Rough first impression. I called Lattuca's a few days ago to inquire about getting my mom's car getting towed from a local dealer to a repair center near her home. When I called Lattuca's the sense of good and decent customer service faded immediately. You're not greeted with a "hello", "how are you?", or even the NAME of the company you're calling - as one might expect. Instead you'll get an abrupt 'Where's the pick up?' Never really needing towing services before and calling to simply get a quote for the move, I was thrown off by the bluntness. I had to clarify with the woman who answered that I was in fact calling a Lattuca's towing and prompted asked if I could get a quote. Her response was rough and her attitude felt annoyed as if I was asking her something I should have already known - "We don't do quotes, we charge $95 for the hook up fee and $5 per 'loaded' mile." OK; I guess I received my answer, but even if you were the cheapest (which she wasn't) the lack of customer service allowed me to build an impression of what type of service I should expect.

Very Good experience for the past 2 days. The personel I dealt with was smoove sailing. Good service. Wish it could be like that most places.

They do PA emmission tests. very good place and quick

Went there to get an inspection then told me it'll be 1500 for parts (brakes 1 tire and driveshaft carrier bearing) to get it to pass then charged for the sticker that wasn't put on definitely will never go again or recommend.

Mike is a awesome guy and his guys go above and beyond to help out best garage around this is the garage you should call for heavy towing and or mechanicall work I can't thank you guys enough I appreciate everything you guy rock I highly recommend this shop

I came across Lattuca’s when I was looking for a place to get my Winnebago inspected. Not long after, my engine blew. Lattuca’s replaced my engine and did all the work dealing with Ford and some later warranty issues. I now take all my vehicles there for inspection and will continue to do so as long as they’re around. Mike and everyone else that works there are always great to deal with! Thank you!

After closing the owner did me a huge favor and installed an airflow wire connector. It was such a pleasure working with them and extremely honest.

Mike and his team are some of the best folks to do business with, hands down. From towing lowered vehicles all the way up to hauling AND REPAIRING motor homes. Top notch quality all the way around!!

The unfortunate one time I had to have my car towed, Lattuca's was there quickly, and had the car repaired the next day. Very professional, timely, and affordable. We now use them for all of our state inspections and repairs.

Hi This is Dan From Prince Trucking inc Mechanicsburg pa I went this Morning for trailer federal inspection The guy name Phil charge Us $171.72 and I've been in this business 25 years first time happen with us all certified shops speedco or TA charge $45 Dollars call any of the other guys, and mechanic name Phil Never told us up front about the price .so just be careful guys thanks

Don’t trust their towing! They lie about towing time and will have you waiting longer than expected time that is delivered.

I've used these guys for my work truck and also my RV. Great service always. Great people and great quality. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to start this out by saying without a doubt that this company is run by a good honest and experienced staff that genuinely cares about helping people even in situations when many others would not. I got a flat tire that was un fixable and was referred to Lattuca’s by the tire shop I was getting the tire fixed at. I am not an 18 wheeler which automatically rules out most of these 24hr roadside assistance companies and on no notice at all Lattuca’s pulled up, helped get my tire off, gave me a ride to the shop and a ride back for not very much at all especially considering the circumstances. Like lots of other people I was on a very tight budget and tho he could have charged me more because I had no other options he took a very mild amount and just seemed happy to help. I would 100% use them again in a heartbeat and am very grateful for the help they provided in a time of need.

On 1/6/24 in Grantville PA on exit 80. We were stuck on fresh snow . Spinning our tires. Causing a back up on the off ramp. Then like at of nowhere Mike pulls up and hooks a cable a pulls us to a dry level ground and we continued on our way thanks Mike.
