Don't take your Vehicle here! A complete rip-off. Delete rip-off! They charge $100 each for rotors that you can buy. At advance auto for $40 each. And then charge $200 to put them on. This guy should be in jail Exclamation point

Zach and the guys here are awesome!! I thought I had a major issue with my vehicle and expressed that I thought I was going to be car shopping, but they were honest and able to easily fix up my car with a very quick turnaround and for a great price. It was such a relief hearing that the issue was not what I had thought and that they didn't try to jerk me around and have me pay for anything extra or unnecessary. They are very responsive, always make the time to get my car in and looked at right away and are honest and fair. I highly recommend this mechanic.

I used the same mechanic for 35 years and since he retired I've tried about 15 others, I think I've settled in here, I don't leave feeling like I've been ripped off, Zach is up front with his prices and always willing to present any options that could reduce my costs.

If I could leave a million stars I would. The service provided by this shop was beyond phenomenal. A true diamond in the rough. I came to Mechanicsburg from out of town and broke down. The earliest I could get the part was a week out. The earliest the dealership could even look at my truck was Jan 10th 2023. I called Dirty Diesel LLC. Not only did they get me back on the road the same day! Zack gave me the part from his personal vehicle. The entire staff was friendly. I will forever be greatful for his kindness. They are the worst shop EVER! They worked on my truck and I drove down the road and the front left wheel fell off and my daughter and I almost died. The worst part of the situation is that they won’t even answer the phone so I can try figure this out. Now I’m out the money for the repairs they “did”, the repairs I had redone at another shop and the tow bill to the other shop. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS

I signed up for an inspection and check of the engine knocking and the loud noise of my truck. Having received the approval has arrived. Zack checked and said it wasn't a motor. Disconnected the transmission, removed the flywheel and got the real cause of the noise. the flex plate was completely broken. He ordered the right parts. as well as donated personal time. I recommend this honest service and fair prices. And I bless the workers of this business.

Awesome place to go. He has helped my family with anywhere from replacing a Engine and Transmission on my Fathers F-350 to putting a exhaust on my Mustang. Great work and always gets you in fast

Zach is great! Does the maintenance for both of my vehicles and never fixes something that doesn't need fixed. Also doesn't suggest any unnecessary pricey repairs, he is far better than any of the shops on the Carlisle Pike.

Made an appointment for inspection and emissions test and dropped of my car. Shop called me an let me know nothing needed repaired and car was ready. Mechanics are very honest and personable. We Care Auto Repair is now my first call for all my automotive issues.

A few months ago, my son was home on military leave, he got a flat tire on his way back to base. In less than 2 hours, Zach had ordered a new tire & had him back on the road. Total lifesaver!

We have a plumbing & heating business that conducts residential service, which means we have several vehicles, a small fleet you could say, 11 vehicles in total. Over the 20+ years we have seen several auto repair companies occupy the space that We Care Auto Repair currently resides in. Zach and his team are BY FAR the some of the best auto mechanics around. We have taken every vehicle in our fleet there for the past few years for everything from state inspections, service maintenance, air conditioning issues, brakes, tires, brake line repair, spark plugs, ignition coils, and that is all I could remember off the top of my head quickly. They are always accurate in assessing the problem, they are very timely with their work which is EXTREMELY crucial for our business because if we have a truck down we are not making $$ out of that truck. They are very dependable, have long service hours of availability, beyond fair and VALUE PRICED. I will finish this review with a real world example of their honesty. I tell you this not so much to impress you, but more to impress upon you as a potential customer, the honesty and fairness shown to us. One of our service vehicles had a window that stopped working. It was a power window that would not move up or down and of course it was "stuck" in the down position. It was a newer vehicle and we thought it was still under warranty to it went back to the LARGE dealership on the carlisle pike, where it was determined that 1. The vehicle was no longer under warranty, and 2.) We would need a new window motor and switch to the tune of almost $1500 in parts and labor. We were obviously not happy, and something sounded off. We told the LARGE dealership on the pike to wait and we picked the vehicle up and asked We Care Auto for a second opinion. As truth would have it, the motor, switch, and electrical components were all fine. A mechanism had become disassembled and instead of reassembling the window, the LARGE dealer put all the parts in a bag inside the door panel and zip tied the mechanism to prevent it from potentially working. Zach reassembled everything correctly reusing all the electrical components and VIOLA!! Years later and that window still works fantastic.... This review might be long but in summary, if you are looking for a truly honest mechanic, that is mechanically competent, quick, and fairly priced, LOOK NO Further..... -Lifetime Customer, WP&H

Had our work truck serviced several times and they did an excellent job. Had issues with our helper springs and they recommended going to air bags. We went with their recommendation and it resolved our issues. Great Job!!!

Zach did a great job! He kept me informed about what he found and what his game plan was. He found a solution that was reasonable and his rates are very good. Do not go to a Dealership if you don't have to, Zach will save you money and get the job done.

We've use We Care Auto Repair for several reasons and every single repair was fairly priced and quickly done. I finally feel like i have a mechanic i can trust and I won't go anywhere else.

Had to tear my vehicle apart and replace a seal that was damaged when Dirty Diesel assembled my hub. They were not willing to diagnose the issue after driving the vehicle home and having issues immediately after the repair. I would not recommend based on this experience.

I can't recommend Zach and his shop enough. We've been taking our 2 older, high mileage cars here since moving to the area 3 years ago. Zach has done a wonderful job keeping them safe and running well. I greatly appreciate the effort he takes to keep the cost of maintenance and repairs reasonable!

It seemed decent at first.. called to make sure they had something available So I dropped my car off at 2p, Tried calling quite a few times that same day to see if they figured out the issue or if I was going to have to find another ride to work the next morning at 5am. No answer. Called the next day around 1130 and they still didn’t look at it, went to pick it up when I got off work. They ruled it out as “head gasket” A few days later google and $20 solved my issues as it was my thermostats. Great job mechanics charge me for wasting my time ?

Highly recommend this mechanic! He did great service, very quick turn around time, Great price, and very honest. He will now be my new mechanic. I’ve been looking for a good one for a while.

Everyone I’ve delt with so far has been professional and has extensive knowledge in the field. I’ve been here multiple times and I always pick up my vehicle with the knowledge that care was put into the repair. I have never felt Ill intent from them and they always do a fantastic job!!

I called Zach at 5:45pm on a Friday with an obscure problem that stopped us in our tracks on the first day of our vacation. Zach, without hesitation, offered his Saturday to help get us back on the road. He could have easily passed, as many others did, but instead he helped out and though he could have easily taken advantage and gouged us, his pricing was more than fair. If I lived closer I would bring every vehicle here, every time.
