Although I felt the price was high for just a scraped rocker panel and no body work, the job was done superbly. What I didn’t like was the fact that no one mentioned the 4 percent surcharge for using anything other than a casher’s check or cash for payment until the job was complete. If it was added to the total bill up front I would then have the option to get another quote if I felt the bill was too high.

Professional, thorough, accurate estimate, and friendly. Quality of the work is outstanding.

Bruce’s Super Auto Body did an outstanding job of straightening out my 3500 Ram dually. They replaced the drivers side of the bed, tailgate, and rear wheel. Perfect parts and paint match. Couldn’t be happier.

Work to my truck was done to my expectations as far as quality and in a timely manner.I would definitely use Bruce’s if I ever have a need to in the future .I recommend this body shop for your vehicle.

Easy estimate, got into the shop just a few days after estimate, work done in the time frame quoted, and the work looks like it was never damaged…repairs look factory new. Excellent experience.

Team was incredibly friendly and helpful! Unfortunately my car took three months to be fully repaired. But I think it has a lot to do with my insurance company, not them. Bruce’s handled my vehicle with care. Body work looks great and it’s running great! Tyson was extremely nice and helpful, as well as the receptionist.

Do not take your auto there . They don't treat their customers right. They tell you lies. They were supposed to fixed scratches and painted the side of my vehicle. I bend there five times and they still haven't got it right. Now they keep ducking my phone calls. When I go to the shop. They tell me that they don't have the people to do the job and good help is hard to find. That had the pain running. They can't match a 2 year old paint. They left pain over spray on the back and tape residue. Where they taped it off. Someone had dirty pants and hands drove my vehicle with a passenger off the property without my permission . They left trash in the back. They your money. After that they don't give a shit about you or your vehicle. There is more that I can put. But I put enough for you to see what they did to me. Now you know. STAY Away from Bruce's. By the way Bruce's I want my money back.

Everyone has been pleasant to deal with, but the inconsideration has upset me. If you are reliant on a car for transportation, I would not recommend them. They initially had my car for 2 weeks when I followed up on a status update. The receptionist told me they were still waiting on car parts to come in. I was surprised about that and I told them I needed to come and pick up my car, because there was no point of it sitting there. I said that once the parts came in, I could come drop my car off again. No work was done on the car at this point. A few days later I got a call that the parts had come in and they asked me to drop my car off again. This was the week of Thanksgiving so they would have been closed that Thursday, Friday and the weekend. I asked them if it would have been better to just drop it off the following week. The office manager recommended me to drop it off that next Tuesday, I thought that they had finally coordinated with the parts needed and the service required. I dropped off my car on Tuesday and by the end of the week I followed up with them and was told AGAIN that they are still waiting for parts to come in and that it would possibly be ready next week... I had been told that twice before. Living in this area you have to rely on a car to get around. Car rentals, Lyfts and asking people for rides is inconvenient and costly. I wish Bruce’s body shop kept this in mind when they were servicing my car. Conduct the estimate, order the parts and then schedule with the customer for the service to eliminate time wasted and stress on the customer

I had a fantastic experience with Bruce’s. I had a small cosmetic issue on my Jeep Wrangler I wanted addressed and they did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. They were very professional and performed exactly as they said they would during the estimate process.

Unprofessional Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this office. When I called to ask a few simple questions, the person who answered seemed confused and instead of asking for clarification, she abruptly hung up on me. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Customer service should be about patience and helping clients, not cutting them off when they don't understand something. I expected much better service and hope they take steps to improve this behavior.

Gosh, an honest car repair shop. Feel like I’ve done time travel to the 50s. They gave me a reasonable estimate and warned there might be damage discovered after removing the bumper, but they stuck with the original estimate, didn’t pretend to find something not there, and did flawless work. The car looks like new.

This was my 2nd time having repairs on my Tahoe at Bruce's. I was SO pleased with the service from start to finish, both times. The front desk staff are professional and courteous. The estimator, Tim, was so kind and took time to call me (2x) with updates on my vehicle part arriving/my vehicle being ready for pick up. Tim is a fabulous employee and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers he's working with and providing 5-star service. I will definitely be back, and will send any/all of my real estate clients to your body shop for repairs! THANK YOU!

So far so good. I only went in for an estimate on a repair & was pleasantly surprised how clean everything & quiet was. The quote we received was doable & the gentleman who helped me was very kind. He even buffed out the scratches on my car. That was a + on his end.

A box truck didn't pay attention to the tail swing and caught my bumper on my little Blazer. Photo price quote. Can't stand looking at it Time to get it fixed. Dropped if off called them and they are getting started.

