A-1 service from top to bottom! These guys take pride in what they do. From the cleanliness of the shop to the quality of their work. I needed a number of things done to my truck, from rebuilding the transmission to an all new ignition system and a number of other things. I was surprised at how quickly they got it done and at a fair price! It was a pleasure doing business with these guys.
Took my son's car to get the axel fixed and left side of the car fixed after it was in an accident. They said the car was fixed and ready for pick up and as I drove it off the lot, lights on the dashboard came on and within 2 days the brake system gave out I'm the car while I was driving. Called to let them know and clearly I was upset that brake fluid was leaking out all over the wheel they replaced and that they should have looked at since it was on the side of the car that was being repaired. I just wanted an apology but I was hung up on by the person I was speaking with. If you value your life, DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. They took my son's money and almost killed us with the brakes going out.
The guy on the phone said they didn't even use the wheel lock that was in the car to take the tire off, they used a "tool". As far as I know, they could have damaged the brake line themselves while repairing the car because there was no leak prior to taking it to them even after the car was in the accident.
Highly disappointed..I called a week prior to have my car dropped off on a Thursday. I called multiple times to remind them that I’m gonna drop my car off Thursday. I called Wednesday to see what time I was able to drop my car off in the morning, and I wanted to ensure that I would be able to get it back by Friday thinking I made the appointment early so they will have my car done by Friday. The guy on the phone told me that they were busy and had a lot going on and probably wouldn’t be able to get to my car the following week. Like what?? What was the point of me calling a week prior to schedule an appointment to get my car fixed if you can’t get to it and why didn’t you tell me this sooner? I had already took the time off work expecting not to have my car for two days, this is my every day car. I can’t leave it at your shop for a week very disappointed.
This is with out a doubt the best service center around!!! Period!! They are the most kindest and polite brothers I know and know everything that I have found about a vehicle. So simple use them as your service provider!!!
They do top notch work. They do not overcharge. It is wonderful to have auto mechanics that you can trust. My husband and I recommend them to friends all the time.

Professional, fair, and friendly. On our way to D.C. from Virginia Beach we broke down just south of Ashland. There were few repair shops in the vicinity and a shot in the dark led us to Edward's Automotive. I am very pleased with the service I received there and the work that they did. If I lived in the area I would make them my permanent mechanic.
