Pending. Apparently my insurance and priority doesn't talk very well communicate communicate communicate I was under impression that I only had to bring a certain amount of money but then I was told by the shop 750.00 I hope that somebody can crunch the numbers after the fact and see if the money is coming back to me or not I gave you a three stars to see what's going to happen I can always go back and change it.

Had my truck repaired before they were bought out, and the work was good. This time the work was cheaper than Maaco in quality and workmanship. had to return multiple times for work that was not completed of half completed. Now that I look at things more closely. There was a part, I guess that lost while working on it, and the used glue instead of replacing the missing piece. also left a bunch of painter's tape all under the door panel. I will never go back to them again or recommend them. I have notified my insurance company how dissatisfied I am. No place should be this shady in their work.

Please check this review before going here. Do not choose this shop to repair your vehicle. I dropped off my 2021 Camaro here to be repaired, the first issue is the lady they sent to speak to me was wearing AirPods, very unprofessional and lacking work experience. She proceeded to tell me my car MIGHT be done the first week of December but could take longer due to holidays and shipping of parts, says she will keep me updated, didn’t hear a single word from her until December 6th when she texts me- not calls- saying my car is ready for pick up and they will be there til 5. I’m out of town for work so I tell her I will pick up Monday morning then she goes on saying that I’m going to be charged because my insurance only covers til my car is ready. So now she’s implying that I’m going to be charged 2 days of rental because of a date she MIGHT have thought I was going to get my car back. Also my rental was through enterprise so I’m not so sure why a employee from the collision center is telling me I will be charged through a different company especially when I dropped it off enterprise said there was no charge just proving she was lacking experience. Then upon pickup to make it even better, the inside of my car there’s a button to change driving modes, I go to change modes and the button is completely loose and not working. I know for a fact that I didn’t break it because I always keep my car in the same mode and when I got in the car it was in a different mode and now I’m unable to change driving modes which is pretty important. This is how I figured out it was broken because I went to change it back and what do you know the button is not working and completely loose not making any connection. I go back in and ask the lady if they can come back out to look at my car and here comes the employee of the month with her AirPods in and as soon as I politely tell her what was wrong she immediately gets defensive and starts saying “oh we wouldn’t have anything to do with the inside, it wouldn’t have been us”. Maybe if they let there employees wear AirPods she should listen to a podcast on how to be professional or deal with customers properly . She repeats this once until I tell her that I didn’t drop it off this way so it should be fixed she immediately turns around and goes to get her manager which is a huge red flag indicating she has no idea what’s going on. The manager comes out I tell him exactly what happened next thing I know he’s getting even more defensive saying they wernt messing around on the inside and it wouldn’t have been them but he understands and it’s really just a faulty button and it just so happened that it broke when they had it but swears still no one touched it even though the car is in a different mode than what I dropped it off in. So basically I dropped my car off here to be repaired and something that had nothing to do with the exterior damage was broken under their supervision and they are claiming they have no responsibility for it and I will have to pay my money to have my whole center console taken out to have this button repaired. Obviously someone was leaning or applying enough pressure to this button for it to be damaged and yet both employees I spoke too were defensive from the start of the convo and couldn’t offer any solution except that I had to pay for it because it was probably a faulty button. Basically their word vs mine but I think if you drop your car off and something broken that wasn’t before drop off it should not be my responsibility because now I’ll probably have to pay a ridiculous amount of money but also get caught in more insurance bs to get this handled. Do not ever take your car here because they do not care about your belongings and they don’t ever make mistakes here.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this auto body shop. What should have been a straightforward paint job turned into multiple return visits because the work simply wasn’t completed correctly. Each time, I was told something different, suggesting a real lack of communication between the technicians. It became clear that quality control is not being taken seriously—issues that should have been caught before calling me to pick up the car were overlooked again and again. While I tried to be patient, it was frustrating to keep rearranging my schedule for a job that should have been done right the first time. I expected far better professionalism and consistency. In the past I have used this body shop and had no issues hopefully things change in the near future.

