Had a drill bit get lodged into my tire while on the highway- I put my spare on and headed to Firestone where the guys were so sweet and took care of me right away even when it was close to closing time!!

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire pressure check and walked away with no valve stems on my tires and somehow the hook that props my hood open is gone. This is unbelievable and when I called to tell them they didn’t even apologize. If the little things aren’t taken care of I worry if they did my oil change correctly. Never coming back here for any services again

The Firestone in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania was very thorough, accommodating, provided pictures of the issues with our minivan, and gave us a great customer experience.

Had an appointment guy at the counter told me it will be he’s because the appointments after me will be waiting n someone has me as a drop off so apparently appointment time doesn’t matter I only come here because they have one tech that I trust I will let nobody else work on my car

They were extremely helpful in explaining what was wrong with the headlights and fixed it quickly. Very personable as well.

It was really easy to make the appointment and once there they were able to take care of my problem, in this case a bad valve stem. Brian, the Service Advisor who helped me was friendly explained everything well. I was out of there in less time he had quoted me.

I work on the other side of the Pike. Good, honest mechanics are hard to find, but Jared has twice now made the commute worth it. The service was quick and not stressful at all. Peaceful waiting area in comparison to any of the other places I’ve had service at on the Pike. Jared also earned my business for my state inspection this month. This is definitely where I will go from now on. Brian and Firestone were amazing! My car check engine light came on Christmas Eve and they were the only ones to answer the phone and assist me right away. So grateful for their exceptional customer service and expertise!

Always a great experience. Customer service is A+. Brian is always getting me in to service my car within a day or two; if not the same day. Wait time while being at the shop is not too long especially for oil changes!

Sam and everyone here are the best. Professional, polite, and prompt are the first words that come to mind. I thank everyone. I was at stranded and they came to the rescue. I am very grateful for all their help.

While short staffed, BrianK was a wizard! He was taking care of the phone, customers like me with appointments, customers who forgot inspection documentation, AND walk-ins. Brian was informative, treated everyone w respect and courtesy as well as communicated what he was doing and estimated wait times (And no, he didn’t tell me to write that). I’m 50, own a small service business for 26 years, and been wrenching since I could walk. Brian is the kind of employee you don’t want to lose!

Firestone did an excellent job on my inspection! They were very helpful and updated me during the appointment of what needed fixed. Everything was an excellent price and they were very knowledgeable!

They are always great and very kind. Always looks out for me and lets me know what will need work in the future and never any lressure to replace or fix things now. Also never taking advantage of me being a woman either, which is really improtant.

Great service they fixed a simple problem, did not overcharge, gave a very reasonable price. It’s hard to find an honest, quality automotive repair shop but these people are it! Highly recommend!

The service writers are wonderful , Good bedside manner , they even have a former Ford tech on site to troubleshoot our old Transit .

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! Brian and the crew are top notch! I was stranded out of town on a weekend with a bad catalytic converter that kept my car from running. Brian was able to get all the parts and get me back on the road in three days. My car limped into Firestone Saturday afternoon & I was headed home Tuesday afternoon. I spent several hours on two different days in the waiting room and I witnessed the best customer service I have ever seen. The place was very busy and Brian handled every customer, in-person and on the phone, with care, calmness, and honesty. There are always upset customers when they hear a high repair bill, but Brian handled all of them perfectly and never let upset customers rattle him. He maintained professionalism the entire time. The mechanics diagnosed the issue with my car quickly and got the parts ordered quickly (again, on a weekend), so they could get right to work when the parts arrived. Can’t say enough about Brian and the crew! If I lived closer, this Firestone location would be the ONLY place I would take my car. Thank you!!

Brian was super helpful when I came in about a flat tire! They were speedy and able to get me out within an hour. Later in the day when I noticed my tire was flat again when I called Brian he was very apologetic about the incident since the tire wasn’t completely fixed. He told me to bring it in the following day. They were able to fix my problem and got me back out on the road! Everyone in there was super nice and helpful!

I needed my ford Escape inspected and it needed some work done. I took it to Firestone on the Carlisle Pike and Brian was so helpful. He explained everything that needed done, and how to get a discount by applying for the Firestone credit card etc. My SUV needed to stay over night for the parts to come in and was called when it was finished. I was super happy with the work and professionalism. I will definitely go back for future inspections and tires! Thanks Brian for taking care of my car and budget!

Jerry, Andrew, and Chris did a fantastic job. Jerry and Andrew were easy to work with, both over the phone and in person, and Chris performed the service as requested and put things back the way they were. 10/10. I keep returning to and recommending this location for their excellent work and customer service. There have been other associates and team members over the years who've also done very well. The level of service this team provides sets and maintains a high bar for any competition to clear.

So I scheduled an appointment at this facility for today, October 10 at 7 AM. I requested the appointment through the app and at the time I was scheduling it told me that the appointment was pending. I then got confirmation of the appointment stating that the appointment time was good for a 7 AM appointment I arrived at the facility around 6:53 AM, knowing that I was going to have to wait in the car until they opened at seven which the website states it is now a 7:15 AM and no one is here and all of the bay doors are closed. I am not real happy as no one is here obviously and here I am sitting in a car waiting for them to open. The website. States 7 AM and if the staff knew that they didn’t open until 730 they had days to call me to let me know of the time discrepancy. Fire stone continues to let us down as consumers. I understand that the stores possibly open at 7:30 but if that’s the case then they need to make the website reflect that so people do not think they have a 7 AM appointment and have to sit in their cars for a half an hour how ridiculous this is. I just cannot believe the staff confirmed the appointment sent the confirmation stating that the appointment time was valid, knowing they weren’t going to be open until 730. How rude. I have a personal credit card with fire stone and there’s also a fleet account. I think today is the straw that breaks the camels back. I think that I’m going to one of the fire stones competitors and create accounts. They’re obviously fire stone does not care about their customers at all. I have tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and it doesn’t matter what location you go to. It seems to be a companywide practice of complacency, knowing that the consumers need their service again how wrong and how disrespectful to the paying public for service like this shame on you fire stone for allowing this bad business practice to continue.
