This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on the latest reviews, Hylink Auto Parts Inc in Chesapeake, VA scores 94/100. Sentiment is strongly positive: customers praise great prices, fast delivery/quick service, and a wide inventory of body panels, lights, mirrors, and Camaro parts, with next-day special orders common. Staff are described as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional—Lawrence often mentioned favorably—store is organized and parts are easy to find. Complaints are rare but notable: a few reports of wrong/defective parts and difficult returns, suggesting occasional service inconsistency.
Great parts all parts fit as oem fast delivery great service goes above and beyond on orders to make sure no one’s using your account and will order parts if not in stock and it’s not a long wait definitely recommend using there parts for any project we have.
This place has a lot of hard to find body parts and headlights and exterior car parts. A lot of them they have in stock and are well priced. Might go to place for body parts like rearview mirrors and quarter panels.
TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE IVE BEEN ORDERING PARTS FROM THEM FOR SIX YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS SEND WRONG PARTS. AND WHEN ITS TIME TO RETURN THE PARTS LAWERENCE GAVE ME A HARD TIME COSTUMER SERVICE SUCKED BUT RAY TOOK GREAT CARE OF THE SITUATION.! LAWERENCE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!! ASK FOR JESSICA I SUGGEST
Horrible customer service!! Sold me wrong bumper , defected and not even wanna exchange !! I suggested not do busniess with them!!! I told them exactly car model and year !! Somehow they gave me the wrong part!!
Hylink has a tremendously wide variety of parts in stock, especially light assemblies. If they don't have something in stock, they can order for next day typically. It's my go-to place for headlights & tail lights. Their prices are substantially lower than the dealerships. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and polite on the phone.
