I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and dismissive conduct I experienced with Wheel Wizard Towing. One of their drivers cracked my windshield, and when I immediately stopped him to inform him of the damage, he stated he was not responsible and drove away from the scene.
I then called the owner, Jason Miller, to report the incident. Instead of addressing the situation with concern or professionalism, he was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly asked whether I had camera footage, implying I had no reason to be upset. This occurred at 7:36 AM while I was driving my children to school — a stressful situation made worse by his complete lack of empathy or accountability.
When I expressed that his tone and attitude were inappropriate, he accused me of threatening him simply because I said that God would handle the situation. He then abruptly ended the call. I will admit that my tone reflected my frustration, but that frustration came from the damage caused and the way I was treated — not from nowhere.
Businesses should take responsibility when their employees cause damage and should treat customers with respect, not hostility or dismissal. This experience felt highly unprofessional and deeply concerning. I hope Wheel Wizard Towing takes this complaint seriously and improves how they handle incidents and customer concerns in the future.
Update: After I posted my review about my experience, the owner of Wheel Wizard Jason Miller called me back—not to resolve the issue, but to antagonize the situation. He started the call by sarcastically thanking me for the reviews and saying he saw them. He then questioned what time the incident happened, even though I had already stated that in my review. Fortunately, I had a call log showing the exact timestamp of 7:29 AM, confirming the time!
I asked him directly whether he was calling to resolve the matter or simply to harass me about the review. He claimed he wanted to address the issue, yet continued with a dismissive and confrontational tone instead of offering any real solution. This interaction only reinforced my concerns about this company’s professionalism and customer service.
I want to start with I am a home health worker. I go out to patients who are unable to leave their homes and provide treatment till they can. So Mike and Greg were an absolute life savior not just for me but for my patients.
I am absolutely so thankful to the two men who came out to help me. Mike and Greg were so kind and talked me through the process. They didn’t give up and really put a lot of effort in getting my car unstuck 3 times. Making sure I was on the main road first before leaving which saved me that last time I got stuck again. The ice was rough but the unexpected mud was also a huge challenge. I’m just so grateful they were the ones who came.
Wheel Wizard has helped me several times, as I have a vintage automobile that has frequently needed work. They are prompt to come, and take care of my car, professionally and with great courtesy. I always know that I will be well taken care of and my car will get over to the shop with no issues. I am grateful that their service was recommended to me and I know that I will be using Devon and Greg many times in the future with no hesitation.
My truck died and needed towed. Mike quickly responded. He was an absolute professional and an all-around nice guy. I highly recommend Wheel Wizzard if you need a tow or roadside assistance.
These guys saved the day. Called several other companies. First told me based on pictures they couldn’t help. The next said they had no one to send. The third came out and after 30 more minutes decided it would be at least 500$ but that also they weren’t gonna do it. Called another company who said they probably couldn’t help me and also would be 3-4 hours before they could get anyone out. Which was prolly just bs to say instead of saying no. Actually got the recommendation by the company who first showed up and couldn’t help to call wheel wizzard.
Was told a base price and that someone would be there in 30 mins. Asked if they wanted pictures. They said no, we’ll figure it out.
The guy showed up in less than 30 mins and had my Chevy express 2500 out of the ditch in less than 5 mins. Wow. 100% would recommend.
I’m pretty sure the driver’s name was Mike.
He also took time to check the under side and make sure I wasn’t leaking any fluids and gave me very good advice to drive slow and stop at a car wash to wash the mud out of my tires. Which was spot on.

Starter on my old Jeep went out. Within 30 minutes of making the call Mike arrived, hooked up and we were heading home. Dropped it right inside my garage. Fast, expert towing service, very reasonably priced. Call with confidence if you get stuck!

A 5+mile tow (if that...) from the Lightfoot/Mooretown Rd intersection to their Rochambeau shop should not cost $325.00 -- plus $85.00 for (1-day) storage (overnight and much less than 24hrs).
But the driver/employee was efficient/friendly...