I am not happy. I had to have my 5 month old vehicle in to get repaired because of an accident with a car part on the interstate. They had my car for over a month. I was supposed to get it back on the 21st of Oct, but then it was extended to the 28th because they needed extra parts. Ok fine. The 29th comes and they weren't able to get my car to me until the next day. The next day comes and they were waiting on the 4 wheel alignment that couldn't be completed that day either. So I had to wait until the next day. I reach out to them to find out the status and they said it should be done by 4:30 l, but it was done by 5. Ok, that's fine. I show up at 5:32 to drop off the rental and then pick up the car, but no one could take the payment because they leave a 5:30. So now I had to go another day without my car. Well I come in the next morning to pick up my car and the key isn't opening the door. Weird, but it got figured out. I'm driving home and I get an engine overheating warning. I pull over thinking what the heck. I thought it was my oil that was causing the issue so I drive to Take 5 to get the oil changed. Turns out the oil was not the issue. Apparently my radiator was leaking coolant. So you had my car for over a month and didn't no the car was leaking coolant? . So no I'm back here waiting to see what the issue is. As I stated before, I'm not happy. This will be the first and last time I come here for body work.

Updating my review to include pictures of other damages this company did to my vehicle while it was in their possession now that I’ve removed all of the items they dumped all over my car. The work performed looked great however the 1 star is because of the customer service. I dropped my car off due to an insurance claim for repair and received my car back with all of my things out of my trunk scattered all over my vehicle. I asked if they always returned customers vehicles back like this and was told yes. It definitely was unacceptable. I have no idea why the things had to be moved being that the repair was minor scratches on the side of the vehicle but nonetheless I can’t seem to wrap my mind around why the solution wasn’t instead to 1. tell me before dropping it off to have the trunk cleared or 2. if they had nowhere to put the items tell me to take the things out when I arrived or 3. even before they started the work call me to take out my things. Also the rental department there needs to hire people. There is no way you should have a sign in front saying leave the car but you’re still responsible for any damages that occur after you leave it but no one is ever in the office to pick up or drop off a car. I don’t blame the workers in that office because they were extremely courteous and professional but need more support. Anyways thank you Priority Collision for dumping my stuff everywhere. Nothing like being exhausted from working hard all day and having to pick up your vehicle plus clear it in order to pick up your kids so they have a place to sit. If you take your car here they do a great job but have absolutely zero expectations for customer service and you’ll be fine. Also when you tell them about the poor customer service expect nothing beyond a group of nonchalant people who seem to care less and again you’ll be fine. The customer service ABSOLUTELY sucks!

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my vehicle repaired. I was told two weeks ago my vehicle would be ready by Wednesday/Thursday. That day came and went, and only after I called did I learn the part they ordered didn’t fit. They ordered a new one and promised it would be ready the following Thursday. That deadline passed too—no call, no update, and when I tried reaching out, no one answered. After weeks of waiting past the original timeline, I still have no explanation. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. My biggest regret is not taking my car back to the original dealership Purchased from. Never a FN again.

Glued my headlight back together and tried to pass it as replaced, glued ill fitting bumper on as well, hood bent and nothing else dont correctly! when I took it back said I did something to damage it that they wouldn't have given it to us half done! Not to mention it took them 4 weeks to "repair"

Avoid this shop at all costs. I was charged nearly $1,200 for a part that was never installed. When I escalated the issue through Allstate, the shop claimed they’d return the part and refund me. Then they stopped responding, blocked my number, and never followed through. They strung me along for weeks with empty promises and zero accountability. I was not referred here — I chose them because they’d previously worked on my car, but I regret that decision deeply. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, and now I’m left chasing a refund on something I never received.

I’m so thankful for Michelle at Priority collision. My bumper was dented in a hit and run, so of course I was really unhappy to have to go to a repair shop to begin with. Michelle made the experience as positive as she could. They had my car fixed in 3 days, despite additional damage being found. The rental company is literally right next door to the collision center which was very convenient. Everyone I met at this place was so friendly. They even washed and vacuumed my car before giving it back to me. I would go here again and again- but hopefully I won’t need to!

Thank you Jessica and those who repaired my vehicle. My anxiety can get the best of me and so I am appreciative of the team's patience. The recent visit was the second time this year I've had my car serviced here & the work was 10/10 compared to the prior visit.

We had two our vehicles repaired there in Freedom ,when they repaired the dent on my honda pilot the paints are not even at the same time my other vehicle also got hit & geico recommended a bad repair-shop like them. They made the paint of my Supra really bad coz there’s a lot of bubbles on the hood which the only problem was a little dent at front (they painted the whole hood & they mess it up really bad) When we are telling them about it they are saying there is always something that we are complaining and they are talking bad behind us. They did not even wash up the car it was really dirty. This is the only collision shop that does not wash up or clean up your car after the repair to remove all dirts during repair before they give it back to you.

