Stole over $200worth of colonge out my car then said there not responsible also told me it takes a hour to process so now I have to pay for another day lol I think not
I live an hour away from Chesapeake and was running errands in Chesapeake, alone with my two small children on a day that temperatures hit around 88°F. After returning to my car after running errands with my children, I went to turn my car on just to be surprised with a dead battery. I searched roadside assistance near me and actually called the top rated towing company in the area first and was greeted via telephone with a rude associate who told me they were busy and he’d give me a call back later. (He never did). So knowing I couldn’t just wait on a potential call back while alone with my kids, stranded an hour away with my two children, I called this company. They answered immediately and were so nice. I was immediately given a price and after giving my location, I was told it could be around 30-40 minutes. I said okay and took my children back inside the store to wait. Less than 30 minutes later, I was called and told they were already here. Not only was my battery jumped successfully in less than 60 seconds, I had mentioned to the employee that my phone was only on 10% and he ran to his truck and brought back multiple phone chargers to offer me. He was so nice! He didn’t have a card reader and I wasn’t carrying cash so I had to call the business to give them my card info and they were quick and so polite. I told them on the phone after I paid that I lived an hour away and was worried about having to get gas before arriving home and having to shut my car off to actually get gas. I was concerned my battery might die again if I had to shut it off and the associate (possibly the owner? I’m not sure, regardless he was nice) told me that if I had any issues, to just call them back and he’d take care of me! I 10/10 recommend and am so thankful for their business!
After an accident our daughters car was towed here and in dealing with the staff and speaking to the owner I found very kind and reasonable customer service. Something you don't often find these days. I was extremely impressed.
