Had annual maintenance performed and a new windshield installed. Colonial Carts picked up and returned the cart as scheduled and all work was very well done. I love the new windshield. I can see again!

The cart is great! I live in a retirement community where many of us no longer drive cars. I get compliments about the EVolution all the time. In old folks language it is neat, cool and WOW, Shortly after I got it, it would not start and I had to walk home. I was not happy. I called first thing the next morning I called Colonial Carts. A young man came within an hour ( a miracle in todays world) and fixed the problem within minutes. Outstanding service.

I needed a replacement lithium battery for our golf cart. We were in the area and they were listed as a dealer for the battery I was looking for. I called and spoke with Ethan. He was awesome. He explained some options and I was able to purchase the battery we needed. We made a mistake when picking up the battery and forgot the charger. We live 3 hours away so it wasn’t like I could just swing by and pick it up. When I called back, I spoke with Cam. He and Ethan were very helpful. I created a shipping label with my business account and they were able to drop it off at the UPS Store to be delivered the next day. They also sent me pictures of how to install the battery in my cart. It was an overall great experience. Thank you for everything.

Once delivered the associate took all the time we needed to answer our questions and show us all of the features of the cart. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys have a really nice showroom and a good selection of carts. The shop in the back is large and seemed to be in good order. The prices are good and they are willing to work with you to make modifications to suit your needs. Ethan or Charlie are great guys, highly recommend them if you are in the market for a nice cart.

We had been looking at cart for a few months for our camper. We stopped in on a Saturday and saw Shane. He showed us all the carts. I came back the next weekend with my wife and Charlie. We ended up getting a 2025 maverick 2+2. Charlie did all the paperwork and made everything easy. Later Shane brought the cart by the house and made sure we know how everything worked. If you want a friendly and helpful place that this is it. Everyone we talked to there was great.

Quick delivery of our cart. Once we looked it over really well we saw two problems. Called Charlie and he took care of them right then while on phone. Got replacement parts the very next day. Super nice, very knowledgeable and would definitely do business with them and would highly recommend them.

We just moved here from New York and we wanted a golf cart. We went to colonial carts charlie couldn't have been nicer he wasn't pushy at all. Let us test drive as many as we wanted till we found the perfect fit for us. When I told him my family was here from New York and we wanted them to see it before they left. He offered to bring it to us a few hours later. We were so shocked at his customer service..I highly recommend this place.
