We were traveling from New York to South Carolina when we discovered we had a leaking tire found Ferber's through a Google search and we are so glad that we did as soon as we pulled they had us right in the shop working on the tire. We also had them check out a rattling noise we heard that I thought was the brakes turned out to be something completely different. While they worked on the truck we had breakfast by the time we finished the suburban was ready. My only regret is I can only give them 5 stars they deserve many more everyone there was great very friendly extremely helpful prices were fair and reasonable I highly recommend them. Thanks again to everyone at Ferner's for your help and hospitality

Chris Tomlin and team have provided the very best service for our three vehicles during the last several years. The Year 2025 had three major challenges for my vehicle. One incident involving a black bear which was certainly not planned, however handled with the usual prompt professional manner previously experienced. We definitely recommend Ferber’s for your vehicle needs.

I needed a replacement coil on short notice , they said they could do it in a couple hours. Sure enough I received a call that my car was ready. They were very professional and I would recommend them for there services.

My splash shield came off due to the snow storm of 2026.. snow ripped it right off. Called in and they said it was a simple fix. Between putting it on the lift and snapping it back in with the clips the guys did it in 5mins! Will be returning

Love this place! They have done a great job with my Jeep over the years - 04 Jeep Wrangler that still runs like a beast, thanks in no small part to Ferber’s! Great service, super friendly, and relatively fair pricing!

My daughters broke down on 95 near Ashland. Rick and Danielle did everything they could to get us on our way, Even renting us a car from their body shop. They fixed my daughter‘s vehicle and kept us updated every step of the way. Superior customer service!

Love, love, LOVE this place!! Both times i’ve been, for a used car inspection, Ferbers gave a very clear idea of what’s going on with clear pictures to look over myself!! They, as most shops so, rated everything “wrong” with the vehicle based on carfax and what they are seeing. I have never had an issue with Ferbers, they are one of my go to’s!

I had gotten my transmission fluids done and they offered to run a diagnostic to help relive some anxiety i had about the issue i was having to see if there was anything wrong with it, they did business in a timely fashion and rick was so awesome and charming to chat with and gave me much insite on the car repairs, I absolutely loved hiw they take pictures of what they're recommending to get repaired and they explain in much detail so I feel as if I'm learning more too, very satisfied and will definitely be back

I had a lot of repairs that needed done. They were all done in a timely manner. My car drives so much better. I have used Ferber’s for years and would highly recommend them.

We were on our way to vist family and ran into car problems along the way. Ran into a mechanic at the gas staion and he reffered us to a few places. Ferbers was able to get us in and back on the road within a few hours. The customer service was nothing short of 5 stars. Danielle and Rick took great care of me and van-essa. I'm a very reasonable person, honest and dedicated as a human being. This is my second attempt with ferbers tire and auto in Ashland va, my first encounter with them on a previous vehicle was improperly diagnosed as I was then trying to be charged for work that did not need to be done. I gave the benefit of the doubt I brought my other vehicle to them today explained on the phone that the parts that were just installed were completely wrong and I was charged for something that did not need to be done, only then picking my vehicle up and having it to be in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off this morning. Being told on the phone by the receptionist that my last encounter with them they were responsible for and that the person that tried to stiff me no longer work there and that they wanted to reestablish the relationship and rebuild trust. I do not feel understood or heard and I feel completely taken advantage of I have now spent way much more money than needed to be spent when all that I needed was in alignment on my vehicle. This is the most dishonest unprofessional auto mechanic shop that I've ever dealt with and I highly suggest that no one attempts to bring their vehicles there because if you are not a regular customer and have been dealing with them for years their mechanics will break and do whatever they have to do to get more work out of you as you will be spending a lot of money. In any way that I can I will be sure to reassure any and everybody about ferber's tire.

Had a blow out on 95 heading home.. the next morning the squeezed us in first thing. Friendliest peopke EVER.. fast servuce great prices. Would highly recommend them 100 percent of the time !!!

While travelling from state to state, we had car problems. Ferber was took our car immediately and was able to fix it way faster than expected, all while having kind service all around! We didn't even need a car rental

I was traveling through town from out of state, when my service engine light came on in my van. I called Ferber’s and spoke with Alex. He said you may have to leave it but could look at it TODAY! Not only were they able to fix the problem while I waited but offered to take me back to my hotel if they could get it in right away. Danielle explained everything to me and wrote a report to give to my dealership when I got home. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

We ended up at Ferber’s under the most unfortunates circumstances. Our vehicle broke down while out of town on our way to a vacation. The silver lining is we ended up at Ferber’s who took amazing care of us and our vehicle. They were prompt, honest, professional and personable and all around truly helpful. I could not recommend them enough!

Was traveling from Pennsylvania to NC to relocate back to PA when car lost power. Called tow & they asked where to go. I had no idea so I asked to be taken somewhere they recommended & so grateful it was this place. They were all so kind & helpful! It was the alternator so they replaced it next morning. They helped us with a car rental & picked up car next morning. Unfortunately we didn’t make it out of the parking lot before a fuel pump went. The alternator had apparently been defaulting for a few weeks so it put a strain on the fuel pump. Amazingly they were able to replace that next morning & when they tested the 2nd fuel pump it wasn’t looking so good either so they replaced that one too (highly discounted) They definitely made a stressful situation better. A two day trip became three but we made back to Pennsylvania with my furniture & a working car. Thank you guys SO much!!!

Amazing experience, went for a state inspection. Booked appointment came right at my inspection time and car got pulled right in, didn't take long at all, but long enough for a deep inspection, they don't just do a little look and slap a sticker on it, they put the car on a lift like they should and detail look at everything brakes, tire, all fluids.... they even go above and beyond to explain things that might need replaced in the future, and tell you in detail why it needs to. Amazing crew working there all respectful and nice, just an amazing family team there. I will definitely be back. I plan on making this my main shop for all my needs, and it's local to me love supporting my local shops! Thank you guys will see you guys again!

These guys are awesome! Exceptional service and professionalism. I had a dead battery and needed a tune-up and they took care of it in quality time (much quicker than the anticipated time given). Ferber's does charge fairly high for their services. However, I am really happy with their work. They mark every item that needs replacement or repair and even send photos and of each item in the list. As a note, they are extremely busy and I had an appointment delayed twice. As a bonus, they offer free loaner vehicles! Which was great since I currently only own one vehicle and rentals are expensive. Would highly recommend Ferber's.

We had an immediate need for a tire repair around 10am. They addressed the repair immediate, completed the task quickly and the price could not have been more reasonable. I cannot recommend Ferber's more. Great people and service.

I needed tires fast for an unexpected trip I needed to take. I made a last-minute call. They got me in and done by lunchtime, even though they were pretty busy and the schedule was pretty much full. The staff were all great, and I was able to get to my unexpected trip with no hassle. As well, they were about $20 cheaper than the other place I had called before, and savings is always good!

Thank you Ferber!! The customer service was phenomenal!! I brought in a non-repairable flat to replace and discovered the wheel was damaged as well. They went above and beyond from the beginning by first double checking my spare to ensure I was safe on the road until changed, communicated every step of the process, and worked closely with the tire/wheel warranty I had to ensure all was handled.
