Don't you hate when those annoying lights about washer fluid or tire pressure pop up on your car dashboard? Those lights are excellent reminders to complete the task. Putting in car windshield fluid is an easy task I don't mind doing myself; no hubby or auto repair person is necessary. I didn't realize AutoZone Auto Parts has many convenient locations in the central PA area.

The service was prompt, and I received everything I required. The return process was also straightforward.

Kristi & Josh went the extra mile today to ensure I had the right headlight for my long journey home! The area is lucky to have a team with such tenure in the field! Thank you!!!

My girlfriend came here to buy a battery and have it installed. They told her sorry, but we don't do battery installations on your model. She drives a freakin Ford Edge. It's a common vehicle. The battery is in a funky spot and held in place with a single extra bolt. It takes a little finesse to get to but nothing horrible. I was able to replace it in about ten minutes with a single ratchet and 2 different sockets - and I'm an idiot. So maybe don't advertise free battery installation if you're not willing to do it for modern domestic vehicles.

I went there bc my car died and I needed to check my battery. The guy ran a check and told me my battery was fine. The next morning, my car was dead again and had to be towed to a shop where I find out, my battery was dead.

I went in knowing what I wanted. I was greeted and asked what I wanted. After I said that, the clerk looked up the oil and filter, and we went back. He confused me with what was and wasn't included in the bundle deals. I walked out knowing I spent more than I figured on. After driving a few blocks, I went back and asked to return all of the purchase. Advance will be running deals soon, I'll go to them. Very disappointing experience from a company I used to trust.

Kind and knowledgeable staff on duty! Good selection of products for your car and not too pricey. They helped me diagnose the code my car was throwing and it turned out to be a quick fix

Jeremy went out of his way to ensure that my limited car knowledge didn't cost me the big bucks while I was in the middle of an ignorant purchase. On top of that, he used his connections outside of Autozone to get me a quick and effective fix to my alternator cable. Excellent customer service!

We would have been stranded in Mechanicsburg for days (or more) if it weren't for the kind and helpful staff at this location. We were traveling for the Christmas holiday and our brake line busted on our RV. The team here went way beyond what they needed to do to help us get back on the road again. My family is forever in debt to these staff members, who helped us out on Christmas Eve. Thank you for being kind and good humans. We will never forget you.

Always great service and pricing. If they don't have in stock what I need they can usually get it next day for me. Very clean, well organized, and easy to navigate store. ?

We were two hours into our cross country trip. Headed to the balloon fiesta in Albuquerque, Our van had a bad bearing. We were stranded and on a time crunch. These guys were so great, they went above and beyond helping us with parts and tools. If they didn’t have the part, they found out who did and helped us get it. I never thought I would be ranting and raving about Autozone but after dealing with the pleasant staff from this store. My entire view has changed. Thank you guys so much for the help. You have given me faith in humanity again. We still have great people in this world.

Had a problem with a warrantied battery and the manager, Josh, went above and beyond to help me out. He went and changed the battery which was not an easy fix because of where it was located. He also offered some suggestive knowledge to ensure better performance of my battery and car. Again, Thank you Josh for your service.

Crooks!! We are from Texas and went to buy a battery, we bought it and he said I also needed an alternator after he tested it. I went to a mechanic and the alternator was fine. We made it back to Texas and alternator had no issues. Damn shame they try to take advantage of out of towners. I dont recommend them at all!

I was headed to York when I realized my sprinter van had a brake light out. I google nearest auto zone and headed straight there. I was pleased to meet Cristy and Jeremy who provided the best customer service. Christy gave me a pack of tissues because I'm allergies were kicking my butt and Jeremy let me use his personal tools to complete the job. They both are great representatives for Auto Zone.

Very helpful. I had my car jumped shortly before going to AutoZone. I asked them to check my battery for me. AutoZone offers this service at no cost. Found out my battery was good but my voltage regulator was bad. Saved me money by not buying a battery. Car is under warranty, so paid nothing. The young man was very polite and explained what he was doing and checking.

Bad return policy. I had purchased inexpensive cambuckle tie-down straps and ratchet straps. I didn't expect much but I did expect them to hold lightweight plastic kayaks. They didn't hold and when I tried to return them I was dismissed. Had I known they were that poor of quality I never would have purchased them. Dont waste your money shopping here.

