I would not recommend this Firestone for car repairs. They are unprofessional, and do not have enough properly trained technicians to handle the customer load. The front end staff seem polite, but they have no idea what’s going on. The major problem here may not even be cost of service, but just getting them to do the work they promised.

The customer service provided each time I've been to this Firestone has been excellent! Daniel and Jamison were very helpful in scheduling my service. And on the day I took my car, Daniel and Hussein took time to explain what needed to be. Very pleased with their help!

They always explain things well and before they do something, they will ask for your permission, discuss the plan/intervention for the problem and the costs of the materials and labor, etc.

Outstanding customer service and timely repair of my vehicle. Rahsaan was very personable and was very helpful.

I schedule an appointment for my car to get an alignment and inspection. I dropped it off the night before the appointment. I received a call at 3PM, the day of the appointment and was told the car would not be ready. They did a state inspection on another car and decided to fix the failed items on that car rather than honoring their commitment to me.

I took my car on January 10 to Firestone. I thought my Truck needed front end work. I laid learned it needed rear end work as well. JAMISON was so wonderful with taking care of all the things on my truck in such a pinch for time. I I am thankful to the staff at Firestone for doing such a wonderful job. I would recommend this location for services as the customer service was amazing.

Great customer service. The Service Technician came in from the shop as soon as I walked in. Even when the phone rang he asked the customer calling to please hold while he helped me. He was very polite and courteous. The only thing that caught me off guard was the cost to have the coolant replaced for the upcoming winter, $165.00 seemed a bit steep when coolant only costs $20.00. I purchased the recommended coolant for my car from a reputable auto parts store but he said they couldn't use it. Not sure why that is.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I had a flat after a curb hit me, called and was helped same day on a Sunday even though the one guy working already looked to have a full day of cars! Also helped me on the cost because I actually needed more tires, oil change, and an alignment and that was an unexpected expense. Definitely recommend!

I’m always happy with the service at my neighborhood Firestone! They take real good care of my car! Very friendly and professional!!

I want to commend the exceptional service I always receive at the Firestone West Broad store. My experiences there are consistently positive, thanks in large part to Elijah. He is an extraordinary employee—incredibly patient, thorough, and happy to answer all of my questions about my Mercedes C300. If you need reliable and transparent auto care, I strongly suggest this location and asking for Elijah.

I think Firestone complete auto care is a good auto shop. The problem I have with is when you drop off your car, they do not give updates and you have to keep calling them on where we are in the process or have started working on your car. We all have work and having to worry about when you can get your car to home is very distracting. I dropped my car off in the morning around 845 and never heard of anything. You have to keep calling them and not allowed to pay online or by phone.

Brought a sedan in for a state inspection and oil change. I was told that they would be able to complete the work within three hours. After four hours and Lyft trips to and from the shop, I arrived to find that they hadn’t even started on the vehicle. I told the store employee as much and that the only reason I left the vehicle there was because the work was supposed to be done within the agreed timeframe and asked for the keys back. The only concession I was given was that I could bring it back the next day and that why they recommend to leave vehicles for the entire day (which was never mentioned when I dropped it off). It’s absolute bad business.

I showed up at 10 because I called and they said come in right now and we can get you in. I was going to wait so they said it would be an hour before they could get to it. “Let’s set you up with an appointment at 12:30.” I showed up at 12:30 and they said an hour and a half. For just a tire rotation and balance. Fine. It’s 4:15 and here I still sit in the waiting room. After 2.5 hours they hadn’t even pulled my car into the bay. What is the point of an appointment?!

By far the worst experience I’ve had. My car is a 2020 with 38k miles, had a check engine light on so just needed them to check that out. Got my car back a day later and all the lights came back on.. so had to take it back (it stayed another 24+ hours) and they couldn’t figure it out. Get a call a couple hours later that my hood latch is broken and needs to be fixed (never once had a problem until they touched it, they didn’t have a problem with it the first time but magically it doesn’t work the second time) - I spent $250 and had my car in their possession for multiple days and my car is now in worse shape. Again, a 2020 car with 38k miles on it just needing a check engine light checked out. Completely unacceptable.

Vehicle needed 2 new tires, asked to have Vehicle inspected as it was approaching 100k. They replaced the two worm tire and suggested a couple of other things to be addressed. Being a fleet lease Vehicle, the leasing company opted to wait on the other suggested work. The staff was very friendly and mechanic was knowledgeable.

Exceptional service. Jameson went above and beyond to make repairs to our teenager's vehicle that was recently wrecked. Found specials and discounts where he could and was extremely transparent about issues encountered and faced during the process. Several other team members helped in the process as well and I want to thank each and every one.

I recently visited Firestone for a quick repair, and I was beyond impressed! The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue right away and had my car ready to go in no time. The service was smooth, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free car care. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future maintenance needs!

Jason the cashier apparently cant be asked a question about the car i left there to get a tire balance and alignment. His tone and shortness speaks volumes in who Firestone hires. Makes me wonder about customer service. Firestone isn't the place to take a car I wonder if Jason realizes this . Thumbs down i won't recommend this Firestone stone to anybody i know . Also the recommended service for my vehicle I'll have done at a place where my hard earned dollar is appreciated.

Jason from Firestone helped me a lot. He advised on quality parts and saved a bunch of money on service by applying for a new credit card. He is kind , courteous and a joy to interact with. A kudos to Jason

A front-end alignment, tire repair, and state inspection were all performed in about an hour while I waited. Updates and information were provided at each stage. The staff was professional and courteous.

