The quality of the work was excellent. A special thank you to Deebra (Im not sure if I spelled it right) for being so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. Had door replaced on my 2004 Sienna and they did excellent job with matching color. Staff very helpful and friendly. Estimator Deidre was great!! They got me in for an estimate for the day after I called. Communication was excellent . The work was delivered on time. Even though several other body shops are closer to my home I will return here.

I needed a specialty piece replaced on my SUV and Bay Custom Auto knocked it out of the park! From the desk staff to the Service representative and even the tech that explained the repair process in detail, these folks are friendly and patient. It shows that they aim to please and are all about the service! Usually you get these red carpet treatment from places charging you an arm and a leg but these guys treated me like a million on a $300 repair. (Great prices!!) My service manager, Andrea, communicated every step of the way and even had my car washed before I arrived and between that and the repair, I was all smiles and my car looked like new! I highly recommend these professionals for any body work you have! Thank you, Bay Custom!

They arranged and coordinated everything with our insurance company. My Car came back looking brand new. They even detailed my car and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up! They had my car repaired and back to me in a quick turnaround too! Excellent company to work with.

I had such a wonderful experience! The process was so quick and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Amazing customer service and workmanship. I brought my Jeep Overland to them after being rear ended, and they not only had it done in less than a week, but washed and vacuumed it. It came back to me cleaner then when I gave it to them! I highly recommend Bay Custom...they are amazing from the time you walk in the door! Their work is flawless!

Bay Custom did a great job fixing my fender bender. The paint blending is almost perfect! Tim was great as well as the rest of the staff. The repair took about a week and a half. I would come back again if I need bodywork done again.