I came into this store on a Monday night around 630. This is the closest one to my house for my numerous car needs but I won’t be back. Two young guys were working the front and chatting on a customer that was checking out when I walked in. They didn’t greet me or saying anything back when I said hello. Okay, that’s cool. I overheard while they chatted the guy up and say “have a good night”. Another guy walked in after me and they greeted him, checked him out, and wished him a good night as well. I go to get rung up and I don’t get a greeting, the two employees continue on with their private conversation while ringing me up, and don’t say anything when they give me my receipt. Even after I said have a good night they continued on with their conversation. Not once did either cashier say a word to me. As I was leaving, another male customer came in and they stopped their conversation to greet him. I’ve worked in customer service for almost my entire life and if I treated customers like this, I’d be in trouble. I will no longer shop here since they have a blatant disregard to being welcoming to women.

Todd the manager dealt with me great. I was clearly annoyed (and apologized for it) but he remained completely helpful and professional and resolved my issue 110%. Phenomenal customer service like this is rare these days.

You simply don’t see customer service like this anymore!! The moment I walked in, the associates were ready to help and upbeat, despite closing in less than an hour. Which was, for me, a shocker in a good way. You don’t see that work ethic anymore. Hunter D (and another male associate, which I can’t remember his name at this time) was very knowledgeable and patient with me, as I don’t know much about car parts or even less what I was looking for in particular. Hunter made great recommendations that fit my needs, and not just attempted to upsell like most companies want associates to do. I finally made a decision and purchased the product and Hunter offered to go above and beyond & help with the quick part installation, which wowed me as I was expecting that I’d make the purchase and be sent on my merry way to figure it out on my own. Once again, customer service like the one Hunter provided is not seen anymore and it’s quite refreshing to see that associates in retail stores still care about making a positive impact. Thanks Hunter! Stay friendly, upbeat, personable and continue to make a difference!

Todd the manager was great, saw me approaching the door after I put my hood up and had a battery tester in his hand. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided options for a new battery without pressure to buy the most expensive option. There is a core rebate which he took off because he said he was going to install it for me as well! Very smooth, personable experience! Thanks Todd, your high level of customer service did not go unnoticed!

I never leave reviews but I was here about 2 weeks ago for a turn signal relay. Walked in, greeted well and then downhill from there. Was helped by a man with tattoos named Luis I believe. Worst customer service I have ever had. He would ask me questions and roll his eyes multiple times at me and had the worst attitude. So miserable and depressing, if you don’t want to be there, quit. No one is forcing you to be there. Raising his voice at me because HE can’t hear me, get some hearing aids then.

Terrible customer service. On Sunday, march 15, 2020 @ 8:04 am, i stopped in for Air Intake Hose. But not very well serviced, I had to leave the store and look for my part elsewhere. The employee at the store can not even try to help identity the part needed even with picture on my phone and vehicle model and year, he did not even respond to my Good morning. I will Never go back to this store. A good customer service is must to keep business open.

I stopped in for a wiper blade. I was greeted immediately and assisted in identifying the specific part I needed. It was out of stock. The Manager advised me that it could be part of the delivery the next day. When I stopped in the next day the team had made sure the part was available and graciously installed it for me. The entire team was very pleasant and helpful. I will happily return to this store.

Needed a battery for my vehicle so I stopped by and they tested the battery and determined I did indeed need a new one. They removed the old battery and installed a new battery in a timely manner on a very cold and windy day. The customer service was a great help. The store was organized and clean.

My first experience here was terrible. I had a simple question but was completely dismissed. I did however order my parts online for store pickup a few days later and the staff was much more friendly and helpful. Mostly because all they had to do was hand me a box.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I needed a part right away for an older car and they ordered it from the warehouse for the next day. Most of the Duralast items are decent quality and you can't beat the warranty. I've used the warranty a couple of times and they never questioned me about it.

The staff was very helpful, but not very knowledgeable. I needed a battery replacement, which is something they offer. Unfortunately, the very nice sales clerk was not able to get the tie down strap off the battery and neither was the manager. I Googled it and was able to do it myself. I then proceeded to do everything but hook up the leads to the posts. Thankfully they waived the $18 installation charge since i did most of the work. Every AutoZone is not created equally. Nice is nice but knowledgeable is more important in the long run.
