I always go here for whatever I need for my truck and the workers there go beyond the call duty to help me.

Very convenient, slightly over a mile from my house. Employees are very helpful.

I would have liked it greater variety of products to choose from, and when performing installations, it seems they were figuring it out which was something I could do I was expecting expertise.

Ordered spark plugs at 4:56PM. Expected pickup time 1 hour. I wait 2 hours and call. They tell me it’s not in stock and to check back tomorrow. I ask for an alternative, then when I get there they hand me the original ignition coils while goofing around and laughing. Actions were unprofessional and immature.

Terrible clerk who said tat they made an error on their listed price. Refused to look it up. Didn't buy it, but went to Auto Zone and got it for less than the O'Reilly's original package price.

This store got my part and found it right away. The other store I was at before showed it was in stock and when the guy couldn’t find where it was that he thought it was, he just walked away and gave up.

Don’t even waste your time with this store. Take the extra five minutes and go to advanced auto. This is the third time that I have gone to the store looking for a simple auto part and the employees do not know a single thing about cars or what goes in them. I was looking for a nut today for a battery, and the girl was comparing the color of The nut in my hand to the color they had… 🤦🏼‍♀️ Previous times when I have gone in the same thing has happened where they are comparing colors instead of physicality of the part… each time I have FaceTime my husband and he has been able to find the part needed through a phone screen. Also, their prices are far higher than advanced auto. Today, as I was walking out of the store, I called my husband to tell him they could not help me… Once again… And the employee was staring me down and talking about me to her coworker. I will be sure to never visit this store again, as it is a complete waste of my time!

Mariah took the extra time to find the exact right part for my old car. I appreciated her going through extra mile.

The man I dealt with over the phone was extremely positive and helpful. Finally came in to get some replacement lug nuts after having to chew the originals off since the tire guy at Luck Chevrolet decided to strip them. Guy was awesome thank you for your help and positive/friendly attitude... You deserve a raise.

Place is grate staff is on point Verry helpful would encourage anyone to go to this spot for your needed auto parts

Installed wiper blades for two of my vehicles. Very nice and did a great job. Would highly recommend for wiper blade replacement.

I went here for oil and a filter for my oil change. This is the first time I have ever been to O'Reilly Auto because it is out of the way for me. It was worth the drive and I will go back. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and it's laid out very nice where it's easy to find everything.

Always come here when needed. The person inside was very nice and helpful, I can't remember his name though but he looked to be on the older side.

Love this place. Bought a battery and windshield washer fluid for my car from John Fetty. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. They installed the new battery and refilled the washer fluid with no charge. Will tell all my friends and family about this place!

serpentine belt broke while on a trip and the person (I'm horrible at remembering names) made my experience pleasant and even cross referenced the part #'s a couple of times for me, just to make sure I was getting the right part, being on foot and all ,with a dead Astrovan sitting a few miles away....GREAT JOB!!!

Amey the store manager is such a blessing! She assisted me with a check engine light issue on my vehicle and sold me the part that I needed to take care of the problem! We need more people that share her same customer service skills! I'll be back to see her again and I'm an out of towner. Thank you Amey!!

I have never been one to really review stores, but after the horrible experience I had with my car they did an awesome job. I showed up and they scanned the car for codes and even recommend near by shops that would do honest work. I found more customer service here than the mechanicsville Honda. The store is always super neat,clean, and well staffed!