Update: Upon emailing this review, the store manager called me and worked with my local mechanic to document the problem. We received a partial refund to help cover the cost of the problem and repair by our local mechanic. Updating to 3 stars for their manager's response. Zero stars for the Innsbrook Broad Street Firestone in Henrico, VA. The technicians were unprofessional and distracted and messed up our van worse than when we brought it in. We needed our alternator to be replaced, and they didn't properly secure the alternator or serpentine belt. As a result, the bolt broke and our alternator slid across the front of the van, the battery discharged, and steering froze leaving me stranded on the side of the road, just like I was BEFORE they charged us $1300 to improperly fix the vehicle. Now there may be extra costs due to the difficulty of extracting a broken bolt from the alternator, as well as paying our home technician to fix the messed up repair that already cost us so much to begin with. To add insult to injury, we were stranded out of town when the initial problem took place and thought we could trust Firestone. Instead, the job that they messed up also took far longer than it needed to because a pretty girl walked in with a Mustang while our vehicle was on lifts, and we watched the workers abandon our car battery on the floor to go flirt with her for at least 45 minutes in between cursing at our vehicle. We will never go to a Firestone again. I have documentation of these problems to address with the company as well.

I can’t thank the team enough for taking such good care of my car. They’re all very knowledgeable and take a lot of time explaining the issues my car was having. I trust the team completely and appreciate your honesty. I’ll be back the next time I have an issue!! Thanks!!

Best place ever! We were traveling from Rhode Island passing through when our alternator went. These guys had our car fixed , and back on the road in less than 24 hours. They were quick, responsive to our multiple requests, friendly and super knowledgeable. Best service we've ever received. Well done!

Dealing with a flat tire on 295 was a nightmare, but Jason and Jordan at Firestone completely saved the day! They were amazing—not only did they get me back on the road in under an hour, but they also handled the warranty for my recent tire purchase. Seriously impressed with their efficiency and customer service!

Update - Firestone reached out by email/post response but won’t call to discuss and make it right. Kind of the same feeling as in store…they are too busy to address a single customer concern and make it right. On Monday I made an appointment for Friday at 8am. Intended to purchase 5 new tires, get brakes fixed, oil change and state inspection. I arrive Friday at 7:30a. They then told me they couldn’t do the state inspection…fine, we will do the rest. I Ubered to work, called at 1p to check on status and the said my car hadn’t been in, it was next. So end of day, I ubered back about 415…my car had still not been looked at. Obviously upset, but at least needing brakes and oils change done I said I’d sit and wait. The pulled my car in right away but 2 hours later, guy walks in and says he’s just getting ready to start the oil change…I said Nevermind, I’ve already waited 2 hours after they’ve had all day since 8a to get my car in. Guy pulls my car around and said “you’ll need new back brakes”. I asked wasn’t that what you were supposedly working on for the last 2 hours? So, I walked out, no work done on my vehicle. This should be rather embarrassing for Firestone…a prebooked appointment, you had my car all day, I even sat and waited for 2 hours at the end of the day and you didn’t complete any work…and you let a decent sized sale walk out the door.

I moved to VA from Florida last Sept where my 2011 Kia Soul was serviced by Firestone in Winter Springs for about 14 years. Even though I drove an hour to this Firestone I felt the same measure of confidence with the workers here as I did in FL (and as a single, 65 year old woman, that's important). All of my previous records were easily accessed which gave your Rep all the work previously done on my car, including my tires previously purchased w/ your road hazard warranty w/ lifetime balance, plus my lifetime alignment that I paid for in FL. In Tappahannock where I live, an oil change cost me $80-90 which was ridiculous, because I only paid $35 in FL. VA Firestone's cost was only $35 (without me even asking!), so it was well worth the 1 hour drive to get here. Your Rep also discussed two of my tires that would be in need of replacing soon as they had dry rot, so I went ahead and replaced them at that time. I left, after paying just over $200 (incredibly reasonable), and was very happy with my decision. I will continue to make the 1-hour drive to Mechanicsville for future car work!

The men were very nice respectful polite as well as accommodating. I was in a bind with no ride home. My tire kept losing psi. I knew simply adding air would not fix my issue and I had basically an hour drive to get home. It was not far from closing time and they were swamped. They took my car anyway-yes it had a nail. Offer was made to patch it. Patches have never worked in my 40+ years of driving. They quickly replaced my tire and I was on my way safely. I am very thankful to the desk man with an healing foot and the fellow who repaired my car. (Apologize for not remembering their names, I am terrible with that). (5/1/25 close to closing can figure out who they are). You have some good men working there Don’t lose them!!! Only fault, is the parking is very cramped. The men took care of moving my car for me. They are wonderful!

Went in there to clear up an issue I had with enterprise and Jason was AWESOME. He took the time to call enterprise for me twice, and was so nice and helpful. He made the whole experience so easy and he’s such a great person. Thanks again Jason.

While there was friendly service, I paid extra t have my rear passenger tire checked for any holes or leaks and was told it was fine. Only air was needed. However the next day my PSI was extremely low again so I took it to another shop where they found a nail and slow leak. They repaired it at no charge. I was upset to have been charged for a service that wasn’t completely done. Other than that my experience was good.
