They didn't have the product I needed in stock (I guess I have a rare product given 4 stores did not have it), but they were extremely friendly and very helpful, much more so than other stores.
Such a great experience. Needed a battery, they had the one I needed showed me the different options, not pushy, even letting me know about discount. Then Dakota makes sure I had the tools needed to replace battery and came out to take old one away. Very please, customer service is becoming more rare, but very helpful people here.
Came in on a Sunday morning looking for a replacement bulb for my car. Not busy at all. Gentleman at the counter was helpful and got the part I needed.
Wow! Talk about knowledge and customer service! The type of interactions we’ve all come to have and basically expect nowadays is abysmal. But every once in a while a light shines through and reminds us that great people exist. At this location the Assistant Store Manager, Griff, has exceptional knowledge not just of the store but of automotive info. The interaction I had left me with no more questions and the answers I was looking for and could not find anywhere else. This is a main reason for always choosing Napa. If you’re in the Short Pump area or anywhere west of Staples Mill it’s worth the drive just for the piece of mind. I hope they take care of this guy, because Griff is a cool, knowledgeable, and professional member of the staff. I will be coming to this location specifically for all the rest of my automotive needs. Great Job guys!
This auto parts store is always friendly and beyond helpful. They are my “go-to” when I need anything for my vehicles. They have helped me learn to take care of and fix, both mine and my daughter’s car. It’s hard to find the kind of patience and knowledge that you get when you walk into this store. I can’t thank them enough!
Call head looking for an item. When I got there, it was sitting on the counter, waiting for me. Also asked about a charger for my cell phone. Toby had some cheaper ones in the back save me eight dollars.!
The entire staff there was helpful and very polite. Mr Tran is a very kind man and took time out of his day to show my son around the store. We need more businesses like this around.
Napa employee Calvin went above and beyond his job description to help me with my car while i had waited 7 hours for carmax to send me a tow truck to service my battery.Employee response to my car trouble was respectful and professional. I would recommend this employee and location to anyone! Thank you so much i cant even tell you how much I appreciate your willingness to help me and my 10 day old baby to get out of 90 degree heat!
I was in dire need of a windshield wiper replacement. I stopped at this establishment to purchase new wipers. Customer service at this Napa store is foremost! From the moment I walked in, I was given top assistance. When the purchase was completed, I asked if anyone could help me in replacing the new wipers with the old. No problem! The CSR not only helped me in choosing the best product but recommended his Store Manager to help with the replacement. Needless to say, the manager was most gracious in helping me. My wiper blades were pathetic to say the least; literally falling apart as he changed them out!
In a time of so much negativity, I know that there are everyday people in my community that are willing to give of themselves. I recommend this Napa store to anyone who needs true customer service!!!
Incredibly helpful! My husband and I were traveling through when a headlight went out. We arrived at NAPA right at closing time. The store manager, Malcolm helped us diagnose if it was the fuse or bulb, get the right parts, went out to our car to help change the light, and stayed late until we had fixed the problem. Because he went the extra mile we were able to get back on the road, and didn’t have to spring for a hotel to wait for a store to open. This store rocks. Thanks guys!
Very clean store and very well organized. It was my first time in there and I was surprised by how nice they keep it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable so I have no complaints
We were shopping and returned to our car to find that it had been hit. The gentleman did leave a note, which we are thankful for. However, when we attempted to start our vehicle, our battery was dead. We noticed that there was a Napa location in the same shopping center. Therefore, we called to inquire if they would give us a jump start. ERIC WAS AWESOME! He started our car, didn't charge us a dime and offered advice on roadside assistance. We didn't even have any cash to offer him. YOU ARE AWESOME ERIC! WE WILL BE BACK TO PAY IT FORWARD! YOU ARE OUR HERO!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
