I bring my marine battery wasn’t working rite and I jot stuck at the lake two times and I bring the battery to check and they charged and they told me is nothing they can do because the battery was just fine. The battery still not working and I have to buy a new one and the problem was gone. But my all battery still under warranty and they didn’t wanna give me a new one. So I will never gonna buy this brand again. The battery was 450$ I think that’s y they didn’t wanna give me the battery.
For anyone who has warranty issues please ask for me when you come in there are many different ways to check dates. If you have a battery that is for commercial use/ equipment no matter what the label says it has an 18 month warranty including all diesel even if the diesel is for personal use. Also warranty are non transferable.
Have purchased all of my batteries at this joint until, they refused to replace one, that was less than 2 years old, these low ballers will not remove the date tabs on top of the battery, hence ! No date of sale, tabs should be popped out on the counter, who retains a receipt? I no longer will do business with this underhanded outfit , I use Napa, they pop the tabs ,, and honor the warranty, just say NO to crooked merchants .
Interstate battery is one of my favorite but they need to get rid of those refurbish low price ones all together.they use to be really good! I bought two and referred a friend and all 3 of the batteries were done in less then 3 months.thats not a coincidence.i know they are a low grade cheapskate choice at 60 bucks a battery but if that's all the time they stay hot just take them off the shelves.might as well rolled down my window and threw 60 bucks out smh!
Service is great. They answered all my questions. They did not push the more expensive AGM battery which I was looking into at first. Prices are about the same like any other maker.
Really friendly staff. Very small loading dock you have to pull out into the street to back down dock ramp. Local cowboy ran over my tri's on purpose! Smh
I had a defective battery with a dead cell a year later and unfortunately could not provide any warranty information, but even without those, they still exchanged my battery no questions asked! The guys at interstate batteries provided excellent service in an uncertain situation! I give interstate batteries: two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever it takes to have every customer in America come here! anyone who would post a bad review is nuts! or is not happy in ANY area in life!! if you have a battery issue! come to interstate batteries in Rockville!
Only picked up a battery, but they seem to be well-stocked and very busy. Don't go at lunchtime tho; only one person available to assist you. If other customers are purchasing batteries and having them installed, you're going to wait a while.
