Came here in a fit of desperation as no one had the alternator I needed. Jose Answered the phone when I called and made countless phone calls to get what I needed. Honesty I had never heard of this place before but I gave them a shot and I'm glad I did never had a better customer experience dealing with car parts highly recommend Ali and Jose are unmatched in customer service
Very unsatisfied with (Auto Salvage) pertaining towards customer service an unprofessional business acquiring wrong parts when ordering.. I was told that I was not able to be refunded my money due to the part that was wrong which was given to me by Auto Salvage, when explaining the situation the service was not helpful or service minded.. for the third time I've called reaching out to the owner of Auto Salvage and still get no reply back I feel that they are not professional due to the job positions requireing at work
