I purchased a Tahoe from Zimmerman’s Automotive Tire Pros in July, and within two months the check engine light came on. Being mechanically inclined, I suspected it might be transmission-related, so I immediately called Ahmed, my salesman, who had been attentive from day one. He got me right in.
Within 24 hours, I received a call letting me know they were replacing the transmission—at absolutely no cost to me. I was completely shocked (in the best way). Since the transmission was already out, I asked if they could replace the rear main seal, fully expecting to pay for parts and labor. The service advisor even explained that I would normally have to pay since it wasn’t leaking or part of the failure.
When I came in to pick up the vehicle and settle the bill, I was handed a zeroed-out receipt. No charge. No hassle.
The Tahoe runs great now, and I truly could not be more thrilled with my entire experience. This level of integrity, communication, and customer care is rare. I would confidently recommend Zimmerman’s Automotive Tire Pros to anyone.
I recently came here for my vehicle services after Hess Garage closed. So far, if I've had two inspections and purchased tires. Very easy to schedule online. Fantastic communication as they service your car- they even provided photos of the inspection. They'll tell you what your vehicle will need without trying to upsell you. Prices are on par with other shops in the area. Highly recommend!

Zimmerman Autos has been my go-to place for 30 years. Today the service was as usual competent. The office person went the extra mile to help me obtain the paper work I needed for the inspection. She went beyond what could be expected and saved me a trip back home.
I had to bring my vehicle back for a coolant leak that was the result of a defective water pump. Zimmerman's honored their parts warranty guarantee and got me in for service very quickly. I was offered a loaner at no cost to alleviate the stress of getting a family member to work.

The service was done quickly and at a reasonable price. They were able to find an issue with the vehicle that was a safety issue that needed to be corrected and sent me video to show me what the issue was. I plan on using them for my routine maintenance going forward.

Exactly one year ago I bought a Volvo Cross Country from Zimmerman's with 102,000 miles. I've driven it over 14,000 hard miles since purchase. Nothing but oil changes. I had it PA inspected today, zero repairs needed. A great car from a great dealer.

Clear communication and recommendations and swift service. Ivy handled the check out and the entire process was fantastic. Very Impressed. I don’t normally give shoutouts, but I have to hand it to Zimmermans for their exceptional customer service.
My wife and I had to get the rear wheel bearings replaced on our Subaru back in 2023, and they were covered under a 20,000 mile warranty. Fast forward to now, January 2025, and somehow those same wheel bearings went bad. Fortunately, they were still covered under this warranty, but we were very close to going over those 20,000 miles. And we did. Because of our schedules and the inclement winter weather arriving, we couldn’t manage to get the car in before it went over, but Zimmermans still honored the warranty because of the situation and we didn’t have to owe a dime. They even washed our car.
I’ve had nothing but terrible luck over the years with cars, and less than stellar service with garages, so needless to say Zimmermans has been a Godsend breath of fresh air. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
Normally I love Zimmerman's. I've recommended them to more than a few people. I called today to schedule and appointment for an oil change and to check my tires because I have had to put air in one of my tires three times in the past 8 days. I was told I can't make an appointment. I need to come in and wait in line for the oil change and they will check my tires at that time. Part of my job is driving all over the place to do appraisals so it's pretty important that my tires are ok. I went to a few appraisal appointments and went to Zimmerman's today around 11 am and got into the line. A nice young lady came out to tell me the wait would be at least an hour. As I am still working, I don't have an hour to waste. I asked if I could just make an appointment for Friday so I can get my daughter to take me home so I can continue to work from there. The young lady said I could make an appointment for Friday. So I get out of line and drive around to the front, go inside and I am told that I can not make an appointment. As part of a local, family-owned business, I truly can not imagine telling a person who wants to use my services that they can not schedule an appointment. I realize times have changed in the 58 years that I have been alive, but not customer service. I am trying to avoid sitting in a waiting room doing nothing and waiting God knows how long to get my vehicle checked. All I want is a specific time to drop my car off so I can work it into my daughter's schedule to conveniently take me home and back.
We had been searching for a quality, pre-owned SUV which we found they had one that fit our need. From our first contact with Ahmed the experience was exceptional!
