This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Chesapeake, VA, Twins towing shows largely positive yet inconsistent feedback: very fast arrivals, courteous drivers, and a one‑stop mix of towing, mechanic, detailing, and tire services. Pricing was called fair for a late‑night tow, and several mention professional, trustworthy work. On the downside, there are serious complaints about a tire that failed quickly, a mismatched replacement, poor follow‑up, and one unsafe driving report. Wait times appear short. Inventory variety, yard organization, and parts‑finding aren’t addressed in these reviews. Best for fast response; verify tire quality and aftercare. Overall: 74/100.

What clients say about Twins towing in Chesapeake (VA)
I waited a few days after reaching out Saturday to see if they would make this right but still haven’t heard anything I Purchased a tire here for my tow truck with rim for $150 great deal (did not need rim) the tire blew out next day on the highway on the way back home I call the guy I bought it from he tells me to bring truck in. I bring truck in the guys put a smaller tire on my vehicle that did not belong at all it didn’t even touch the ground they didn’t say they didn’t have what I needed they just gave me anything to get me out of there which is not good or fair business especially if I paid your price with no problem. I recently sent a text to the guy to make it right and got ignored so if your looking for tires this isn’t the place you wanna visit the guys are nice and seem to be knowledgeable but I guess it’s a front to get your hard earned cash.
I don't know how good they are but I do know this morning one of the drivers almost hit my car because he didn't yield and speeded up going on the interstate
Great place. Friendly reliable and trustworthy service good people good mechanics that know how to actually fix your car instead of messing it up and charging for stuff you don’t need. They offer towing mechanic auto detailing and tire service One stop shop
Sean arrived quicker than in tow truck driver I have ever called. He arrived in under 15 min. He was nice, curtious and and completed the job in minutes. Definitely a professional job. I appreciate the service and good attitude. Give that man a raise!
This gentleman did a great job with our car last night. He showed up quickly and treated us in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company and driver. AAA should be using him!!!
