Hey guys, so this was my first time at this used auto parts because a coworker told me about it when I was looking for a door for my car. They were much cheaper than everywhere else I looked… much cheaper!! 150 compared to 400! I was extra excited because he found one to match my car..!! Not sure if it's a regular thing but I wasn't changed for delivery! Delivery was GREAT and on time!! The driver was super helpful! My ONLY complaint is that the door was super...super filthy on the inside & should have been cleaned up..! I will definitely be returning for more parts and tires! I also purchased a back tail light for $40 but usually 50..! Also worked out great & delivered with the door. This auto shop truly made my year with this door and I greatly appreciate it. I definitely recommend giving them a shot‼️‼️❤️
Rich was a fantastic human being to deal with. The organization of this yard and miscommunication is why I can't recommend this business. They cost me 4 hour round trip travel time bc I was given the wrong window. I was called that they had the right window and they did...the problem was the yard guy pulled the wrong friggin window so I had to wait. Was a fiasco to say the least. Next time I'll gladly pay more somewhere else. Its not worth traveling to the 3rd world country known as Cleveland lol
If I could give a zero star review I would. They don't do same day pickup for junk cars even though the person on the phone will say "yeah they'll be there in a few hours the driver will call you to confirm pickup. Waited for about 5 hours and called them back to see if they knew when a driver would show up, all they said was "he'll call you when you they're on the way" through a raspy voice that was barley comprehendable and then they never showed up or even called to say that they cancelled. Go someplace else. This place is sketchy and now I don't feel safe after I gave them my address. They advertise "sAmE DaY pICkUp" but it's not. Don't trust this place.