My wife and I cannot thank Wheel Wizzard Towing LLC and their driver, Mike, enough for the extraordinary service we received. Late last night, around 11 p.m., we encountered an automotive issue in Williamsburg that required getting our Tesla towed nearly 35 miles back to New Kent County.
After hours of calling around to other towing companies and being told that “a driver would call us when en route,” we were exhausted and frustrated. Finally, around 5 a.m., I was able to reach the owner of Wheel Wizzard Towing LLC. Although his company had nothing to do with our initial delays, he offered a heartfelt apology for the inconvenience we had experienced and assured me that he would send a driver right away.
He dispatched Mike — and what a blessing that was! Mike arrived promptly, treated us with kindness and professionalism, and made us feel completely at ease. He handled our Tesla with great care, explained everything clearly, and made what had been a very long night feel manageable.
Wheel Wizzard Towing LLC truly went above and beyond, and Mike treated us like royalty. As two senior citizens far from home, we were deeply grateful for the compassion, promptness, and excellence of service we received. I highly recommend Wheel Wizzard Towing LLC and especially Mike to anyone who finds themselves in need of towing or roadside assistance.
These guys are literally the best tow company in the area. They are fast professional and knowledgeable. They helped me out in a pinch recently and completed the job without any hesitation or problems. Most importantly they didn’t charge an arm and a leg for their service. Would give 10/5 stars if I could. Excellent company.
I was involved in a major accident late in the evening in the HRBT. Mike came to the scene, handled our vehicle with great care, and was incredibly detailed about his availability. We were able to get back to our vehicle at their lot, where he personally let us in, and ensured we had all the time we needed to collect our things and get the pictures we needed. If im ever in a bind on that side of the water, I know who I'm calling!
And those eyes.... made it so much better in spite of how awful the night had been.

My employer's work truck that I drive for the company broke down at one of our sites. I called the dealer we use and they recommended Wheel Wizzard Towing. The driver Mike was there within an hour's time and we quickly got the truck hooked up and we were on our way. Mike was the most professional tow driver I have ever dealt with and very courteous and respectful. He does his job with precision and has years of experience. After being out of the country for three weeks, we returned to find that our Tesla’s battery was completely drained and needed to be towed to the service center. we had a Jacknife situation on highway 64 south bound driver went into ditch 50 feet away from road very bad accident and truck axles got knocked out and we immediately called this towing company before police did and they arrived right away with proper equipments for recovery of truck and trailer so basically they seem to be very proffesional as they finished everything in 3.5 hours and i was talking to owner of company Jason back and forth about price for recovery, as i wanted to pay right away and get truck and trailer back. He did work on the numbers and give me dirt cheap price for what's done over there! i am happy with their service and highly reccomend to eveyone to work with them if you need help with towing Don't hesitate to call them!!! and dispatch is also nice and polite the way they should be!
My most prized possession, my big shiny truck, needed towing to a dealership. I got lucky when I called because Mike was already in the area and could pick it up sooner rather than later. When he arrived, he was professional with his actions, relatable and informative with his conversation, and understood how much I care about my truck. He treated it with the utmost care and respect. Mike also answered all my questions, so when he left, I could breathe easy knowing it was in good hands.

While towing our camper we had a bearing go bad on one of our trailer tires. Our “Roadside Assistance” plan specifically for RV’s could not get a towing company with the correct equipment out to us on the side of the interstate. After 3 hours they informed us no one was available in their network and we would have to make arrangements on our own. While I was on the phone melting down with our insurer my wife was searching towing companies capable of towing an RV. Wheel Wizard came out and not only towed us but took our trailer to their shop and replaced the entire hub that was damaged and checked all the other tires and got us back on our way. We can not thank them enough. They have normal size wreckers as well but are a large enough company to handle heavy equipment. You guys are awesome
