My car towed yesterday and when i come there they said my car was towed 7 days ago, they add extra 6 days. Horrible

They don’t have an office, only a tow yard so to get a vehicle out (even if it’s stolen) you have to sit around and wait for a truck driver to come. I hate a business that is ok with waisting your time or conducts business like their time is more valuable than yours. The first woman I spoke do was awful. Very bleak and unhealthful! The Second Lady was far more helpful and warm, much better to deal with.

Hopefully this helps someone who is discombobulated from having their car missing and is trying to find it. This is the towing place for Lake Village Apartments. They pick and choose who they tow, there are far worse cars laying around this community that have never been towed in the 3 years I’ve been here. They give you the runaround about the driver coming to allow you in the complex for hours until they get annoyed. Despite their being virtually no lighting in an unsafe area (which is illegal by the way). They’ll add extra days to your tow despite having been there less time in order to collect at least $250. They even petitioned the state saying that towing is “expensive” and they should be able to charge minimum $250. Where I used to come from, a tow was $80. How in the world they think it costs $250 to load up a car to a truck bed costs their business this much money should be audited by the state. But seeing as the State is in bed with these companies because they want to look like their “pro business” and “creating jobs” they let them do whatever they want without citizen input. Towing is predatory and you all should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of the poor. You don’t see well off people getting towed, because they are vampires only feeding and putting down the same class of individuals that they are themselves.
