 year old and started exploring. Asked a couple questions and was treated like we had asked for grandmas secret recipe for kindness. Not friendly or helpful. Which is too bad because I was ready to do some shopping therapy.

While in Salem, Stop in and take a look at all the cool finds within the shop. We tend to check out local antique shops when we visit new areas. This place happened to be directly across from where were staying at The lofts. In the evening, when we went for our downtown strolls, we found appreciation for their Halloween window displays! Quite some time put into it. Go check em out!

I used to live in Salem and I never had any qualms with buying from here in the past. During my most recent visit, from out of town, I can't say the same. I stopped in casually and found some goblets that were part of a set I've wanted for a long time. I wanted to purchase them, however there was no price tag on it. I figured I'd go up to the counter and ask what the price is, like any one would. The older man at the counter was in a conversation and paused it to check us out. After mentioning that there was no tag, he said that it's probably part of a set (yes, but they did not have the rest of the set) and had us show him where we found it. As we walked, he stopped to finish his conversation with the folks from before, which was fine, though it seemed like we were a bother at this point. Once finishing the conversation with them, I pointed out where I found the goblets and showed him that they were indeed alone on the shelf. To which he replied gruffly, "if it doesn't have a price tag I can't sell it." No explanation, no reassurance. At this point I just thanked him and walked out because I was a bit irritated. But what kind of shop has stuff out on the floor that they're not going to sell? And even if it were there for display or on hold for someone else, where's the sense of customer service to just tell me that? I was planning on just writing it off as some sour experience and not going there again. But after reading some of the other reviews, It seems I'm not the only one who's had an experience with this rude guy.

I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was in here! I had an item I thought the store would be interested in purchasing. And that man acted as if it was an inconvenience to look at it! He huffed+puffed, then told me "he didn't make offers" I also had ànother item i began to try talking to him about until he rudely interrupted me with "Stop! Just stop, what are you trying to sell?Or, what are you talking about"? Very rudely!

This is my favorite kind of antique mall! Lots of booths and everything imaginable. You walk up and down the aisles and you never know what you will find. We found all the gag gifts we need for our gift exchange. I also found shoes for my collection. The lady at the checkout was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a free calendar with our purchase. The exterior windows they decorate seasonally so it is always fun to see what they do.

A large number of vendors that have expertly merchandised their spots. Outstanding selections of collectibles and small home furnishings. Friendly and helpful employees. A must visit store.

I spent a long time in this antique mall. There was a lot to look at. It's set up like streets and it street was a Beatles song. Pretty cool. I bought a Lance jar I've never seen before. Salem is a small college town. It's very pretty and I enjoyed walking around. Everyone was really nice.

Charlotte's Web has a variety of booths, hand crafted item to others odds and ends you can turn into treasures. I'm from out of town, just visiting all the shops in Salem. I came across gems that I have been looking for, for a couple months now. Handmade wooden bowls, different sizes and shapes, also different baskets and some vintage sweatshirts, tees and flannels. I feel as though there is a booth for everyone, also just a big time capsule. Definitely visit if you love "thrifting" or are looking for knacks.

I love walking through Charlotte's Web Antiques. So much fun to find interesting things. Great place for gifts. I also like to jam out to the music that they play on the speakers.

I loved my visit here, it was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon, prices were reasonable and lots of pretty things to look at. Only disappointment was no restroom, had to walk to another business which spoiled the shopping experience for my husband and I.

So I have mixed feelings with this place. It was quaint, clean, organized. They seemed to have a good mix of antiques, memorabilia, and farmhouse style items. Prices, for the most part were fair. I purchased a couple vintage items that I love and they were packed up real well for my travels. So Thank You! While I was checked out promptly, courteously, and with a “Safe Travels” send off, my entrance to the shop was not so friendly. The folks working there did not greet me upon arrival, which I have a pet peeve about. However, in their defense, staff was quite busy with other customers and working displays. So for that, you get a “pass”. Oh yes, the kind woman who checked me out went above and beyond by showing me a similar item, diff color, as an option. That was very thoughtful — Thanks again!

They have a lot of neat antique trinkets. From raggity ann dolls to star wars action figures and really neat decor old furniture that would be really good for your house a lot of old records for a really good price. Highly reccomend.

I adored the really retro looking sitting area while I waited for my husband to look in every nook and cranny! This is a pretty big space, so it can take a while to browse.
