We were helped by the store manager, Austin, when my Nissan Frontier wouldn't start. Can't say enough about his knowledge, professionalism and his willingness to help and go above and beyond. Would recommend this location to anyone and hopefully AutoZone will recognize Austin for his superior customer service!

Austin the store manager gave me the best experience . I am a college student, who is not from here, he was the right person to come to. Because you can imagine the stress I was in. I appreciate everything he did for me . I recommend going to see him for all your car troubles :))

Austin at this location is THE BEST! He helped me find everything I needed quickly, and even installed a new battery for me in the parking lot. He was quick, efficient, and so awesome at his job. I think I am just absolute done with these folks-----last 2 times being there were a total bust----several months ago---better half went in----she couldnt get waited on- and we waited patiently -----then we left--------windshield wipers is what we needed I do believe-------we left --------with out getting what we needed----couldnt get waited on------------------------just -----last week went with my son---------------------NEEDED JUST 2 ITEMS------------------1. A------------ k and n recharge kit for the k and n air filters-----you know the oil and cleaner combo in 1 box-------------nope---------didnt have them??????--------------also needed a hose clamp approx 4 inch or larger------------------------------nope didnt have that either---------got in vehicle and went to OREILLYS here in Salem-----YES THEY HAD WHAT WE NEEDED IN STOCK---------

I'm not good with putting on new windshield wipers so I asked for help. Jessica came out and had them on in a blink of an eye! Awesome customer service! Always get great service there!!!!

Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me research how to do the fix myself - 20 min in the parking lot, let me use her tool set to replace an ignition coil and spark plug, saved me probably a couple hundred dollars from going to the dealer and having to wait two weeks. Could not recommend this AutoZone more highly.

I called the Salem store to ask about having them install an AGM battery into my 2018 Toyota Camry. The employee said that Auto Zone does not sell that type of battery for my auto. I called the Auto Zone located on Williamson Road and they have what I need. When I asked them why the Salem store doesn't have access to that battery, the employee replied that "the guy doesn't know what he's talking about." I live a mile from the Salem store but I will have to drive 25 minutes away to get properly served by Auto Zone. The Salem store employee needs training and I am unhappy to be the victim of his incompetence.

This AutoZone was very friendly. They showed my partner how to put new wipers on our van since it was our first time with this vehicle. They were professional and helpful. Thank y'all for such wonderful service! Highly recommend the Salem, VA location.

Only reason I went here is because Advance Auto couldn't order from that supplier. 15 people working and it takes 10 to find your order from 24 hours prior and twenty minutes. You do the math.

I needed a new battery for my car and got the absolute BEST customer service from the AZ team on Sunday, June 7th. Mike, in particular, was stellar as he went way beyond the call of duty to troubleshoot the issue I was having with my car. I am so very grateful to them all and highly recommend this store.

STORE IS CLEAN PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. MY ADVICE DON'T SHOP AT ADVANCE AUTO PARTS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THIS STORE I WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING AND MADE THE MANAGER CALL THE POLICE SO I COULD BE PROVEN RIGHT AND ANF THE YWLL OF IT IS.....IM THE LOCAL LOCKSMITH FIR THIS TOWN!!!!!

Last night I was heading to AutoZone in Salem, VA (Store 0925) for a part and as soon as I got into the parking lot, my car broke down in the middle of the lot. I was immediately assisted by Gary Winters! He usually works at AutoZone on Williamson Rd (Store 0924), but the Lord placed him in Salem last night! What a tremendous blessing he was! Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and kind...he knew exactly what to do! Thank you so much Mr. Winters for all of your help and excellent service!!! Many blessings back to you!!!

Had a new guy, and still received great service and got a hard to find part in 2 hours. Good prices.

I bought a new alternator a while back but the regulated went out there going to stand behind it but they don't cover my labor? I don't understand it because their product has caused other components to go bad. ???

Good customer service. Mostly knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff. Got spark plugs for a 96 Chevy Blazer. Guy was friendly but seemed a little unsure of himself when it came to knowing the differences between the spark plugs

I love AutoZone. Prices are fair and competitive. If they don't have your part, they'll find it for you. Give them a shot for your next automotive needs, you won't be disappointed.

Duralast batteries are garbage. I have one dated 9/16 that needs the be jumped several times a week. Tried to get them to honor the 2 year warranty and they refused. It's only good to original purchaser. That's says they don't stand behind the product they sell. That is the last time they will see me or my $$$. I own 5 cars currently, 2 are track projects. I buy a lot of parts.

Excellent customer service with a Paul A.. He made sure that my problem was the battery prior purchase. He then proceeded to install the new one. Very professional.

Absolutely wonderful place. I was stranded a couple miles away with a completely dead battery and they came out and installed a new one for me even though that's not something they normally do. Would highly recommend this store. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank y'all again so much for helping me out!