Stay away if you value your vehicles. I took my truck here for an insurance claim back in June and they absolutely wrecked my truck. They refused to properly repair my truck. I was told and I qoute " it's a repaired vehicle it will never be the same again and you're gonna have to live with that" and " oh! We are absolutely not going to be repainting your truck that's not going to happen". Their repairs they did was burning the paint, dirt in the paint, reusing broken badges, using the truck to store paint as there was paint rings in the bed of the truck, burned 1/2 tank of fuel in my truck, their clean up crew cause you can't call them detailers anymore scratched every panel on my truck with dirty brushes some were to bare metal, and my passanger side was scrub up on something as there was impact marks and drag marks from something hitting my truck from headlight to taillight that was verified by the other body shop. I finally got my truck back 11/15/24 from the other body shop after the damages they caused were over 10k and the rental was over 15k when the claim was only $3500 I tried to get them to make it right and they refused even down to the general manger of priority chevy telling me off. I been nice and respectful to them though out this whole issue and been given lies as i called them out on things and they couldnt provide evidence to back them up. As a long time customer with priority themselves i will not be taking my vehicles there anymore or even buy anything from them again.

Worst experiences I had today Katie was very rude . When I came in this morning I had a great attitude. The young ladies told me to pull my car in the garage. When I did that I was waiting about 10 minutes until a guy walked with a red shirt and told me to take my keys to the front. As I was doing that Katie said I need you to move your car up . I was confused because the Guy just told me to take the keys at the front. Her whole attitude, she said my truck had to be cleaned out well I didn't know that. I told her I wanted to cancel my service she still proceeds to take pictures of my plates and ex... She didn't greet me. She was speaking to me as if I was a child. The other lady she showed respect too. I will not be coming here again!

Please do not waste your time dealing with this establishment; trust me, they will certainly make waste of your time! It starts with Priority Ford unfortunately. I didn’t choose this place, Priority Ford sent me to them when I needed some scratches and a small dent remover from my vehicle. I had to drive a distance to Chesapeake to drop my truck off; I 30 mile round trip. I knew I was in trouble when a guy name Mark said the dent above my rear door was caused my a baseball or golf ball….really Marks! 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep, wedged shaped. Hardly made by a ball! Next up was several conversations over the phone with a Michelle, a woman who lies every time her mouth moves. She said she had spoken with my insurance company, she hadn’t, she said she would return my call after speaking with my insurance company…this didn’t happen either. Worst of all after 10 days my truck stayed parked in their parking lot. My last call to this Michelle went straight to voicemail. This nightmare started on May 12TH. On Thursday,May 23th, I called my insurance company and demanded this claim be canceled. They agreed and sent me a list of 11 other repair shops near me. My free rental car service ended June 1st. I can’t get those wasted days back. So please, save yourself the hassle and frustration provided by this business. They definitely don’t care about your needs, concerns and definitively not your repairs. And get this, they sent an estimate to my insurance company this morning, May 24th!

NEVER in my life have I been treated so poorly as a customer. The lack of follow up from this company is unacceptable. I would like this review to reach as far corporate so no customers have to feel or be treated in the manor I was ever again! WES CUMMINGS is an absolute joke of a manager. This man shouldn't be in ANY type of management position not even at your local McDonald's. He spoke over me, talked down to me, and could care less about my concerns I tried to explain to him. He will not return phone calls. I had to call seven times in one day to finally reach him. His response when he answered the phone finally after seven attempts "I am interviewing someone in ten minutes so I can't talk long." How unprofessional can one person be? Whoever was interviewed by this man run far away!!!! You can just see from the receptionists up front how they are scared of this man when I was telling them my experience. They couldn't agree more with how poorly of a manager he is. He will only argue with you and not listen to a single concern you have; just nothing but argumentative excuses out of his mouth. Lastly, I'd like to add in here about my experience with Michelle Roberson which was far from excellent. In the beginning she started out nice but when I asked for a simple email or letter stating Toyota would be matching the after market parts it became a huge fiasco. Never did I receive a callback from her to follow up with me. Never did she let me know my car was being worked on. Never did she let me know when my car was going to be completed and just one more time for the people in the back, NEVER DOES SHE CALL ANYONE BACK. My last phone call with her she promised me she would see what she could do and get back with me. Well once again LIE LIE LIE, never got a call back. Please priority collision, look into both of these individuals jobs as I am not the first customer or employee from what I have obtained to complain about their poor customer service. If anyone needs videos of how this man spoke to me I'd be glad to send them to whomever. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because of these two individuals.

