My first experience with junkluggers was wonderful. My lugger team of Shawn and Matt were highly professional and personable. The job was done quickly and neatly. All the charges were explained to me before they started. I was satisfied with the whole process. The plus is that junkluggers tries to refurbish and donate items to keep them from going to the landfill and help keep this world green. Definitely will be using again!
Excellent Service from Jacob and Shane From JunkLuggers of Central Virginia yesterday! They were able to clear out a whole truck of garbage in a little over an hour and took care of our bed and old couches. Each were polite and accommedating and made this part of our moving journey low-stress and hassle-free.
Shane and Yaw we’re extremely professional, worked extremely efficiently and quick, and they were careful with all of my belongings, and I would highly recommend this company based on the performance of these two guys that helped me today. I can’t say enough nice things about them.

Everything about this process and the interaction with the company and its personnel was outstanding! The appointment scheduling was virtually effortless (only effort was to click on desired appointment day and time). Pickup was on time and removal were simultaneous and efficient, but also engaging with personable employees on site at our home. Items were separated by determination of trash or potential recycle/donations. Everything was done in less than an hour (significantly less)! They even took mattress sets and a spinet piano (some additional fees for those, due to recycling requirements - and we didn't quibble at all). Very much recommended, and we also learned of them via USAA, with a 10% discount! Now we are awaiting the info on the value of the donatable items. M. White, Chesterfield

Highly recommend! The Junklugger team was amazing. They were incredibly fast, efficient, and very fairly priced. Most importantly, they were incredibly polite and thoughtful: cleaning out my late mother’s home was really hard, and they could not have been kinder.

We had another great experience with JunkLuggers of Central Virginia. Even during the busy Christmas holiday week, they were able to schedule us for same-day service, which was such a relief. The team quickly and efficiently uncluttered our home, hauling away around 30 large 30-gallon totes, a 50” TV, a 6-foot leather ottoman, and an 8x10 rug without any hassle.

Junk Luggers was fantastic. From beginning with the Scheduling team to quickly accommodate my job, to the crew doing the Moving project for us all around it was an excellent experience!
We had some last-minute changes and their team was all on board with accommodating us, I could not recommend them higher and they will be my go to Moving team in the future.
I called Junkluggers on Monday Dec.7th and talked to representative at 9am roughly. He took my information and told me the process of what would happen. He said i was scheduled for between 10-12 that morning. At 11am I received a call from the owner of the Richmond facility saying the workers were going to reach out to me. They called at 11:20 and arrived at 12 promptly.They surveyed the issue, quoted me the price that the initial caller told me, and when I agreed they removed the item from my home.They were very polite and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
Great professional movers! 2 guys came to haul away a huge and heavy Murphy bed I had. They called a third guy to come help them and he arrived within 5 minutes. I didn't think they were going to be able to get it down the steps in a tight fit but they did it with no damage to the walls! Definitely would use their service again.
I called on a Thursday with a pickup request. By 2pm Friday my items had been collected. Everyone I spoke with was great. They got here when they said they would and the price for my items was reasonable. The Junkluggers are now my official go-to company for hauling out. I highly recommend them.

The guys that came out were absolutely amazing! Ethan set up everything and they came out got everything up and were so kind and took so much care when taking everything out! This is the 2nd time using them and will use them again!!
Junkluggers provided 5 star service. The response time was phenomenal. The 2 movers were exceptional and very careful. For what they did, the cost was amazing. They do their best to find a home for what can be salvaged before going to the landfill. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.
Evan and Henry did a fantastic job hauling move in boxes and junk from our property in Beaverdam. They were prompt, communicative, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Both came ready to work and wasted no time getting started. Their positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Andy and his crew moved two six foot cast stone statues that weighed 600 lbs each plus their pedestals. It was a difficult task that required outside-the-box execution and they were up to the task. I highly recommend Junk Luggers, whether you’re moving junk or prized statues.
