After hitting a cement brick on the highway going at least 60-65, I had a damaged rim and flat tire. Jaguar towing came to my rescue within 30 minutes! The guy was amazing! He replaced my spare and got me back on the road within 15 minutes. He was so nice, polite, efficient and professional. I’ll definitely continue to use them in the future! Thank you Jaguar Towing! Background: I had already contacted my insurance company waited an hour in the rain and then they told me it would be another 90 minutes before the tow truck could help. I contacted 911 and the police officer assisted by contacting Jaguar Towing. The police officer was also appreciative and said that Jaguar Towing would move to the top of the his list.

I had to tow my car to the repair shop. Driver Mike came at the appointed time and loaded my car in under 2 min and off he went. Top notch service. Friendly driver

Nicest person EVER!!!! We are from Canada and had a problem with our tires and Mike went the extra mile to help us to change our spare tire. The lady on the phone was so nice. She took care of us and understood that was really nervous. They completely saved us when another compagnie left us waiting for 2 1/2 hours. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!!

Truck almost sideswiped me when he decided he didn’t want to wait in the merge lane and took the emergency lane down the entire exit ramp. I followed him down. Ow 95 for almost 5 miles he did not have a pick up. I phoned the company to let them know of their recklessness.

After calling around to find a tow at 7PM on a Saturday evening, these guys were quick to respond and showed up in no time. Dispatch followed up multiple times to confirm the driver status and make sure there were no issues. I appreciated their attentiveness, quick response, and affordable price. 10/10 would recommend.

Hussein just picked up our car & was quick, courteous, considerate of our property (prev tow company we used damaged a flowerbed & didn't follow up to fix it), & was so friendly & pleasant! Never used Jaguar before but will be if a tow is needed again! He even gave the car a little power so we could get our CDs out of the disc changer. 5 stars is not enough

Great people to work with and will work with you. They went out of their way to help me. Only wish it wasn't in the circumstances where I wrecked my Jeep from an obvious tire blowing out. Not only were they helpful in keeping my items inside safe, but even took photographs of the vehicle for me for records because I was injured in the accident and not able to get around. No other towing company would have even bothered to help me out like that. Great people, great company and have all the thanks and recommendations I can give.

Mike and his partner with Jaguar Towing did a great job today! My father’s vehicle broke down right as I was trying to leave a gas lane. Called for roadside assistance, and sure enough, Mike and crew with Jaguar were on the way. When they arrived, they were quick and efficient with getting the vehicle up on the truck, and getting it to its destination. Showed up quicker then the elephant app said it would take and called 10 mins before to let me know when they'd be arriving. Got my truck hooked up super fast too. Great service!

I don't know where to start I wish I could give them 10 stars.... Here I am stuck on the highway on the way to Kings Dominion with 4 kids in the car. Then BOOM car said not today. I called at 1:55pm he got to me at 2:25pm. The fastest tow truck company I have ever seen. On top of me having 4 kids in the car their tow truck was very big in the inside and could fit all of us. Prices were great, tow truck guy friendly and ladies a little eye candy always help. Any way I will definitely use them again.

The service was exceptional especially for a towing company. I ran out of gas on the highway and they literally pulled up in less than a minute after I called them. I am still amazed. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!!

Popped a tire on side of 95 near Richmond and Jaguar Towing responded. Driver was very kind and enough suggested additional tire shops in an effort to halp save money. He even made sure to mention to the tire shop to inspect the rim of the popped tire. Response time was well under an hour.

Driver was courteous, professional and fast. Gave me additional advice on how to proceed with my car, which was very helpful. Highly recommend this towing company!

Very rude wanted me to send my location. Kept rushing me and when I sent it he said that he took another driver and would come back in a hour. I recommend you call another company.

It was thee best experience. Moe open my car in 3 minutes. As another progressive service cam trying for 2 hrs. Jauguar Towing you have the right guy and he was on time. He needs a Christmas bonus.

This is how our car was left. 8 feet off the curb on the back end. Can’t move the car ourselves or it’ll be damaged further. This driver lacked the skill to place along the curb. Not even remotely close. This is after he stopped for Popeyes on the way there. Oh,then proceeded to ask my wife who was alone if he could use our bathroom in our house on site…why? How is any of this professional? I hate doing this but I’m not happy about how this all went down. Now I have to figure out how I’m moving this car out of the street.

I was assigned Jaguar Towing through my USAA towing service. Michael showed up with their flatbed truck. My situation was special due to the fact that I had no wheel on the front passenger side along with no axle or control arm, and my vehicle needed to be taken from our home's driveway to the precise bay within the mechanic's garage. I provided a homemade solution (see pics) to support that side of my vehicle, but it was untested and extremely precarious. Michael was very professional and sensitive to our situation and took great care to pick up and deliver our vehicle. He worked with the mechanic's garage personnel to precisely and carefully place our vehicle (see pics). In addition to Michael's expertise and professionalism, he was also very friendly.
