I called and spoke to Korey about needing a state vehicle inspection on the same day. He was very friendly and helpful, letting me know that while there were a couple of vehicles ahead of me, that it could be done within a reasonable time frame on the same day. I arrived, and waited for it to be done. Reliable service, and friendly staff make all the difference!

Kory & Chris gave great service & personalism. They showed clarity with diagnosing the issue and advising me on the next steps. Good to get ease of mind from people who know what their talking about.

Service was excellent, as a woman you pray for a car tech to not take advantage of your kindness. These gentlemen were exceptional. I purchase 4 tires and needed my sensors replaced. I pulled into a gas station in Glen Allen—a town I’d never visited—only to realize my rear tire was rapidly losing air from road debris. I truly lucked out finding this location. Despite not having an appointment, Chris, Mike and the team were incredible. I was surprised to learn that Mavis Tires & Brakes acquired NTB a few years ago, but it worked out perfectly—they pulled up my info instantly on their integrated computer system. They had my tire repaired and had me back on the road in minutes. The staff here is top-notch; I highly recommend NTB and the Mavis family to anyone in need of honest, efficient service!

Writhing moments of walking in I was greeted very kindly by Quan who quickly got my car into the shop! I came in for a flat tire, Quan walked me through everything and gave me excellent service. I was out of the service center in less than 30 minutes. Davis also went out of his way to notice and help me with my car! Safe to say if I need help with my tires this is where I’ll be going!

Chris and Quan is excellent they took time with my car and told me what the problem was and he is a. Excellent mechanic he needs a raise you cannot find people like him Chris.

I came in Sunday after New Years and needed to get some new tire valve stems as a few of mine were damaged and my caps were corroded on. Quan met me at the door and was able to assist me right away. From there, Micah was able to get one of my caps off without having to replace the stem and replaced the others very quickly and efficiently. They also kept me updated throughout the process and were very transparent with me. I’m extremely grateful for this team and their efficiency especially on such short notice and near the holidays. Best experience I’ve had at a shop in years.

Came in with nail in my tire. They quoted a very good price to patch. After inspection the tire was not able to be patched. They gave me some options but ultimately I asked if they could just put the spare on for me. They did so and did not charge me. All the employees I talked with were very polite and were not pushy.

mika helped me tremendously after my tire popped with my two kids under 2 years old in the car, he was quick, got right to the point and fixed me up and sent me on my way!! great place, friendly service, clean and overall helpful and amazing!!

Chris was very helpful!!! On my way to GA from MD and my tire blew out! I was super frustrated after waiting on AAA for 2 hours. Chris got us in and out in no time! Best service ever!!

I came in thinking I had trouble with one tire, but it turned into much more. Chris and Micah were excellent at communicating what caused the tire issue to burst, which items needed to be fixed sooner, and which repairs could wait. I appreciate the time they took to show me the clear evidence of the damage within my car. They also kept me informed on timing and cost and helped make sure I was driving out in a safe vehicle.

We were stranded 175 miles from home with a Handicapped occupant. Road Hazard caused an unrepairable failure on a Runflat. I can't say enough great things about NTB and this location in particular. I received such great and attentive service from Quan from the moment I walked in the door. He was great and my tire was patched up in no time!

These Guys are the BEST!!! 2 tires with 3 screws/nails and they did an amazing job at putting me at ease and providing me with options. They kept me updated at every step of the process, even gave me quotes for replacements if needed. Quick, knowledgeable, and personable. These guys are pros! Clean facility with cartoons to keep the kiddos that I had to drag with me occupied. This is going to be my hometown go-to. They went above and beyond.

The manager/supervisor was great. He let me know I needed new tires, but he said it in a way where I felt like he wasn't just trying to hustle me into getting new tires. I was only able to afford 1 tire, and he and his crew made sure to put it where my car was still safe to drive, while letting me know I have to get the others replaced. 10 outta 10, would (will) take my car here again for service.
