My husband and I found ourselves stuck at Sheetz when we went to put air in our tire and their air pump did not work.By the time we got there our tire was flat. I called Mathews Towing and they did not hesitate to come out. He said he would be there in 15 minutes and was really close to the time.Not only was he pleasant and friendly to talk to but very understanding of our situation. It is good to find there are still good people left in the world. Would definitely recommend Mathews Towing.
Matt came out today and was able to tow our box truck in the icy conditions. He was easy and nice to work with. I would highly recommend this company for their great service! Thanks again Matt!

Matt from heavy haul really took his time to make sure my Freightliner got towed off interstate 85 safely. Great customer service and a really nice Kenworth he pulled up with.
My car left me stranded at the Patrick Henry ymca. Matt came in a reasonable time and got me towed to a repair shop of my choice. Very friendly service and took great care of my classic car. Would definitely recommend. Update- I had to move my car again as the repair shop wouldn't work on it. Matt towed my car again and helped me get it into a new spot. He went well above and beyond my expectations. I doubt any other towing service would provide the same service. Thank you!

I don't write many reviews but for this, I will. It’s currently December so it’s extremely cold. My family and I were 1/2 an hour away from home and our vehicle wouldn’t start. I called Mathew’s towing and recovery for help. Within a short amount of time, Matt was out there with my husband talking about the towing process and strapping our vehicle safely in with care and no damage. I am so thankful for Matt coming out and treating this situation with good timing, consistency, courtesy, and empathy. Our vehicle made it safely home so we can have it further inspected on our time. Thank you to Matt for a wonderful job well done, hard work, and dedication! If anyone needs a towing company they can trust, call this one.

One of the employees named Matthew came and let me warm up inside his truck after I was on the side of the road in the cold l for 2 and a half hours. He gave me a run down on how towing pricing worked and is very helpful in explaining it to. I'd recommend him next time I need a tow.
I was stranded out of town, accidentally locking my keys in my car. Thank goodness-I didn't realize it until later that I was at the right place at the right time! Mathews Towing happened to park next to me and they were able to get me into my vehicle. The kindness they showed me was overwhelming and I was extremely grateful. Great people!!!

These guys are the best. Quality equipment, team and know how. They came to me with a vehicle that was off-road and stuck, and I could not imagine how they would get me out, but they did it in under 10 minutes, and it was a like a lunch break for them. Their knowledge is well worth the cost, and they sent two amazing two trucks, and only needed the smaller one.

Matthew’s Towing and recovery saved me from the side of the road after a GSA bus broke down. Matt was super helpful. He even threw in a free ride to the vehicle drop of point. A true patriot I appreciate him and his team tremendously. Don’t hesitate to reach out for any job big or small.
Customer service is top priority with me and Mathews Towing delivered! They were extremely busy today which the dispatch told me it would be a couple of hours before they would arrive. The driver, Matt P, called letting me know he was in route and would be arriving in 15 minutes. Matt was super friendly and took great care of my truck. The service was amazing and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling Mathews for all my future towing needs!
Let me just say That Mathews Towing and Recovery is by far the best towing company that I ever had the pleasure of getting service from. Matt the tow truck operator got to me very quickly and hooked and drop me even quicker. I highly recommend them and if I ever break down again I will be sure to call them. 5 stars for sure.
Had a major boat trailer malfunction at 7:00pm on a Sunday on interstate 295. Matt showed up in less than an hour with a flatbed. Carefully winched the trailer and boat, ensured it was secure, and delivered to my home 20 miles away. All the while with a great attitude and professional demeanor. Couldn’t be happier!
Had my work truck break down. Matthew was the fella that came to my rescue. Called me with a time, showed up at that time. I liked him right off the bat. Yesterday I had an unfortunate accident where I popped two tires coming off an interstate exit. Thankfully Mathews was the first towing recommendation I called! They were there within 20 minutes, way faster than any tow I’ve ever had before, and were sweet as can be. Their quick attention and kindness made a hard situation much easier for me. Very grateful for the service and experience!
Great people, great communication, fair pricing. Matt let me know when he arrived to get my vehicle and let me know when it was dropped off. Maintaining communication is important to me and other people that are leaving a vehicle to be towed and not being on site when the tow guy arrives. No problems whatsoever, these guys are professionals, give them a call. Appreciate everybody at Matthews Towing, this isn't the fiest time I've used them but it's the first time I'm leaving a review because they deserve their flowers.
Matt showed up quickly from a service call through AAA. He was quite proficient (he really knows his stuff) and made towing "Black Betty" to the repair shop quick and easy.

What an awesome experience. I broke down on 95 in Ashland and in 30 mins they had a heavy duty wrecker to me and recommended a heavy duty repair shop to help get it fixed. Will definitely use again.
