While visiting Williamsburg on vacation, our car was suddenly in need of a new battery. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by Mike and Willie who are so fantastic! Within a matter of a few short minutes, Mike was taking out and replacing the battery and Willie helped us wrap up our order. Both Mike and Willie are so kind and easy going and I’m so thankful that their store is where we ended up. A huge thanks to you both for taking such good care of us! 👏

Mike F. & his team were very welcoming upon entering the store! He inspected my wiper blades for me per my request & hooked me up with new ones, including installation. So friendly. Would recommended this location to anyone.

Mike checked my battery and changed it and put in a new one. Such a kind and caring man. Very patient with me.

Called and spoke to emily and said I needed break lights replaced. She spoke with someone else and In a very unprofessional way.I said we don't do that. Went to a different. Autozone in newport news Jean Was extremely helpful not only picked out the bulbs for me but then took the time to replace them in my vehicle. Do Better

My go-to Auto Parts Store! Got a battery and my brother and I installed it ourselves...but unknowingly attached the battery leads in an incorrect order - who knew Chevy's were so special! My headlights now didn't work. Mike F. (store manager) took time to problem solve with me and figured out the issue after reconnecting the cables correctly, ruled out possible fuse issues, and only to find out that my truck blew both low beam headlights simultaneously. He helped me install them and be back on the road safely. Thanks again to Mike for your help, patience, guidance, and wisdom. For any of my auto parts needs - I'll be back to AutoZone!

Store 6194# Mike was absolutely one of the best people, I have spoke too. He was on his way home he stopped and just listened and this is after glucocester autozone acted very weird when I had the receipt, and item was undamaged and returnable...At store 6194 Also, willie was extremely polite and professional.

The staff here was supreme, well at least one was. the older gentleman provided 1st class suggestions and helpful advice perfect. The other gentleman seemed uninterested and completely unhelpful.

The store manager (Mike F.) was fantastic! Was an immediate help locating wiper blades for my two vehicles. Walked me to the isle and made sure I got the right ones. Nicest store and Staff in Williamsburg, VA.

It was raining, and unfortunately one of my windshield wipers came off on the expressway, so I came in to get a replacement. All i can say is Thank You AJ! He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He installed my windshield wipers in the rain and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. He went above and beyond, and I appreciate that kind of customer service. I will most definately be back to this location!

The manager of this place was amazing. We were traveling from Ohio and broke down on I64. He had the part (obscure one) that we needed and was so kind --- willing to help us out with tools if needed (I happened to have the ones needed with me). It was obvious that the manager was not just interested in running a business but was also truly cared for his customers.

Was greeted by the Store Manager Mike F. who was cheerfully attentive to all my air/oil filter parts for two cars. He also cleaned my two plastic oil reservoir containers after assisting with emptying my old oil into the store used oil container trap. He was kind and attentive during my entire shopping experience. On top of that, Mike helped me carry my purchases to my car! I'll be back for everything car related just because of his "devotion to duty" service this morning. Five stars my friend!

Tj, Jonathan, Thomas and Willie are always so very polite ane always there helping me figure out what I need. They even call me when my parts have arrived. I appreciate the staff in this location. Not sure what I would do without them.

The staff at this store, the Lightfoot branch,, including Craig and the Store Manager are great...very helpful in understanding the different pricing and sections of parts available, let alone jump in the extra mile to assist in installation ..... tremendous customer service...friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Check Engine light came on in my Jeep. Michael the Store Manager hooked up his code reader and found out it was a loose gas cap. Instant fix! OMG the Jeep dealership wanted $170 just to take a look at it. The store manager was so friendly and answered all my questions. Professional, 5 STAR. I will be back!!! Highly Recommended!!! Thank You so much!!!

If it was possible I would give zero stars. Customer service is a four letter word at this establishment tonight. I went in 10 minutes before they closed just to get some wiper blades. The guy at the front desk asked if I needed help and I said I was looking for wiper blades and I will try to look them up online to figure out what I need. After about 10 minutes of searching one of the guys said we are closing. I said, “I can’t figure out which blades I need can you help me?” The guy said you need an 18 and 24… I looked at him and asked, “any 18 and 24?” There are lots of those. The guy behind the counter said, “yep!” I am in the distribution business and know the meaning of customer service. I hope this was/is a one off occurrence but either way I will never set foot in an auto zone again. Just wanted to warn others so they don’t have the same experience.

I want to give a bi shout out to Jonathan and Andrew at the Auto Zone Store on Nolan in Williamsburg VA. I was on vacation in Williamsburg from High Ridge Mo. and my car began to cut out and die. The check engine light came on. They put the diagnostic tool on and printed out the result for free. I purchased the part from Auto Zone and they let me used their tools to change out the sensor and fixed the issue!! Thanks again guys for all your help!!

Great people and super friendly, I appreciate their help yesterday. I had a massive oil leak and I had to stop to get some help. Russ and Susan are phenomenal, their knowledge and great customer service was remarkable! Thank you!

First, let me premise this with the fact that I was employed at Autozone for two years, one of which being a manager. With that said, I walked into store 6194 today to get a new battery for my girlfriend’s car. I was not greeted when I walked in, and I had to ask one of the gentleman where I could place the heavy battery (27 group-size) that I had come in with to replace. I set the battery down and even with two people at the counter, no one comes up to ask me what I need help with until CSR 72 could finish his current task. So I stood there for a minute or two watching CSR 72 finish putting something away on a hard-parts shelf BEFORE he decided to help me. I know the values that Autozone requires their management to uphold as I used to have to uphold these myself. This was not professional at all, and in fact, when I went to O’Reilly Auto here in Toano, I was greeted with a smile and immediately asked what I needed help with. I would also like to note that when I asked CSR 72 if there was a proration on the Duralast Gold battery I brought in, I was met with “Probably not”, in a condescending tone. He proceeded to check for me after he said that, but it was only after I said, “Well, I was just asking man”. I haven’t stepped foot into an Autozone since I’ve been employed with them, and I will not ever step foot into 6194 again. As a customer, I was not greeted with the respect that I was required to give my old Autozone customers.

Eric the manager and 2 employees Antonio and Brandon were the nicest people. They helped me while I was stranded there with a broken down car. I was there for a few hours and charged my phone for me. Answered any and all questions, helped me with the part and guidance. Eric and Antonio went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Great place and people.

Great customer service was helped straight when I entered the door and greeted even did a price match for me and went and picked up all the items for me off the shelf. Just a great experience

I like their new location. Their prices bit higher than at Auto Advance or the Pep Boys ( at least the auto parts I mostly need ) Customer service is on point , and place itself does look good ! Easy find all you need , but sometimes they have hard time delivering to their stores ( online purchases ) After all , I'm glad we have them in our area! But Yes, star down for prices compering their competitors ! And yes , I love their TV jingle :)

I had a great experience at auto zone, I was welcome by all the staff once I entering the store. One of the staff members name Brandon was every help by checking the air pressure in my tires not once but twice due to my dash board light icon coming on. As a single women I felt very Appreciative of Brandon help. I’m one Satisfied Customer!!!!

Traveling in a street rod and broke down on 64 west bound. Got to the hotel and pulled off parts to match up. Kyle is young but knows his stuff, knew what I needed plus contacted a local hot rod shop Bad Company and they welcomed us and got us back on the road. Thanx for all your help