Had previously repair three of my vehicles excellent job.Hit a deer with wife's car torn front up pretty good.Car appeared to be in good shape when fixed. Now four years later paint is peeling off on hood will not even look at it because paperwork does not address that exact item despite being in the middle of everything. Lost a good customer. Fortunately there are lots of body shops that will back there work in this area.

Most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with. It would take hours to type my experience which transpired over 4 months. No return phone calls by staff nor even the manager. Repair was not completed due to a backordered part, which I completely understood, but they told my insurance company repair was done, charged them for everything including the backordered part and my insurance company paid them. Numerous phone calls were made by me, my insurance claims department and my agent. This body shop wouldn't even call the insurance company back. Finally I found the part needed myself and was given permission to take my vehicle to another shop for completion. Hopefully my insurance company was reimbursed for the backordered part they paid for which was never installed by Priority Collision Shop. Again, absolutely worst business I have ever dealt with. I have since contacted the General Manager of Priority with my story. Not that it makes any difference to me, because I will never return to this collision shop nor buy a car from any of the Priority dealerships.

I'm not sure what Priority Collision center i just picked my truck up from but it's not the one these reviewers are rating! Let's start with them having my vehicle for almost a month for something that should have been done in a couple days max. Got my truck back and it had trash in the paint, orange peel and over spray on the door! Unacceptable when the total amount is almost $6000. Definitely would not recommend them to paint any vehicle!

He kept me up to date with every step and didn’t hesitate to answer all my concerns. I hope he is recognize for his professionalism and dedication! Thanks Austin!

This was the worse experience I have had with an auto body shop. I brought my 2022 Chevy Trax in to have my front and rear passenger door and fender repaired due to an accident. They completed the repairs in two weeks, which was good, but when I picked my vehicle up, there were silver waves in the paint job along the entire section they repaired and painted (see pics). Also, there were damages THEY caused to my bumper, window gasket and hood during the repairs and dust all over the inside of vehicle (see pic). I could not believe how bad the paint job was and the carelessness with my vehicle. I was told the waves could be buffed out and they would repair the damages they caused that they didn't even care about until I said something about them. It took them a week to buff out the paint and repair their damage. When I picked up my vehicle, the waves were still there even after I asked them if they checked it properly before I got there. They took it back to the painter and he tried to buff it again but the waves were still there. The manager came out and pretended he couldn't see the waves. Typical lying salesman tactics to convince the customer they are crazy. I am not stupid and know a bad paint job when I see it. He claimed they did all they could and the insurance company would have to look at it at that point. I have had paint jobs before and NEVER seen such horrible work done. Do Not take your vehicle to Priority Collision in Chesapeake. Their work is horrible and shameful to be part of a dealership. Shame on them!

The service I have been receiving is absolutely unacceptable between progressive and priority. I was notified via the progressive app my vehicle would be ready on Friday 9/1/23. I called 3 times just to confirm between Thursday and Friday with no return call. I called an additional 3 times on Saturday 9/2/23 with no return call. I physically went to priority collision on Tuesday 9/6 and was told they had been calling me. They had a wrong return number and corrected the issue. The vehicle was not ready and they claimed the attempted to let me know. On Tuesday I was informed by my claim manager at priority that my vehicle would be ready on Thursday. I arrived on 9/7/2023 as planned to pick my vehicle up and was told it is not ready and that it was being painted. While I’m waiting I see my vehicle outside and it is in fact not being painted it is just sitting- incomplete!!! Once again no communication or messages to alert me. It is now 9/13 and I have not received my vehicle or received a call on why it is now 12 days behind schedule. This has been the worst experience with a collision repair shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Where is my car and why can’t I get a correct answer on when it will be completed. Please my fellow Virginians BEWARE!!!

