O'Reilly always is a helpful place where they are more than willing to help with whatever needs I may have.

We were visiting from out of town when it rained and we realized that our windshield wipers were not working well anymore. We bought a pair, and the gentleman at the register offered to install the blades for us. We appreciated this gesture!

They always have what I need at a great price and I don't have any shipping delay or fee

Tried to find a fan belt a little smaller than the computer gave. Went to several places to find one and no one could or wouldn't help. Went here and the gentleman found what I needed in 10 min.

You either get very helpful knowledge help or people that can't be bothered to even try to do anything. Either great or terrible no in between.

Had a nice employee check my car battery, alternator and thermostat at no charge. All were fine and the employee was very nice and polite.

I bought some windshield wipers from them, and this night, it was pouring down raining. My visibility was non-existent. They have a sign in the front window that clearly says we install windshield wipers. I was told after my purchase they couldn't install due to the rain. What? So I proceeded to do a refund so I could get them installed elsewhere, and I was told he could install them now. Smmfh lazy folks who work but don't want to do their job

I would have rated this place 5 stars if only they would have had a specific bolt that I badly needed for my car,(obviously). They didn't have it even though they had a spot for it. To be fair, none of the other auto-parts stores in my area had it either even though they all had a spot for it. I ended up finding that bolt at a particular hardware store that always seems to have what I need. Perplexing, in any case.

Such incredible kindness. We arrived with a flat tire Not only were we shown affordable plug options, but the helpful staff lent us additional tools and gave us advice and assistance until the problem was solved. The kind of service one doesn't expect to find anymore!! Highly recommend.

First time to an O'Reilly parts store but it will be my go-to from now on. Fairly similar to AZs' layout but staff were adults, ie helpful and knowledgeable about inventory.

Upon returning two items, which were purchased separately, one item was paid by cash, and the other a card. The cashier took upon himself to put all the refunds on the card. Sorry, but I pay my bills, didn't need his help. I have purchased many items over the years. At least there are many other parts stores here in Williamsburg.

My car was having troubles and don the associate who was working helped my wife and I out . He is truly one caring person. Thank you don..

I went to O'Reillys in Williamsburg and I got a lug for my tire . The young guy told me how much it was, I handed him the money an in return he puts the change on the counter. I said, I didn't give you the money that way. He picked up the money and put it in my hand. I will not be going back to that place. Thank you but no thanks.

My turn signals quit working.Went in told him what the problem was. He knew what to do to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Employees are knowledgable and budget conscious, share real actual experiences, and welcome guests in their store. Atmosphere is friendlier than O'Reillys other locations. Able to complete maintenance advisory at the counter and went the extra distance with code-computer lookup on compnents. FELT better than many stores I've been to

Clean store and fairly well organized. Easy to find what I was looking for for without wasting time searching around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will go back for future needs.

The folks in this shop know their stuff and are the most helpful group around. They have saved me thousands with simple tips and in-depth knowledge.

Needed to have two brake light bulbs replaced and the staff was very helpful. Then, a headlight bulb failed right after. The staff happily helped replace that as well. Thank you O'Reilly!

My car stopped out if nowhere. Thought is was the battery turned out to be Alternator. Sales associates was a very big help. He had a mechanic on hand came fast and put the new alternator on and cheap too. I am so blessed to find help quick specially with kids. Thank you guys.

I love that we finally have an auto part store on this side of town that is actually helpful. I love going in to see Gene, he's always got a smile on his face and he makes sure you're 100% satisfied by the time you leave. I go in there just for that reason, keep on smiling Gene you always brighten my day!

Luis was awesome. He was huge help with my car battery which I was sure I needed a new one. He tested and made sure I was good to. Saved me money! This is my new fav store thank u guy's

I would like to say a million thank yous to Gene. He was amazing helping me get my 2007 Honda VTX1300 back on the road. Vacuum line rotted off and he help me find the right part to get me back on the road ten minutes later. Everyone please see Gene the bearded magician.

This place is constructed of pure customer service. Everyone is always extreamly friendly and helpful when I come in. The manager Frankie is a class A guy and is always willing to help however he can. Just today I didn't have a place to change some transmission fluid out at and they allowed me to go behind the store and do it. They allowed me to use any resource they could offer and they even helped me crack the transmission drain plug when it was being stubborn. Will defiantly be sure to come back for any of my future auto needs here. Don't bother going to anywhere else.

I purchased a battery at the end of September after being told that the battery was bad I drove the car one time to put gas in it and it would not start from then on , I took the battery back to get a new battery on October 13 to and the black guy working told me I did no not purchase that battery. I told him that I returned less than 30 minutes later to purchase the original battery that came in the car. He told me that the battery was good and that it could not be exchanged. I went home and got the recipt and came back for a refund and was told that I could not return the battery.

The staff here has awesome customer service and they don't make you feel bad if you don't know something. They help you out with everything you need and more. I would highly recommend going here.