Had not visited Bruce’s before, chose to go there based on previous car owner’s experience with them. Very pleased with results, finished ahead of schedule, better quality than I expected, looks great and staff was always very friendly. Also was able to accommodate my short timeline for the work.

All body repair work is expensive, although I find Bruce's to be less than several other local competitors. The recent work on my car last week was well done! And the time to complete the job was very acceptable.

I had a bad experience. The back office and AAA couldn't locate the check I had authorized for AAA to give them 10 days before the job was complete. My Business Magnetic sign that was in the bed of the truck was damaged. A chip of body paint was done to the area they worked in. They claim in their agreement that They are not responsible if anything gets damaged if it's on their lot overnight. OMG. I didn't like that at all. No Insurance? The receptionist told Me not to worry because the homeless population that frequents their parking lot normally doesn't bother anything. RIGHT It has taken them over two months to fix My problems and it's still not solved. Now they said I have to come back there again to give them paint number. WTH I recommend to all My Real Estate Clients and Friends to not use Bruce's Body Shop in Williamsburg.

Had my rear seatbelt buckle caught in its housing, making the seatbelt inoperable. I took my car to Bruce's in Williamsburg to make an appointment for repairs, thinking I would have to use my employer's insurance. They tinkered with the belt, tried numerous ways to get to it, and finally dislodged it from the housing for a very low price without having to use the insurance. Jeff was exceptional and so was Chelsea, who greeted me from the customer service desk and made me feel right at home. Bruce's is a fast, friendly, clean, and honest body shop. Please try them. It's worth your time and effort. And, you won't be disappointed!

So far so good! I called Bruce's in advance to arrange an insurance claim related repair. They took me in right away and all the while treated me with respect and congenitally. I will submit an update upon receipt of my vehicle and convey my level of service satisfaction.

Superb place of business! They’re shop is clean as a whistle and completely up to date. It’s massive and they did an excellent job on my truck. Now let me tell you about how efficient they are. I couldn’t find a shop in the entire Richmond area to take me truck. Most places are several months backed up because of the current National supply problems. They got mine in within a month and had it repaired a month later. Chelsea is awesome and super professional! I highly recommend this shop if you need body work.

Horrible experience, charges were made for new parts after my wife's Subaru BRZ was rear ended, however those parts were not new. The same VIN sticker was on the deck lid as well as the parts still being dirty. They said they had replaced a rear passenger tail light but once again it is as dirty as the driver side light. Obviously they charged for new parts they did not put on her car. They even charged for a new "BRZ" emblem that never managed to make it on to her car. None of the technicians, nor the Shop Manager Tim wanted to talk to me about it as the receptionist always said they were busy. We have turned this over to the Insurance Carrier for them to handle as they were the ones to pay out. I would not trust this shop to do any work.

I would give the Williamsburg Bruce's location less than one star if I could. The manager is less than professional; he was curt and short with my husband when he took our vehicle in. It took over a week to get a headlight replaced; not a problem, but at least provide a courtesy call with an update.. A few weeks after getting the car back, the indicator light came on because there was an issue with the headlight they installed. So, we took it back to Bruce's. The manager didn't even come out to talk to my husband. He sent a message to my husband by the receptionist. He didn't bother to address the issue, rather his message was to take it to the dealership. NEVER AGAIN!! Poor customer service is inexcusable!!

Bruce’s did a wonderful job repairing the damage to my vehicle and completed it in half the time other shops had quoted. The car looks great. In addition, Chelsea provided amazing customer service when I called to ask for updates on the vehicle. Very kind and helpful providing me with all the information.

I went to get the spoiler on my pilot fixed. They knew my name as I arrived which was a pleasant surprise. I had my 1 year old with me and the receptionist put on cartoons to keep her entertained. The work was fast & service was polite. Highly recommend 😊 You can't even tell it's a new part on my car.

I came to Bruce's for a minor, but very annoying dent/crease on the bedside of my pickup truck right at the tail light. Their estimate and breakdown of labor was very reasonable. Turnaround time for the work was about 3 business days. My initial impression of the quality of work is great. I would use Bruce's again if I ever needed more work done on any of my vehicles. The staff were all very friendly and the shop floor is visible from the waiting area and was very clean.

We have used Bruce's on two occasions. Both times we had wonderful experiences! Our repairs were done in a timely manner with a wonderful outcome. They worked well with my insurance. They even vacuumed my car, including the trunk!

Bruce's took very good care of me and my car. I showed up unannounced (having unthoughtfully assumed I wouldn't need an appointment), but was accepted graciously anyway. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company, did an amazing job with the repair, had my car ready a day early, and even washed and vacuumed it. The customer service experience was excellent every step of the way. Take your car to Bruce's. But please do them the courtesy of making an appointment if at all possible so they can serve you best - don't be a jerk like me.