I had no idea what was being done to my vehicle. Abuse of funds. Lack of communications. I had no say in what was done to my vehicle. Window was open when picked it up, dirty and smelled of mildew. The picture shows the "minor fender bender". I was the front vehicle in a three car pile up. The accident happened on January 5th and I picked up my vehicle on March 9th. The total cost was 17,504.91, plus 2,676.28 for the rental, plus 700-2000 of items left incomplete or made worse, that the insurance company is handling. This is a collision company that is using systemic power of fraud waste and misuse towards insurance claims that the customer has to suffer from. They charged the insurance company for items they didn't even replace on the truck. I was supposed to be receiving updates Tuesday and Thursdays. I barely received one phone call a week; when I reached out I got, "work in progress" or "in paint". After three missed updates I finally persisted calling and found out that my entire truck bed was being replaced, and the first bed that was ordered wasn't good enough, so a second bed needed to be ordered. To my absolute astonishment my the bed was being replaced without my permission or knowledge. The bumper, 3/4 of it, was replaced and they left one side chrome and one side black. So the entire bed can be replaced but they can't return it to me with the same color bumper it was given to them? They replaced the wheel well plastic on my front end, yes the non-impacted area of the truck, this now caused the tires to rub and squeal when they're turned more than 30 degrees. The paint is not faded in well at all from the bed to the cab doors, has runs, and additionally scratches were on doors that weren't on there before I dropped it off. The scariest part was when I picked it up, I didn't need to sign for anything, there was no way to bring up any of the deficiencies with the actual shop.

The absolute worst service i have ever dealt with at a body shop. My truck went in with minor bumper damage and a shark fin antenna needing repaired. It has been in the shop for 40 days and they keep claiming parts were the issue it took 14 days to get the parts and had nothing but the runaround since. I’m am I disbelief at the amount of time it has taken them and lack of urgency. Also the manager Wes is the most unprofessional person to be discussing issues with customer from his demeanor to his “it is what it is” attitude. I am a manager in customer service and he would not be the face of any company I ran. Priority needs to do better with their customer support.
Feb 02, 2023 -
On July 20, after I was told all the necessary parts were in, I dropped off my car at your body shop for a “9 day job”. On about August 1st I was told another part needed to be ordered and that it would be a couple of weeks. On about August 17th I was told it would be a couple more weeks. I asked if my car could be made drivable so I could take it home while waiting for this part to come in so I would not have to continue to pay out of pocket for my rental. I was told that was impossible. On Sept 1st I was told it would be a couple more weeks again. After getting my insurance company involved the body shop manager agreed to give me my car like I requested 2 weeks prior. When I picked up my car I was shown the part I have been waiting for for over a month. It is a chrome plastic trim piece on the driver’s side grill that the tech broke when disassembling the front grill/bumper so he could fix a scrape down the passenger side of the car. A non-essential trim piece… My rental reimbursement ran out on August 9th. I had to come out of pocket $660 so my car could sit at your body shop waiting on a trim piece for over a month. That is not acceptable and completely unreasonable. Please contact me so you can arrange reimbursing me $660 due to your body shop manager’s lack of customer service skills.

I would say this was an experience that I have been going through since May 15th. I am very disappointed in the service received here. (Issue #1) When received my car back it had wrong backup camera and the Service tech said that is wasn’t and that is was a new 3D camera. I so had to take my car to Nissan to have one of their techs look at it and they confirm it definitely wasn’t the correct camera. After calling the service tech again he said he would look at another maximum that he had in lot then he confirmed that the camera was the wrong one and that Nissan sent him the wrong part. So, I had to drop my car off for another appointment. (Issue #2) after a month after receiving my car back from the camera issue I noticed where they did body work the car started peeling I went back and talked to the service tech and he said that he could repair it and it would take about 3 days and that he could give me the state farm rate for a rental. The day of appointment I requested to speak to a manager about having to pay for a rental out of my pocket. Now this manager Wes was great he said don’t worry about that we got that covered which he did. (Issue #3) But a for enterprise that was a different story I waited 2 ½ hours to receive the rental. (Issue #4) When I received my car back the next day from the peeling I noticed that they did a quick spray paint job and left my rims and tires spray painted with residue. Would have rated them a 1 star but with their willingness to do repairs and the Manager Taking care of rental i couldn't.....but the spray paint job really bothered me.
