Staff is helpful every time I'm there. They've replaced the large cardboard bin with a really small one, though, which causes delays dropping off cardboard. I'd love to see the large bin reinstated.

This facility is on Tewni g road NOT Schmidt. No access from Schmidt road.

Employees vary. Lori is wonderful.
One gentleman is very nice; one not so much.Oct 04, 2023 -
Quick and easy. And none of the bins were full this time! YAY!
They have a fairly new glass recycle bin. They only take glass bottles, not Pyrex or glass sheets etc. On the main side there is a little round opening that you have to push open and put in one bottle at a time but many of the workers have been nice enough to open the bigger door on the other side for those of us who have a bag of bottles and want to dump them! So please utilize this but don't use it to throw in the bags or the wrong products or they might stop.Nov 11, 2022 -
Mix bag with the staff here. One guy seriously is power tripping. Says I need to go to jolly pond since my 3 Amazon box weren’t broken down

The hours kind of suck, but they always have someone on hand. He was helpful with which bins to use. Even helped me with some boxes.

Great recycling facility that's wonderfully organized and easy to navigate.

They take all sorts of stuff, but the hours are strange, with early closure, especially Monday.

Drive past 117 Tewning Rd down the street to the dead end, enter on the left, drive through!

The location is great for my needs. The hours are inconvenient as they close WAY to early for those who work till 5pm
Jun 08, 2017 -
The hours are inconvenient, but they collect a wide range of recyclables for free. They also accept landfill waste for a nominal fee.
They accept the typical cardboard, mixed paper, plastics, glass, and aluminum. They also accept used motor oil, used cooking oil and kitchen grease, used batteries, used antifreeze, and a few other materials.
They can be strict about the quality of recyclable materials (no pizza boxes, due to grease and food residue)Jul 15, 2016
