Bought tranmission there. It was defective and they refused to replace it. Said we would have to bring our truck in and have it replaced at their tranmission shop. We even offered to have a third party take a look at it. They refused. I tried to speak with them to come up with another solution they hung up on me. I would not purchase another tranmission there as now we are out 800 dollars.
