At 4:30 this afternoon after my grandchild was finished at the dentist, my car wouldn’t start. I contacted Triple A & was told that the tow truck would be there a little after 7!! My son got off work, gave my car a jump & met me at O’Reilly. My right headlight was out. Dominic replaced the battery & light & I was home before the time the tow truck would have met me at the closed dental office. Dominic was extremely accommodating and super nice & knowledgeable. I don’t normally carry cash and apologized because I didn’t have the money right now to give him a tip. He replied don’t worry, that’s what I am here for!!( I will be going back in the morning)!! Great service!!!

You helped us finding the right coolant for our Mustang Ecoboost on this Thanksgiving Weekend! Would favor you than any gas stations to tell me otherwise. $11 “universal coolant w/ antifreeze” (from the gas station) mistake is small money compared to the big problems it could’ve caused. But seriously… you saved the engine, the turbo, the seals, and potentially thousands in repairs. Smart decision. Smart teamwork. 😄

90% of the time they have everything I need. Even though they're old guys behind the counter, they have been the ONLY old dudes in James City County to not treat me like it's 1960 in Mississippi.

Top notch customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. I like that I can just pop in when my car needs a new battery or wipers and they'll take care of everything, including swapping the parts out at no additional cost.

This auto parts store is like old school. The attendants are very knowledgeable of the new cars but also the old cars as well. I have been able to get parts for my collectibles there.

Placed an order online for same day delivery through DoorDash. After an hour my status didn’t changed so I called to confirm my order and this guy proceeds to tell me they don’t do delivery through DoorDash and that they also do not do oil changes. I never called about an oil change I ordered a sparked plug and a ratchet accessory set. Mind you he already had an attitude from the moment he picked up the phone. Tells me they don’t have my items in stock and that the website is a generalized site of course I corrected him and told him that I’ve placed an order in the past delivered through DoorDash and that inventory is store specific. Called the 800 number and they were able to clarify that the guy was confused and that my order was ready for pick up. But guess what my order was never picked up and didn’t get to me.

The employee’s were very helpful even with small details like license tag bolts. He assisted me in finding the correct bolts and then installing them. I will use them in the future.

Arrived about 6min before 9pm, the open sign is on, the hours shows close at 9pm, but the front door is locked and no one inside, also I called and the phone kept hanging up!

I'll start by saying I appreciate their inventory and customer service. They always have the items I need when I need them and you can't put a cost on that. Their counter staff are helpful and friendly, even going as far as installing my battery in the rain not too long ago. Why I didn't give 5 stars. Their prices are outrageous on everyday items. $97.88 to buy oil, oil filter and air filter for my truck. Walmart, as much as I despise going there is $59.38 for the same 3 items. That adds up quickly when you change your oil monthly. Over $450 before tax every year. Their knowledge of products they carry is subpar. I normally use Fram filters and they told me they stopped carrying Fram because they were made in Mexico but carried Wix because it was all made in the USA. (Personally I don't believe the quality is different because it was made past an imaginary line) but when I took the wix air filter out of the box you cam clearly see where it was manufactured. I will still shop with them when I need parts now. But I will try to plan better and get what I need where it's more affordable and their knowledge is better.

Customer service is second to none!.I am in the norge store 4-5 times a week. I buy all my customers parts there as well as parts for my personal vehicles. These guys know parts! They go above and beyond to get me the right part and get it fast . Good parts. Competive prices, and professional service . Can't ask for anything more than that

Well what I'm about to tell you is an event that is personal to me but it has caused me to shop elsewhere for my autoparts. I understand that the actions of one person should not represent the entire company. My 74yo mother and my 19yo son stopped in to pick up a radiator cap. She drives a 1989 Chevy P/U. She is intelligent and has been around the block a time or two. She is a country girl that knows what shes doing and knows what shes talking about. She tells the man what she needs. He goes through the normal lines of questions to make sure she gets exactly what she needs. The problem starts when they get to the part about the engine size. He asks her what size engine it has. She says 350. He again asks her what engine size. She again says 350. He then turns to my son and asks him what size engine. My son of course says 350! What is up with that? They went on and exchanged a few more words only worsening the situation. He was very condescending and rude to her. Does he not know that Chevy has a 350 engine? Maybe he wanted them to say 5.7L. Maybe he didn't know 350 was 5.7L. For what ever his reason for treating her like I do not know but a $7.00 cap has cost them all of my business and maybe a few readers will feel the same way. There are several other parts dealers within a mile and a half that have always bent over backwards to help me every time i have been there. We have lived here our entire life and are dedicated to supporting local businesses. At this point i would drive to NNs to avoid this O'really's!! Fortunately I don't have to. This is just a small thing but these days its all about customer service. Everyone can offer you comperable goods, so the only way to outshine someone else is customer service! This one salesman has ruined it for me. We shall not be returning to this O'really's. Thank you.

Helpful staff but not to bright. SUPER CHEAP PARTS, got brakes for my truck states on the box "Hardware Included but they took the hardware out and put a sticker on the side with the prt# says "hardware not included"?? So they remove the hardware to sell it separate I'm sure. Did not realize this until i already had my truck apart. Then the pads them selves are cheap, the old ones I took off that had been on there a year had more pad on them than these new ones. On top of that I asked the guy not to give me a cheap set of pads. I will spend my money else where from now on.

The sales clerk helped me with a new wiper and some Rainex windshield washer. He even installed the wiper for me. First time there. It was a great experience.

Prices are not the cheapest but fair! Store always clean, organized, and well stocked. Staff are always extremely helpful every time I need something! They have a vehicle computer code reader/scanner on had that you can use for free. Installed windshield wipers very quickly, and sourced several quality parts.

The whole staff at O'Reilly's is friendly & knowledgeable (which is more than I can say about your competitors), but in particular, Jason is absolutely amazing. We broke down while visiting from out of town, and he offered to help in every way possible, many of which had nothing to do with auto parts. Just a wonderful person all around, a definite value as an employee, and a saint in my book. Thank you so much, Jason! Thank you, O'Reilly's!
