The staff are super friendly. they helped me change out my car battery in less than 10 minutes.

I stopped into Advanced Auto Parts and Brian was absolutely amazing! He went out of his way to help me, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It’s not every day you come across customer service like that, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. Thank you, Brian, for making my visit so easy and pleasant!?

1/22/26 JOSH, store manager in the mechanicsburg pa location was super knowledgeable and kind. He helped with checking my battery and said it was still good instead of the garage where I had my car service at said I needed a new one. Don’t get your battery changed until you go to Advanced Auto Parts first!!!! Peace out

I stopped by the store last evening at 730p (they close at 8). I needed a new battery. Derek and Brian went over the top to help. As the replacement began, it became obvious that my positive terminal had so much corrosion, that the clamp was welded to the post! After a lot of struggles, they removed the battery and replaced the clamp as well. A 15 min project became a 45 min expedition in frustration. Not only did they work overtime to get me on the road, they kept apologizing to me for the time delay. They kept at the job as obstacles kept popping up and never swore or became openly frustrated. I believe these 2 men deserve high praise from as high up as can be found. These guys never complained or gave up! If I had cash with me, they would have received large tips for the work they did. I hope Advanced Auto sees this and rewards these gentlemen for their work ethic. These 2 exemplify everything a work place need to succeed with the public. God bless them both and keep up the great work Briana and Derek!!

So my husband and I are not from here we were passing through when our RV broke down we called these guys and they new what we needed to I had us towed here and they let us park in their parking lot and went out of their way on helping us out Barry Farence and his crew is a major help him and his crew deserves a raise or bonus something thank you y’all were a god send thank you the Wilson family

I bought brake pads from them and opened the box a few days later to find 4 used dirty pads inside the box

If I walk into a parts store after I was just under my car for hours in this ridiculous weather I expect it to be at least somewhat cooler inside the building, instead I am greeted with even scorching temperature still. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m surprised the employees haven’t had a heat stroke.

Came in today to get my starter tested for my 99 Accord and they were happy to assist. Glad I came in and I learned more about the issue. Very nice and friendly staff. I didn't catch the guys name this time but Berry was the one who suggested me to come back in with it. Will come back for any future issues or parts.

Stopped by to grab some batteries for my Galaxy Tag. The staff were super helpful and even found a clip and changed it for me.

these guys are amazing, always helpful and knowledgeable about everything. parts are always great and I never have any issues with parts or returning items if need be. Always there to help me with anything i have need and 99% of the time have just what i need for a great price.

Was visiting my sister and driving in the area. It was a rainy Saturday morning and her windshield wipers were horrible. I told her to stop and get new ones. Mark helped us and was so pleasant and friendly. He put the wipers on for us in the rain and got us back on the road quickly.

I was helping a man that broke down in the middle of Simpson Ferry Road. His battery died while he was driving right up the street from this Advanced Auto Location. The staff went way above and beyond to help him get a battery he could afford and get it installed.The young man I am sorry I did not get his name gives me hope for the future. He was amazing and we both watched as the stranded motorist drove away. I have been at different Advanced Autos before and never saw this type of above and beyond service. Keep up the great work.

Visited 2 weeks earlier for tool thought needed for road trip. Husband had duplicate so when came home, hassle-free return (unopened package with receipt helped, I'm sure.) Staff friendly, helpful & accommodating.

Had such a great experience at Advanced Auto! I purchased wiper blades for my car for online pickup and they ended up being the wrong blades. The gentleman working helped me cancel my online order, measured my blades, got me what I needed AND installed my new blades. I did not expect this level of service, but it was so appreciated!

Great crew! Got some oil at a great price for my Audi which unfortunately burns thru it. It's an odd oil type too 5w40. Had a great sale so I picked up a few for stock. Gentleman behind the counter searched for me in the Rewards program and found me so that was cool. He gave me some tips on paying attn to the dipstick instead of the censors too which my mechanic reiterated at inspection this week. Overall a great visit.
