Came into the grocery outlet for my very first time the other day and was very pleased with the staff and products! My favorite part about it all was Produce it was very organized and the younger kid working in produce is such a gentleman came in asked me if there was anything i needed help with and I had told him that it was my first time here and he started to explain that Grocery Outlet isn’t like normal stores like Wei’s and giant instead there are new things in every week and I absolutely think that is amazing! The young lady in frozen is very nice too she’s probably in high school she is very nice and sweet her section looks amazing and I loved finding stuff so much cheaper than I would’ve when I shopped at giant I give up on giant and Wei’s im going strictly GROCERY OUTLET

Real simple a good clean discount grocery store. I picked up velvet Mac & cheese 2.99 karns was 4.99

I save so much money buying groceries here. Their selection is pretty good. They will have most of the same staple items regularly, and the rest of their stock will be a little different every time I come in. If you see something you really like, stock up before it's gone!

I love the new location easy to get in and out.... Clean, clean organized, lots of items to pick from. Love the big area for organic foods.....curious with the new owner..why are you merging the nosh section in with the regular food products? Its hard to navigate at times items I normally purchase, that I am unable to find now....not sure if u are totally out of stock or placed in another location of the store.....????

On 8-21 I purchased a whole beef tenderloin strip with a sell by date of 8-27. I opened it on 8-23 and it smelled horrible. I called the store and they said they could exchange it or refund if I were to bring it back to the store. I am disabled and only go out a few times a month. It's extremely frustrating that I need to go back to the store to get this taken care of.

Clean, and SO CHEAP. Like, maybe half or a third of what you'd pay elsewhere. Great variety of options, very clean location and love that they have an organic section. I got my family to start going to Grocery Outlet and now they legit save like hundreds per year because food is so expensive elsewhere. Love this place!!

Hit and Miss some great finds but some stuff is higher price in the grocery store like the vegetables and the meats aren't really worth it. But it's always a treasure hunt coming

Easy to shop. My draw is the cost savings on all varieties of frozen foods. Management and staff exceed expectations of discount foods.

I have been shopping the grocery outlet for years. It has only gotten better overtime. Very. grateful to have this awesome discount grocery store in our area. Best deals in town!

This location has the best selection of all the stores in this chain that I've been to. Great store and I'm glad we've been provided an alternative to the large supermarket chains in Central PA.

Grocery Outlet on Simpson Ferry is my go to store for about 90% of my grocery and household needs. There is always something unique and prices can't be beat. Don't sleep on stopping in. You will not be disappointed. Friendly staff and great deals!!

I love this store. Since they opened in late 2022, I have saved almost $5,000. That's five thousand dollars. I have 3 grown daughters and 5 grandchildren from 2-19. We eat like rich folks. I shop here first, and if I need anything additional, then I go to the larger stores. The store is always clean, all the people are so nice and they give back to the community through different programs and promotions throughout the year. I tell everybody about Grocery Outlet. You can serve awesome meals for very little money, and you can do meat or vegan choices. You can entertain on a shoestring budget with the variety of snacks, beverages, ice cream and baking mixes. They also get some really good brand names at a fraction of the bigger chain prices. With a little bit of effort and planning, you can save big bucks and eat restaurant quality meals. The steaks and pork roasts are unbelievably delicious and the fresh produce section has recently been expanded. Check them out! My last trip I spent $50 and saved $126!!! This is my favorite grocery store ever. I swear I’m in at least twice a week. I love seeing what new items they have in stock and at such low prices. It is the best place to try out new snacks, candy, drinks, everything!

There are a variety of cheeses and snacks. The prices here are fair. However, many times, some products will get replaced by others when they go out of stock. I barely go to Giant or Wies anymore ever since grocery Outlet came here.

This is a small grocery store, so it doesn't have nearly everything, and you will find that sometimes things that you had bought before won't be on the shelves, swapped out for other items, but it generally has the same TYPES of items, even if you have to change it up a little with different products. The fact is, though, this is the only grocery store left that is worth shopping at if you aren't upper-middle class or higher. The prices are way too unreasonable anywhere else, so your choices are to either starve or shop here.

Good bargains. Products vary but I don't care. If the price beats grocery store chains. Surprise me. Fun checking their varied items. And if you get thirsty shopping and looking they have bottled ice water for 25 cents so you don't get dehydrated. Isn't that nice. De shawn will be at the register to tell you that you saved a thousand dollars on your 2 bags of groceries. Actually he tells you the correct amount but I always embellish it to further impress the customers behind me.

Received an email $5 off $25. Signed up for Rewards program in store. Received another coupon to use later. Accepts EBT. Clean store. With being February, Halloween & Christmas snack & candy items not a bargain.

I've shopped several times recently. They have a very interesting selection that I love. The organic section is excellent. I got candles,fresh produce and many staples. The savings was significant.

Anytime there's a cheaper place to shop, it's always a plus in my book. I was finally able to visit and picked up a variety of items. Was pleased with the vast selection and great prices! Love that they post their deals on social media so I can see if it's worth the trip for me. Looks like they do a lot of cool promotions too! I love finding things that you normally wouldn't find in other stores. This time I picked up some Turkish delight, we love that stuff! Love the bin of cans of pop too! Will be visiting again.

I'm almost sure they edit out negative customer observations from their Facebook page, Prices too high, it's not a bargain at all, watch the expiration dates.. some of their best offers have the worst dates. Appearance Well done, friendly associates, prices are way to high without their coupons

Glad to give this store five stars as this is an exciting place to shop. Some things do come and go as they sell their stock, and sometimes you will find odd things or flavors (and that’s often a fun part of it). I think they do a good job keeping the shelves neat and customer service has been good. We’ve been there about 7 or 8 times over the past few months. I am now fond of the running pump coffee they carry.

Loving the store so far. Really really great deals intermingled with lots of very good ones. Great selection. The store is clean and bright and every cashier has been cheerful and competent. Really glad to have this in our area. We plan to keep shopping here.
