I was there to see about a replacement of a battery and the parts manger went off on the person that robbed us and he exposed hisself they were so knowledgeable and exposed the man for robbing us and he told him this store holds intergity. I loved that he exposed him in front of us and I was so happy I had that in my gut we were being robbed and the fact he exposed him and it was is birthday I loved every minute. Jerry kept saying u are rude the man did not like being called you people and I get it I hate it as well he was great the whole team and I had wutang gear on they loved wutang forever ?????????????blessed ? and i am grateful forever for this store THIS STORE INTERGIRY I STAND FOR INTERGIRY

Fantastic experience. Super knowledgeable and super willing to help. Malcolm had great advice and clearly knew what he was talking about. I learned yet again that even if you think you know what you need, far easier and you get four more information by going to Malcolm first.

Terrible experience with the manager. I think he had long blonde hair and glasses. Regardless they were insanely rude about me simply returning a part I did not need. Probably worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time with no reason behind it. Wild.

Mike and Erika in the commercial department are phenomenal. Not only do they work efficiently while offering 5 star communication, but they also work with integrity and speed!!

I felt bad for the manager, Erica and her team working on the 4th of July. At the same time we were so happy Erica was there for us when our oil light came on. We had another 150 miles to go, Erica was a life saver.

Place sucks I called to see if they had the back up camera kit an the guy said yea 25min later I showed up an he said he thought he had it but didn't buy the store down the road had one I went there an the guy told me they didn't advance auto in dillsburg is a 1 stop shop compared to these jokers !

Excellent service! Malcolm was kind, friendly, and efficient in his work. He replaced my car battery in mere minutes and the process was as smooth as can be.

Helpful staff, but he sold me the wrong size wiper blade. He didn't bother to check and see that the vehicle had 2 size blades.

Typical AutoZone. Convenient when you need something now, if they have it in stock. The staff is generally polite and sometimes helpful.

I visited this location a few weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. I wanted to specifically highlight Andrew, who went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. I was having trouble finding a few items, and Andrew kindly walked me through the store, patiently helping me locate everything I needed. He even offered to install my new windshield wipers, which I greatly appreciated! The entire experience was fantastic thanks to Andrew's exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location and hope Andrew gets the recognition he deserves! 5 stars!

I was there with 2019 GMC Yukon. I needed a new battery. It was bit tough to remove the battery and replace it but they did very good job. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff are very helpful

My teenage son stopped twice for assistance with his 20 year old car. Staff was very helpful and provided sound advice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Auto Zone has the best prices for auto parts. I just turned onto the exit ramp for 81 South heading to TN and my check engine light came on. The message said, Engine power is at 50% power. Auto Zone has for free, My check the code analyst. It said I need to change out my turbo charger. There was a mechanic there who said it was okay to drive my car to TN as long as the check engine light was solid and not blinking. At the first Rest Stop I stopped at, when I started my car the check engine light went out for the rest of the trip. Auto Zone rocks!!!

I went here because I suspected my car needed a new battery. The customer service reps finished their conversations with each other before acknowledging that I was standing there waiting for help, and when they ran the test on the battery they told me the battery was good and that it was the charging system. We took it to a mechanic who let us know it was in fact the battery. I Don’t recommend this auto zone.

First time replacing a headlight bulb and the crew here made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I even showed back up when I removed the wrong bulb and the team was quick to help set me straight. Patient, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Almost wishing I had another bulb to replace so I had an excuse to stop back in. Will be back as soon as the need arises. Incredible team that Carlisle Pike and is lucky to have!

Fantastic, knowledgeable staff. They take time with each customer to ensure each part is right fit for the making model of your car. Right after I visited the BW dealer I had a dying battery. I popped into autozone and They helped me choose a battery and put it in my car. With the baby boomers this is a fantastic, very much needed, outstanding customer service.

I honestly don't know what is people problem with this store Ive been coming to this location for years. They have great Customer Service and have never treated me any different than the first time Ive met them. People really need to understand that your going to them for service and they are amazing at it. Ive had them come out in the snow this last week to help change my battery and no if ands or but they came out with a smile on their faces and did what they needed to do. Its a auto shop not a Super Mechanic store they are human just like us.. Thank you guys for all your great service keep up the good work and don't let any of these people tell you other wise........

The customer service is lacking in this location. Or should i say the lack of communication to their customers. On Thursday the 29th of August i contacted this location for parts at which, time they stated they would order them in from another local store. I heard nothing on Friday when, the parts were to be available at this location. I called and asked if the parts arrive Saturday and was told the other location cancelled the order. At this point this location ordered my parts from the Va. Warehouse for Sunday delivery. I stopped by the location after noon when, the parts were suppose to be delivery. Nothing there so, i went home and waited for Monday thinking Sunday delivery was the issue. Come Monday i called the store and they researched and found the warehouse cancelled the order. The individual i talked to said they would order and the parts would arrive Tuesday. As of the time of typing this review i have not received a call. I decided at this point a call to a competitor was in order and, by luck they had what i needed in stock. I will never do business with this location and possibly AutoZone again.

Easy to find items. Good service from the woman who checked me out. One staff member was not wearing a mask. All other staff were masked. What is the deal with that? If the guy has some underlying health condition (which I doubt) he shouldn’t be out front working around the public. Will never go back.
