I bought 3 cars from there auction earlier this year. Had two titles pretty fast and have been trying to contact the lady for title issues for over 5 months!
I have had nothing but the run around, Now I have a car that needs fixed that I won't fix until,I receive my title.
I spend well over 5k at there auctions over time and now they lost all my bussiness I'd like to even have a call back.
We own I pretty good shop in town and I've been turning all my customers as far as I can away from this company because, of the lack of customer service they have!
Not impressed. Had a car towef by this company. When we called to see about price to get it out of impound. We were told it wad over five hundred dollars. They had only had it less than two hours. Then they made us wait until the next day so we're had to pay an extra fee for overnight storage.
Worst towing service ever! Run!!! They are not the brightest people to deal with. They add on ridiculous fees. They service after 5 add a huge fee. Customer service is poor.
Called my roadside to get a tow. Contacted by company and told it would be two hours until they arrived. Asked if I was at the vehicle and I told them I would meet them when they would be there and they hung up on me. Called my insurance and said they had to respond to a wreck and canceled my tow. Very unprofessional over the phone.
Text to say they would be here at 7:14, for roadside towing. At 8:47 no one is here. I called they said they could not drop in a non secure area. I made it a point to tell them that my mechanic had stayed late to put my truck inside the shop. Now he's upset because they didn't want to bring it when they said they would.
A friend of mine called their insurance company to have their car hauled from the city to Shawnee. While in tow the wrecker driver was very unprofessional and offer to sell the marijuana. They'll never use the company again..... this is part of an edit. Apparently by stating what a person put online that came from the mouth of a customer is bad. Now I have 2 employees from Fastlane towing and recovery. "Bill & Jordan" that are 2 of their wrecker drivers that want to do harm to me. If this is a wrecker service you are willing to do business with feel free.
Had to have a car towed on a Sunday. There was no problems at all. Quick and friendly service. Freeman even helped look at the car to see why it wouldn't start! Very professional. Thank you for making a bad day a little better with you help and I even got a free pen!
